This was a great unit. Easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything my family needed to make meals. The condo itself is beautiful with ocean views from just about anywhere. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway.

We had a lovely stay! The condo is nicely updated. We only had 2 issues. There was quite a bit of hair left from previous guests(I assume) and bathmats were not clean. I rewashed the sheets as they had hairs on them and small stains.

Once I'd washed everything and cleaned the floors myself it was perfect! Unfortunately one afternoon we came back to find someone had been in the unit and we had never been notified in any way that someone would be in the unit while we were gone.

Not to mention they left a large vent off and equipment around and we had children with us that we needed to keep away from everything. We called NBR and they immediately made inquires as to why our unit was entered and sent their own maintenance personnel to figure out what was going on. It was handled very professionally.

Overall the building/unit was nice, the location was excellent and I would definitely recommend this property!

Seamless rental process, no hiccups except there was no key to the msm fitness rooms available from North Beach or in the unit

The resort and condominium were terrific. One of the best in Myrtle. Great views and terrific balcony. I wanted to stay another week. Condo has 2 queens where my teens slept and a king bed in the master BR. Everything was in great shape and had everything you need for a week of fun.
North Beach Realty was very good. Any interaction I had with them was professional and friendly. I will happily do business with them next year.

Upon arrival, the property management company was friendly and process was quick to receive the condo keys. Upon entering the condo, it was meticulously clean and smelled wonderful. The view was amazing and location can’t get much better. With the 24hr security and needing access badge to get on property as well to get on the beach, I felt extremely safe allowing my teenage daughters to venture out. Not very busy due to private beach access. We had a wonderful time. I sent a list of minor items not working properly and they responded quickly. No big issues during our stay and we would definitely stay again. There are several rules the condo has and they strictly abide by those - nothing I thought was unreasonable. These are privately owned condos which is nice - no crazy parties, etc. The only downsides was another condo above us was doing construction and cutting wood on their balcony every morning early and throughout the day which was our alarm clock every morning around 8/8:30am. Pool also closes at 10 which was bit of a bummer for my kids. This was a very quiet and relaxing stay with amazing views in an upscale condo. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect. We were very pleased with the condo when we arrived. It was exactly how it was pictured and represented online. It was clean, updated, and in a great location with great views of the ocean.
