The 1st floor features the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bathroom, master bathroom and laundry room. The 2nd floor features 2 bedrooms, one with a private balcony, and a shared bathroom. For added convenience, there are TV's in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and parking for 2 vehicles.
Located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach, "Perrindise" is conveniently close to all the wonderful restaurants and attractions our area has to offer! After you've enjoyed the beach, take a dip in the nice outdoor community pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day)!

We love staying at this property and stay here each time we come to North Myrtle (they were with a different property manager before). The house is modernly decorated, very comfortable beds and furniture and a great layout (especially if you have a large group). We love cooking in the kitchen and plenty of dishes and items to cook with. Really close to Main Street that offers ice cream, pizza, restaurants, arcade and other stores. Super quick 2-minute walk to the beach and it's in a quieter part of the beach so not as crowded. You will enjoy your stay at this house!
