We have rented condos from North Beach for 23 years and keep coming back due to their excellent customer service and the fact that the rentals provided us are always clean and well maintained. To say we are thrilled with their service is an understatement!

We had a great stay at The Spinnaker 503! The location was perfect - convenient to restaurants, putt putt, shopping, etc! The weather was perfect and the temp of the ocean water was wonderful. As the primary vacation planner, when my family walked into the condo, their jaws dropped, their first words were, wow! You outdid yourself this year!

We had a great week. the only thing we weren't sure about was a complaint from a neighbor that we were banging our door and sent a work request in to fix said door that actually shuts on its own. It made us uncomfortable someone was complaining about something we had no control over

It was fantastic---from opening the door on the condo with subtle welcome music, to the aroma mister giving a pleasant smell, to the comfy beds and living room. We have vacationed at at the Spinaker for nearly 10 years and 503 was by far the best beach front condo. It was equipped with everything we needed and I liked how everything was labeled in the cabinets to make it easy to locate dishes/pots/pans, etc...

My wife and I were privileged to stay in this unit during our recent trip to Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach from 12/26–1/02. I truly cannot say enough good things about this property—it is absolutely beautiful. Every detail reflects the owners’ pride in their oceanfront home.

From the entryway to the deck, everything is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and visual appeal, making it a perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed, easy to work in, and serves as a great home base for meals. All appliances work perfectly, and the view is amazing.

The main living area features an electric fireplace that provides heat if desired or simply adds ambiance while relaxing on the comfortable sectional. The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace wall is a stunning focal point. The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated, and the bathrooms are equally impressive, with large, hot, and beautiful showers. The washer and dryer are conveniently hidden in an internal closet in the master bath.

The patio is outstanding. Located in the center of the building, it offers a 180-degree ocean view. The alcove outside the master bedroom provides privacy and shelter from winter winds, making outdoor seating comfortable even on colder days. High chairs and tables allow for unobstructed views.

We hope to be able to stay here again soon!

It was a nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom sliding door would not lock but that was ok . We parked under the building in “owners parking spots” and got reprimanded by the building maintenance person and his approach to asking us to move was not very friendly at all! To be honest he was rude and angry. His name was Allen. We had been told by the property management that it was ok to park there and they would be notified if it wasn’t. It was raining at the time I had inquired upon arrival. Other than that it was a beautiful place and great setting for our stay.

Very clean unit at a great location. The mattress in the second bedroom needs to be replaced. Our guests had to go to a hotel after the first night of being unable to sleep.

Great place to stay in the fall of the year. We stayed in October when there are no crowds. The room was nice and clean with everything just as described.They do have all the beach chairs and things you need for an enjoyable stay. The only con I have, and it’s just me, is the cleaning solution they use to clean the place was very potent. Overall we would enjoy staying here in the future.

This is the longest vacation we’ve ever taken (31 day), and we loved every minute of it! It’s comforting knowing that if there are any issues with our rental, North Beach Realty is always quick to respond. Victoria is wonderful to work with, and we so appreciate her! We have dealt with North Beach (previously Beachcomber) since 2003 and have never been disappointed. The units we’ve used have always been clean and make you feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone.

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Well equipped with all necessities. Spectacular view of the beach. The only improvement would be a new mattress in the secondary bedroom. Would recommend it !

The rental unit is exactly as it appeared in the photos in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of storage and the kitchen was well equipped. Best of all was the location and the view of the ocean. When we were in the unit we had a commanding view of the beach and ocean. There was plenty of dining options all within a 30 minute drive.

Our unit was updated With comfortable bathrooms and nicely equipped kitchen. Nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The only thing we didn’t like was the mattress was worn down uncomfortable needs to have a new pillow top mattress and boxsprings in the master king size bedroom

We had a fantastic experience and hope to return again next year. The building is easy to access and very quiet. The condo is comfortable and was newly updated. The rental process was easy and the rental manager attentive to our needs. We loved walks on the beach as well as day trips to Charleston and Wilmington.

