What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available if the unit has been cleaned, inspected, and is ready for occupancy. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs require prior approval and may incur a fee of $50 per hour. Please return all keys to the office or drop box upon departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums, if purchased. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fee if purchased. If partially re-rented, NBR will prorate your refund.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. Beds are made prior to arrival. Bath linens include 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 1 hand towel, and 1 bathmat per bathroom. Kitchens come with 1 hand towel, 2 dish cloths, 2 pot holders, and starter supplies (1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, and 2 dishwasher tablets). Additional supplies can be purchased at the office for a fee.
Are pets allowed in the rentals?
Most rentals do not allow pets. If a pet is found in a non-pet-friendly unit, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Ask your reservationist if a pet-friendly unit is available.
Is parking available at the properties?
Most units allow two vehicles and require a parking tag. If you need to park larger or extra vehicles, please ask the front desk for availability and options.
Do I need to clean the unit before checking out?
No deep cleaning is required, but guests are asked to place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it, and to remove all trash from the property.
What happens if I get locked out?
A $35 fee will be charged for each lock-out service. Lost keys incur a $25 replacement fee. If mailing is required (e.g., forgotten items), a $25 packaging fee also applies.
What if a hurricane affects my reservation?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for hurricane-related disruptions. If not purchased, we will attempt to reschedule your trip within the same calendar year, but no refunds are guaranteed.
Do I have to purchase travel insurance?
No, travel insurance is optional. It is included in your total initially, but you can opt out by unchecking the insurance box on the confirmation form.
What is the Accidental Damage Fee?
This non-refundable fee covers up to $500 in accidental damage. It does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, excessive cleaning, guest property, or external/common area damages.
Are there age restrictions for renters?
Yes. For non-family groups, all members must be at least 25 years old.
