The Perfect Escape!
Perfect location for a much needed adult vacation! Quiet spot on the beach away from tourist traps but close enough that you could enjoy them if you want to. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and just right for two couples but would also be great for a girls trip or a small family vacation. The balconies were perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails watching the sunset in the evening. The building was super secure. Key card access required to enter the building and even coming and going from the beach. We were slightly ahead of the busy season so the pool bar wasn't open but the pool was. We ubered to Murrells Inlet one night and drove the short trip to Barefoot Landing another. I wasn't sure about having to stop at the rental office but it was super convenient, literally on the way to the condo. We arrived slightly before 4:00 and were able to grab the key cards and begin enjoying our trip! Just as easy leaving to swing by the office and drop the key cards off. All and all, we had a great experience and look forward to booking again next year!

Clean but worn and dated
Furnishings were old and worn out. Main balcony table.chairs and lounges paint peeling and dirty. Only one chair on master balcony. No remote for tv in living area. Second bathroom very nice and had been updated. Master bath needs work. The condo needs paint and other repairs. Kitchen adequate. TV in master needs to be mounted on the wall. Beds comfortable but bedspread needs to be replaced. Dishwasher rack does not stay on track. Does not have any beachy feel. Maison sur mer is an excellent property. Grounds well kept and great security. North Beach Realty was excellent to work with.
