Windy Hill Dunes 1004 - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section

A very good experience. A super service from North beach realty. The paint is little bit faded especially the woodwork.
Overall we are very happy

My wife and i enjoyed our stay at Windy Hill Dunes. Being ocean front was great and the view spectacular. The unit was clean and well equipped. I would give the property's general condition 5 stars but the king bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. I like a firm mattress but this was over the top. If the mattress would be replaced the stay would be perfect.

floors were dirty, the main bathroom shower didn't work. the front door was hard to unlock. no extra toliet paper or trash bags. it was nice other than that.

Beautiful area with less people on the beach but lots to do close by. Furniture needs updating but the condo was clean and arrival and departure went smooth. Pools and amenities were great! I would recommend this condo!

Condo was clean, exactly as pictured, great beach, pool, hot tub, parking, loading/unloading area, balcony had table and chairs...I would rent it again.

Was end of season and things were broken and the whole suite was very dirty. Refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker didn't work. Door to entrance was bent and struggled with using the keys getting in. Blinds were broke. We had trouble accessing tv and wifi the first couple days but it was fixed the 2nd night. All the beds were very hard in every room. The queen rooms bed was very squeaky every time you moved a little. Paint was in some of the pans in the cabinets in the kitchen. Next time will choose a different room because our family loves thus place.

We had a wonderful stay at 1004 Windy Hill Dunes. The condo was clean, roomy, and right next to the beach. The seating in the living area and on the deck was adequate and the views from the condo were great. This condo , however, needs a new refrigerator. The freezer kept our ice cream like soft- serve and the water and ice dispensers in the outside didn’t work. Also the pillows in the bedrooms were very flat and the beds were hard.

We enjoyed the unit and location and appreciated the staff on site and covered parking. The unit is accurately described on the website.Certain areas of the unit have been updated (the family room) while others are starting to show some wear and tear. Overall, the unit was nice and met our needs for our family trip to North Mytrle Beach.

This is a fantastic condo unit overlooking the beach with plenty of space for a family. The building has good amenities with a pool, small lazy river, hot tub and great beach access. The furnishings are good (beds a little firm for us but that's a matter of preference). Supplies are sparse. Many properties will have some standard supplies like coffee, salt and pepper, etc. This property doesn't so plan ahead for that. Otherwise everything is in great shape, well maintained, and clean. We had an issue with the wifi and the rental agency and maintenance were prompt and helpful.

Our family had a great extended weekend in this unit and would highly recommend!

Views are spectacular. Location is just a few blocks away from Barefoot landing and great restaurants. Condo was overall in good shape and as described. There were a few cleaning issues like sand on floors and counter tops upon arrival. I really put that on the cleaning company they have contracted.

Overall, we had an outstanding vacation here. The property was very nicely decorated with beach themes, exactly as pictured. It was in good cosmetic and functional shape. There was ample parking, and the checkin and checkout time windows were not excessively crowded, although there were some wait times by the elevators, and for the luggage carts, but not terrible by any means. Pool, hot tub, and lazy river was great...a little small, but very nice, fully functional, and not crowded at all. Minor drain issues and noisy exhaust fan did not really affect out vacation. Honestly, the hard floors could have been more clean...you expect sand or dirt at the beach, and I know we tracked some in, but we swept up a dustpan full upon arrival...should have been swept or mopped better....but everything else was pretty spotless. Overall, this was a great stay, and I would recommend it. We would stay here again.

Wonderful visit despite a rough start to our stay. We receive the keys to our condo at 4:00 and arrived with arms full of luggage to unload just to find that the cleaners had just started cleaning. Our condo wasn’t ready until 5 o’clock and was haphazardly cleaned. The condo itself is in decent shape (could use some updates in kitchen and bathrooms) but is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning and evening each day and had beautiful weather. There really aren’t restaurants within walking distance so just be prepared to drive - this was really not an issue for us but good for people to know.

Condo was excellent,clean comfortable with a great ocean view. One thing you should fix is the living room TV area as the TV sound is very low volume and even when its up to the maximum 100.

All our expectations were met. We throughly enjoyed the large balcony where we could smell the salt air, hear the soothing waves, each others company. The main room had enough comfortable furniture for us to hang out on, and the condo was spotless.
