The ocean front condo was clean and well kept. It was just as described and the ocean view front was beautiful and to sit in the morning and drink coffee and watch the morning. Sunrise was well worth it to stay.

Place was great, 2 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. Loved the location excellent view of the beach. Never been on 4th of July and if you like fireworks would highly recommend it cause it was awesome.

This vacation rental was fine. Beach Access was great. The pull out bed in the living was broken, the mattress would not stay up and the springs kept falling off. So, not the most comfortable night sleep. There were not enough pots and pans provided to cook for a family. I had to make one thing, put it in a bowl and then wash the pan to make something else. They did not provide grilling utensils, so I had to buy them. Other than that, it was fine. We were their for the beach.

It was okay.
Was given the wrong pool code number. Same thing happened 2 years ago.
Walked in, condo smelled of strong mildew. Looked inside the vents and there’s mold growing in all of them. Tuffed it out. And closed and covered all the vents. Was going to close off the front room by the entrance door and use the pull out couch. Couldn’t do that because it was broken and won’t stay up. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. to mention nobody swept or vacuumed before we came.

North beach realty was very easy to work with, and the condo met expectations. The only problem was the mattresses on the beds. They are not comfortable at all. I know NBR doesn’t own the property but should make the owner aware. We did ask for an egg crate or something to make the beds more comfortable but received nothing.

The condo was in good order and clean enough, but the bed in the master was depicted incorrectly. We were led to believe the bed was a Queen size which it wasn't and the mattress was terrible! I have a bad back and this just added to the pain. I told them at the rental office when we left and they said they would tell management.

The condo was clean and beautiful. The location was great although on the last day of our stay my little one wanted to spend her last evening of Vacation in the pool but it was closed because they were replacing windows so she was bummed.

We enjoyed our vacation once we were allowed into the unit. We picked up our keys at 4p from a very crowded office and made our way to the condo only to find that the property had not been cleaned yet. We did not get into the condo until 6p. I feel this is poor as we had paid for the day. The condo is worn but ok. The shower door on one of the bathrooms was installed in reverse so you have to step over the toilet to enter the shower area. The main TV was nice. The internet was excellent.

The rental unit was clean and nice. Location and view was great. The Master bedroom is small and the bathroom is tiny. One person has to crawl into bed if there is 2 sleeping. Bed is against the window/wall.Your dresser is in the hallway. 2nd bedroom has twin beds ok for kids or 1 small adult. We made it work. Kitchen, living room, balcony are nice. Overall we had a good time. Make sure you take toilet paper/towels, Hand soap,dish soap, dish towel and dish rag. There is a dishwasher but we used paper products and our own cups so didn't want to run dishwasher for just a couple items. Washer/dryer was nice to have also. 1 roll of toilet paper would have been nice when we arrived after traveling that far, til we got to market. Lucky I had a roll in the car...lol

We had a last minute vacation, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The morning balcony on the beach was a nice way to start the day. We used all the accommodations there from the kitchen, to the pool, hot tub and beach. All accommodations met our satisfaction.

Room was very small for a 2 bedroom. Picture makes it look way larger. Washing machine was not functioning and tile floors haven't been cleaned in ages! When we walked from the shower to the couch the bottom of our feet would be black.

Had a really nice stay, right on the beach, really nice location. The bedrooms are small and the bathrooms super small, but very nice over-all. Would stay again.

My best friend and I loved our stay here. Check in/out was very easy. The pictures do not do this property justice! The beach isn't over crowded because the property isn't a skyrise. Parasailing and banana boats were right outside the condo. We were thankful for the information book in the room. It led us on many adventures. We traveled to Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet often. This rental is just close enough to everything. We would stay here again.

The unit was big enough for two/four people, but there was no place to put groceries and the furniture, especially in the living room, was extremely uncomfortable.

Enjoyable, great view, roomy condo. Others may want to know both bathrooms are en suite. Sofa bed could be replaced; frame was wonky and I could not refold sofa before leaving. Balcony way private & spacious. My 88 year old mom really enjoyed watching banana boaters & parasailers. Condo was very clean.

The slider doors you see in the picture are the only source of natural light so the area where the couches are is cave-like, save for the overhead ceiling light. The master bath is so tight you have to close the door in order to get to the sink. All appliances worked well and seemed to be new. Bathrooms were renovated and clean. The kitchen lacked a few items, like a measuring cup, measuring spoons, a whisk, and no coffee filters. Of the two elevators, one was out of commission awaiting replacement and the other only worked intermittently.

The owner fees were actually more than the rent!! I thought it had to be the deposit mentioned in the contract and would be refunded later but that was weeks ago!! I’ll never choose VRBO again even though we enjoyed the condo. Very disappointed with HIDDEN fees!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful prior to our stay and definitely during our 7 days there. We loved the location and was so pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. Plan to stay there next summer!!

The unit was a decent size for my friend and me and it was clean. The bathrooms and the guest bedroom are a little cramped, but they worked fine for us. We enjoyed the indoor pool, especially on one rainy day. The ocean front location and view is great. We enjoyed walking numerous times up and down the beach, and through the nearby streets to view the homes. We went to Barefoot Landing a few times as it was close by. I would consider returning to this location.
