This condo is on the 4th floor (top floor) and the private balcony off of the living room faces the ocean and offers gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and there is a washer & dyer in the unit for your convenience.

Beautiful Beach Condo
It was great! Room was clean and neat! Great location across from the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Will be back! Thank you for a great trip!

Nice place to rent and close to the ocean!
The place was pretty clean but dishes were put away dirty. Deck also needed to be swept off. Spoons missing but North Beach Reality replaced them for us.

4th of July Vacation at the Beach!
We loved the location of our condo. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. Our condo could have been a little cleaner. The first thing we had to do was sweep and mop. However, there are/were big concerns for the safety of the stairs in this building. One side of the stairs in the building are certainly not up to code and are very steep and uneven. Even though there are signs warning you of steep stairs, it is hard to believe that these steps meet ADA codes. Very thankful that the elevator was working because I understand that recently there have been problems with the elevator. Being on the 4th floor, it would have been a nightmare trying to carry up luggage, supplies, etc. if the elevator was not working. But overall, we had a good experience.

North Beach rental
This was a great price and perfect for 4 people. Loved the view!!! Just a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Close to everything!

Amazing place to stay

Great location condo!
The condo was great and location was perfect for us. My husband swept the floor in living room and found crackers on floor behind the couch which he cleaned up..also we cleaned inside fridg..crumbs visable..outside of was a great stay.

Great Location and Very welcoming.
Had a great stay. Only issue was elevator was down the whole week. However we were given a credit for the inconvenience. Loved the location. So close to restaurants and could even see the beach from our balcony, even though we were across street. Will stay again.

Fantastic location and super nice!
The rental was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is right across the street from the beach. View from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, loved that it had 2 bathrooms which made getting ready much easier for our family. The elevator was broken during our stay, but we were informed before arrival and we were given a discount since it was not fixed while we were there. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway
The unit was perfect: the decor, cleanliness, location, etc. Great location - directly across from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Very nice, clean room
We really enjoyed our stay. The view off the balcony was amazing. Could see the ocean and the street activity. Everything was close by in walking distance. Restaurants, bars, stores etc.... The room was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. Plenty of towels. Quiet. The only complaints were there was only one luggage cart for the whole building. There was a huge concern about all the wiring for the the building not contained. Especially the ones right next to the pool area that a kid could grab or pull on. Even though I didn't have small children I felt it was extremely unsafe. It looked scary to me and I was afraid to go near the pool. They should be boxed in somehow making it safer plus more appealing.

One of the cleanest condos that we have rented.
Everything was as described. Location was great and there were supplies provided to start your stay (such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent)
