San-A-Bel 104 - Oceanfront - Crescent Beach Section

Arrived late at night but picking up our packet from the office was so easy. Photos of condo matched the condo upon arrival. Condo was spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens. We did find candy and brownie wrappers on the top bunk that were missed by cleaning and also a few other things we randomly found throughout the home that were missed - seems the cleansers just “hit the obvious spots” and went on. The floors were full of sand (I know we were at the beach) but the next morning after we arrived late I was up sweeping and mopping and WOW the amount of sand we swept up with a broom alone was excessive for a “cleaned condo”. I did report this to the rental office. Also, the water in the shower of the secondary bedroom was not hot at all - luke warm at best so everyone had to schedule when they were going to shower in the master bathroom - when you have teens (especially a girl) this takes more time. I also reported this to the office and they said they would alert maintenance but no one came during our stay to look at it or fix the issue. I reminded the rental office again when I turned in our pool bands as we were leaving and the response I got was “oh ok”. The pool was nice, but the hot tub needed repaired (you have to hold the button in for about 30 seconds for the jets to come on then they don’t stay on long). Security said the issue was a known issue and someone had been out to look at it earlier the week before and they had to order parts.
Beachfront was nice and not terribly crowded during our time - we seen dolphins multiple times. We always have a great time at the beach no matter what - we made the best of it.

We enjoyed our stay especially the grandchildren. The condo is in a great location, close to restaurants and entertainment, and has direct access to the beach. The view is gorgeous.

It was clean and tidy. We were there for an event in OD so we had to drive up there each day. There are bunk beds in the living room which narrowed the space but still enough room for a family of four. Nice balcony area and great beach view.