The condo was nice but was in need of some maintenance & more thorough cleaning in some areas. Kitchen was well stocked, but the refrigerator made loud humming noises some during the week we were there. Also noted that the sliding glass door onto the balcony from the master bedroom was not plumb so there was a 1/4” gap down near the bottom where the door jam & door are supposed to meet. Also discovered on the 3rd day that the regular door knob on the entrance even when locked could be pushed open from the outside so had to make sure the deadbolt was locked at all times! That’s a huge safety feature that needs to be addressed ASAP!!! Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

The Spinnaker building is in a centralized location in NMB and close to everything. It's a smaller building, so its beach was not too crowded, even during mid-summer. The furnishings and decor of the living room and bedrooms was superb. It was obviously recently updated, and I hope the owners will continue that updating to the bathrooms, which were showing some wear. The kitchen was ok but had a real hodge-podge of equipment/utensils. There were no cake pans or baking dishes. I had to bake a casserole in a pyrex bowl. There were some plumbing issues, and the washing machine leaked water on the floor. The dryer was even worse, venting directly into the bathroom blowing hot air and lint everywhere. The general cleanliness of the unit was fine, but it could use a deep cleaning, probably like most vacation units in the summer which have been renting continuously for weeks. These issues didn't greatly affect the quality of our stay, so we reported them to the rental company, asking them to wait until we left to fix them. Hopefully they'll address these issues before the next renters come in. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, especially if the bathrooms get updated.

To Jeff K. Who wrote a review of our condo, I must respectfully disagree with his review . I suggest that he go down the street and pay triple the cost for an ocean front condo. He is the type that abuses the rental unit then makes complaints. The unit was recently remodeled and is very much in demand

Love this condo. Having stayed here 2 years ago I miss the jungle motif but glad they kept the monkey butler.
Could use a couple of ottomans.
Should also have instructions for the fireplace.
Otherwise will stay here again.

Spinnaker 503 was the nicest place we have ever stayed at the beach. The condo was reasonably priced. It was close to the beach. Nice pool. Property was clean and very well maintained. Everything we needed was there. Cant wait to go again next summer.

Our rental company experience was fine until we arrived and had to wait hours until after 4 to receive the key! The previous company would contact their cleaning crew, and, if cleaning were complete, we could get the key. NB Realty made no effort to accommodate us that way, so, road-weary and hot, we just had to wait in a long line at 4. Even then, my husband was treated rudely by staff. Won't happen again.

This unit has great views however it needs a deep clean and has some bad maintenance issues. One of the sliders to the balcony doesn’t lock so if you have a little ones this is very dangerous. The unit needs a deep clean(management co. Said that is the owners responsibility, not theirs), from wiping down the walls to dusting everything to cleaning under the sofa, serious there was trash and about an inch of duster und there. The faucets in both baths had a handle that din’t belong to the valve so you either scalded yourself or stood in freezing cold water to shower. The jetted tub had mildew chunks that came out when we attempted to use it! It really needs to be painted and honestly less is more with the decor, there is something crammed in every corner. The tv screens in each room were the size of my laptop screen, so enjoying television at night was a problem as you can’t see the tv! Positives were the location of the building, nice pool area and the balcony views. Kitchen was very well stocked if you wanted to prepare a meal. Overall because of how dirty it was and maintenance issues especially the balcony door not locking, I would not stay here again. The kitchen cabinets had dried food running down the sides. Also replace the recliner the foot rest was a just board covered in fabric which hurt the back of your ankles and the recliner was stained and filthy. I think for price you can find cleaner options.

Condo is small but comfortable and has everything you need. Was clean and the beds were comfortable.Kitchen is modern and has everything you need. Appreciated the washer/drier in the unit. Balcony and location are the highlight-directly on the beach. Quiet building, easy quick elevators. Bathrooms need updating; the master bath especially. Has a very old jacuzzi that doesn't look clean or inviting. Shower is in jacuzzi. Toilets are older. Pool was not open due to construction on the building.

This is a middle of the road rental unit with great views and beach access. The place is just tired and needs updates. The building has to be from the 70s or early 80s. The place wasn’t dirty per say, but it felt work down. The TVs in the bedrooms were the size of laptops. The master bathroom is awful - no room on counters and the shower head hit me mid chest. The balcony is very nice and the location is great. Bring your own wipes and for the right price - this isn’t a bad option. I just don’t understand people who let the rental units get run down. You have to reinvest and keep them fresh to command good rental rates and return customers. I will not be one of those in this instance.

Booked this condo last minute for a quick Memorial Day getaway with our two boys. The location was fine with great views and proximity to the beach. The building is older, as are many in north myrtle so that’s to be expected. The unit has good bones but needs a serious deep clean and updating. The entire Place is not not dirty per say, but it’s definitely tired. The rugs are getting gross and the finishes are worn. The kitchen is cluttered and stuff just looks like it’s been around the block one too many times. The master bath is small and awkward. In fact, the bath off the guest room was much better. It wouldn’t take much to get this unit up to par and that would of course bring more dollars from renters and better reviews. Anyway - not a total disaster by any means, but I would not stay in this unit again unless they up their game.
