Lovely stay
It was a lovely stay, unit was as described and what pictures showed. Check in and out process was smooth and pleasant. Will be using the company properties again.

Wonderful stay
Very modern, beautiful unit, with the best-stocked kitchen we've ever had for both quality and quantity. Everything is exactly as listed in the pictures and description (except the master bath is in the hallway rather than "en-suite"). Furniture is comfortable and good quality. View from the balconies is fantastic, and we enjoyed coffee out there every morning! We love staying in Maison - easy pool and beach access, well-maintained, and secured. North Beach is great to work with too. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo
A wonderful week at the beach. Condo was beautiful - nicely updated and fresh and clean. Balcony had nice view of tennis courts, pool and ocean.

Perfect for Family Vacation
The unit is updated, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well cleaned upon arrival, and starter paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc) and trash bags were a pleasant surprise. In-unit laundry was also a great. Views from the TWO balconies was incredible.
The property has a well maintained pool, is right on the beach, and a short driving distance from all the main Broadway attractions. Had absolutely NO complaints about this property and would definitely rent again.

As advertised
Beautiful modern condo, great location, ocean views from everywhere. Quiet, friendly folks everywhere. Everything was clean, heated outdoor pool was perfect.

Building rules are extensive, ie. cannot bring luggage through through the lobby which is the floor you are required to park. Have to pick up/drop off keys 15 mins away which is inconvenient. Had to fill paperwork out online, at rental office then again at property. Nothing earth shattering but inconveniences for the $900+ we paid in fees. Otherwise top-notch.
