Blue Moon - 3rd Row - Ocean Drive Section

We had a group of ten and the space was fantastic! Youngest is seven, several teenagers, adults and seventy year old grandma, all with an area to be comfy. We were close enough to be safe, but not stacked up enough to annoy eachother. And the pool created an awesome chance for free fun each day. Thank you North Beach Vacations!

This was a pretty good house for our crew. It has a layout that allows for both "togetherness" as well as some privacy as well. However, we were disappointed that the house was not clean. We had dead ants all over one of the beds upon our arrival. We also had issue with the AC as it was extremely hot while we were there - but the property management folks did a great job in getting someone out to look at it quickly.

We stayed here for a week with a large family (9 Adults, 3 kids, 2 babies). We enjoyed the size of the house, large living room, and the pool was great. Proximity to the beach was also a great perk. There was a good collection of pool toys and beach supplies for the kids to use and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We had some issues with the house that would lead us to looking elsewhere next time.
There was a leak from ceiling in downstairs bathroom to which we contacted management about and they were very responsive. Not sure it was diagnosed and just told to not use upstairs shower.
The living room couches are not as clean as the photos look. The fabric on blue couch has large areas of worn fabric. The mattresses in all the beds are very cheap and almost everyone found them uncomfortable especially if sharing a bed. There was an abundance of pillows throughout the house which is great but no extra pillow cases were anywhere to be found that was difficult as some pillows had stains on them and no cases to cover them. The game room was a nice amenity but several of the games did not work or didn’t turn on. The door on main level bathroom did not lock.
These all seem like easy upgrades to make but with the property also being listed for sale I worry that the motivation to improve the quality isnt there.

Our vacation rental was great! Check-in/check-out was amazingly smooth! We loved having multiple levels to the house with different living spaces, bathrooms, etc...the two kitchens helped tremendously for cooking Easter dinner! We would definitely rent again! There a few things that we felt could be updated, such as the paint around the cabinets, cookware was very outdated and hard to cook with, dishwasher had a part inside that kept falling and we would have to keep putting it back together, the trash can for a multi family was way too small in the kitchen...the game room needs a real good cleaning (lots of spider webs on ceiling, corners, etc). Also, beach chairs and gear would be a major plus for this house! But we felt those were all minor fixes and wouldn’t stop us from renting again!

This house worked great for two families of four, one additional adult and plus our dog. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Can’t beat the location, a few blocks from the beach and a large park directly behind the property (playground, pickleball, walking paths, etc).

There are two separate living spaces that allowed one family of four to have their own space. The main living space has enough room for both families to hang and enjoy meals together. The bedrooms in the main house are great. My main complaint with all rooms is that the beds are terrible motel style mattresses.

The bedroom/bathroom on the lower level is new, but not great given it is completely isolated from the rest of the house without windows.

The game room was a nice touch. It’s located in what was possibly a garage or storage area, so was a bit musty.

The pool area is nice, but pool is not heated and the pool company didn’t clean it very well and furniture needs to be replaced.

The description of the property was accurate. It was perfect location for our group. The floors were incredibly dirty. Our feet were stained black daily from the floors. The game room was covered in cobwebs and dirt. For a luxury house, I expected more than the bare minimum that was offered. I was a tad annoyed that for 3 days we had to go out and buy extra toilet paper and paper towels for how expensive the house is. I would have also appreciated a single laundry detergent tablet. The property management group were professional and let us check in early which was great. I probably wouldn't stay again, but it is a nice house.

We had a nice stay. It’s in walking distance to the beach. The game room, outdoor pool area, and the overall deck could use some good cleaning as there were cod webs everywhere. Easy check in and very friendly host. Host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Blue Moon for the St. Patrick's Day parade and it was wonderful! The location was perfect and easy to walk to Main Street and the house was large enough for the whole family (10 adults and 2 kids)

This house is in a nice location and is a nice place, especially the separate apartment. However, the kitchen is very poorly equipped. The pots and pans are old and few of them. And utencils and other kitchen things are spread all over various drawers.

Other than the shower on the main level the home was fantastic. The shower head is very low, very difficult to wash your hair unless your a small child or really short.

The house was very clean, the pool was nice and ample parking. Location to downtown N. Myrtle Beach is very close. The layout of the house is a little weird, but still nice. Probably the only thing I would have wanted was better stocking of necessary supplies like dishwasher soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in this beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully furnished beach home located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood only a moment’s walk to the seashore and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and the pool provided a tranquil respite. The staff at North Beach Realty were extremely hospitable and we feel blessed to have been able to relax in this lovely abode.

After a miscommunication with another rental company and having no place to stay I called North Beach Realty. This beautiful home had just hit their website and was available. Our family of 16 from ages of 3 years to 72 years old were truly blessed to be able to vacation here. We were the first to rent after a 6 month remodel. We rented a golf cart nearby to haul our chairs, coolers, and toys to the beach but it is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The older kids enjoyed riding around the beautiful neighborhood. Another plus was the park behind the house. The kids played at the 2 age appreciate playgrounds and had several kickball games. Can’t thank North Beach Realty for being so easy to work with.
