Ocean Towers Beach Club 401 - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section

The room we stayed in, was very clean very nicely done. The the property management was very professional and kind. I would recommend them again. The furniture was wonderful love the updates. Kitchen was huge and the children loved the kids room. I was satisfied with the stay except for the you cannot use the balcony. The pool was cold and half the parking lot is closed.I really love the location, but the fact that half of the parking lot cannot be used, and you cannot use the balcony, not even open the door to hear the ocean really made it a downer experience. If they got those things fixed I would gladly come back. Also, the pool is ice cold made everybody sick when we swam in it. They need to put a heater in there.

I have stayed at Ocean Towers Beach Club for a week every year since 1988. It's a great location, and especially to enjoy the beach, and many local restaurants and attractions. As for my family, this past June was the 38th consecutive year for our family vacation in North Myrtle Beach and having between one and four condos in Ocean Towers. Last year all 18 of us were there. This year, 12 of us were there, having traveled from Seattle, Amsterdam,
Cape Coral, Savannah and The Villages, FL

One of the condos I rented for my family this year was OT#401. The owners had obviously spent a lot of time and money to remodel and refurnish the 3BR,2Bath condo. It was very beautiful! I would highly recommend Ocean Towers, and #401.

Our family of 6 stayed here. It’s in a great location, the beach wasn’t packed so we could easily find a place to hang out. The pictures didn’t do it justice as the kitchen had been fully remodeled and is just beautiful. It came with everything we needed, the apartment was huge and the beds were comfortable. Only 3 stars for maintenance because none of the balconies could be used as they all needed repairs. We noticed that ours wasn’t the only building with this issue.

Wow is all I can say, this place was perfect. The beach view was amazing and so close. The beach was not crowded since the area was in the condo zone. We had a family of 10 and the accommodation was very comfortable, even with 5 kids running around. I would absolutely recommend condo 401 to my closest friends and family. The check-in process was completed in less than 3 minutes.

Overall decent place to stay but have a couple of comments\suggestions:
1. Dryer didn't really do a good job on clothes or towels.
2. Kitchen was spacious but needs more and better utensils. Pots and pans were dated and should be upgraded.
3. TV in main area didn't have a way to access channel which turned out ok for us as my boys used it for gaming.
4. AC was great! No issues with room temperatures.
5. Upgrade the master toilet. Had to jiggle the handle after use to keep it from running all the time. The main bathroom had an upgraded higher toilet...make the master the same.
I would stay here again and the pricing was better than most but with a few dollars, the owners could make this much better.

We loved the stay despite certain concerns and would like to come and stay again.

The good -

1. Property management was quite responsive and prompt

2. The view, area, neighborhood was superb!

3. Spacious rooms

4. All TVs work and good Wi-Fi

5. Quite spacious balcony with comfy chairs

What we didn’t like

1. The checkin process is really outdated; one has to understand that we live in an era of mobile phones and nobody has the time and patience to read 10 pages of text! The checkin instructions desperately need to be succinct and clear.

2. The master bathroom requires some serious maintenance! Toilet sink leaks and is not in shape; the shower needs to be repaired.

3. There were no ladles to serve food and the mixer did not work.

4. One of the sliding doors did not lock properly.

5. The furniture, beds, sofas will give you a backache

6. You have to get everything starting from cooking oils, trash bags, dish-soap, laundry detergent, etc. Nothing is provided.

Securing the rental and dealing with the property management company was a great experience. The unit was clean, but just very outdated. It did have everything that we needed, but I was a little taken back by how old everything in the unit was. It is in a great location, and I could walk out onto the balcony and see the ocean. Some updating would have helped elevate my experience.

The curtain in aittin room was dirty and torn badly. The commode in master bath needs to be repaired. The most problem I had was the Elevator broke down 4 times, I was on 4th floor and did not need to climb steps.

We had 9 people, 6 adults and 3 kids, and this place had plenty of room. It is a little outdated, however it was very clean and we loved it. There was even an Amazon Alexa available to us. Every room had a TV and a Roku in it.

Very spacious condo. While the beach is busy, it is located just far enough from public access points to avoid too many people. We felt it was the perfect location with super fast and easy beach access.

Our visit from Las Vegas to North Myrtle Beach was absolutely �� percent Enjoyable and Relaxing. The condo we rented was amazingly beautiful, three bed room, large living room and a sizable kitchen. What I did like most was the balcony outside the very large master room was delighting as we watched the beautiful sunrise and the moon rising above the ocean. The condo had everything we needed to make our visit memorable. Overall the condo was beautiful and the pool was so refreshing after lying on the beach in front of your condo. Oh ya, their was plenty of parking available. The North Beach Reality were friendly and professional. I can not wait until our next trip to North Myrtle Beach. Loved it!

Our condo was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The door from the living room to balcony could be a little difficult to open. Overall a great location with very nice and helpful neighbors.

The condo was clean and in a wonderful location. I feel like for the price we paid, there should have been beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. to use while staying in the condos. All condos I have stayed in in the past have had these included. We were disappointed to find that nothing was there when we arrived.

We loved location and beach access. Some furnishings need updating. Sliding glass doors were very loud and set from living room didn’t work properly. You were able to hear guests above and below accessing their balconies through doors. Some pots and pans in rough shape. Could definitely use a new dishwasher in unit as it did not clean dishes well.
