Crescent Towers II 508 - Oceanfront - Crescent Beach

The condo could not be better. Furnishings and decorated beautiful. So very comfortable, clean and homey. We had a great time. Went to Margaritaville, Hard Rock. Shopped in all the stores on the main drag and everywhere in between. We are all experts at miniature golf now. It was perfect and we would all recommend it to anyone thinking of staying. I looked hard and long to book this and was not disappointed at all! Thank you to the owner and the management of the property making it available for others to enjoy.

I loved my trip, and the location of property was perfect! I was very disappointed that the electric fireplace did not give heat, but just lit up, guessing the heat part is somehow turned off. The furniture was comfortable to my sister and her husband, property was very clean, and people were friendly. The realty company let me know prior to trip that there would be maintenance to elevator on Tuesday, but that was fine, as I had everything I needed in the condo, and it didn't take long at all. Well stocked with kitchen items, and amazing view.

This condo was fantastic. Very clean and very well stocked! It was good that both bathrooms had full size bath tubs. The balcony was large and it was nice being able to see over to the street side since it wrapped around. All the balcony furniture was nice and clean. There was plenty of parking as well. I wish the unit had its own WiFi (it is building-wide), but I was glad it had cable tv. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Great for two couples. The kitchen was modern and had many needed items. My two favorite things were all the windows and the large balcony. It was very clean. We ordered pizza twice from Hungry Howies. There was a blanket in the front bedroom that completely fell to shreds when it was picked up. The outdoor furniture could use replacing and the sliding glass door was a bit of a struggle to open and close. All of these things are easy fixes. I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful condo with a great ocean view. Beach is not as crowded here as in either direction north or south. It was very clean and we would rent again. Only downside was open wifi for the building and the TVs could not get Netflix, Amazon etc.. That was disappointing - not sure if it is always like that. We would stay here again 5 stars!

This unit was amazing. The oceanfront balcony was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time on it and it was comfortable for our family. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was incredible. It had everything we needed and more. Living room was spacious and comfortable. Wished we had figured out the chairs were recliners before the night before we left. There was enough room that our family never felt like we were on top of each other. The weather wasn’t the best during our trip, so we spent a lot of our time in the condo and on the balcony. The washer and dryer made life so much easier for the week. Maintenance had to come out once, due to us coming back and the room was not cooling down. Sky was there in 20 mins and fixed it in 10 mins. She was amazing. It was almost 9pm when we got back from dinner and made the maintenance call. Parking was easy. We have a large truck and it was no issue at all. Calm and peaceful at night. Beds slept great. We hope to book in the future again. We would recommend this unit to our family and friends.

Loved this unit! We had everything we needed. I especially liked that the owners tastes matched my own and it felt like home. Only thing that could make it perfect would be a handheld shower unit. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location!!! Condo was nice and clean. King beds in both rooms very comfortable, great sleep every night. Kitchen well equiped. Easy check in and out. Not crowded and was not having to wait for elevator. Great place to go for a getaway and will go back.

We enjoyed this luxury condo. It had all needed amenities in the kitchen. We love to play games and used the dining table. Our bathroom was a little small and needed a new showerhead. Lots of towels and they were soo soft! The king sized beds were so comfortable and we slept very well. The oceanside view was marvelous and nice deck!!The furniture is high end.. We would definitely come again.

The positives: the view was beautiful! The access to the beach was easy and although it was cold we spent as much time as possible. The kitchen had been recently updated and was nice and the furniture appeared to be newer. Negatives The bathroom tubs are old and could use a good cleaning. There was mold in areas and the shower liners were dirty. The bedrooms needed dusting. The slider to the outside was also dirty. Also there were no sheets for the pullout that we could find. Both bedrooms are in the back and the road noise from motorcyles etc comes thru. The cleaning inspector came to the door right after we arrived and we did not see the issues until after she left. At that point we only had 3 days so we
Just dealt with it. P

Excellent weather and the condo was extremely well furnished. The bed linens could have be a little nicer for the price of the condo and there was a little Mold around the bath tub spout. The condo is one of the nicest one I have stayed in in a long time.

Easy to rent, contactless check in ,check out. Clean and well equipped for all needs. Full kitchen, washer and drier.2 bathrooms(!). This property is very much loved by the owners - there are so many extras there , it is really a relaxing place to enjoy every moment of it. Sunrise is not to miss(!). Waking up with the ocean by your feet.

The condo was absolutely amazing, best I have ever rented at North Myrtle. It was clean, well stocked, beautiful view. The air wasn’t working great, I called the rental company and someone came and fixed it within the hour! Wonderful service. We will definitely be back.

Upon arrival, it became almost instantly clear that much thought had gone into decorating and supplying the condo. The online photos accurately represented the vacation home. The only cleanliness complaint was dirty wallpaper behind the couch and chair. One other issue is the master bath sink is very slow to drain. We were advised by a maintenance person it's an ongoing issue with, he believes, sand in the clean out and it is all glued together and needs to be replumbed. The couch was not very comfortable but that's normal for fold outs and most won't be using it 4 months at a time. Unfortunately, our stay was cut a bit short by the Corona Virus. (We were concerned about the thousands of students there on spring break.) Overall, our stay was pleasant and the condo was nice, roomy and well appointed. Thank you to the owners.

Was impressed with the unit upon arrival. The layout is great and the owner furnished supplies are the best I've seen. (and we've been coming to this area for 25 years.)We did purchase a crock pot which we will leave here. The cleanliness was overall pretty good. A couple of walls need washed and the caulk around the tub needs redone and has some black on it. There is also a little rust stain coming from the jets. But overall, not bad. I can tell the owners put a lot of thought into what a renter would like. Overall, we are very pleased so far.

This was one of the best family vacations that we have done. The condo was just as shown. The building was quiet and the beach was busy but oh so close. My family members who could not walk far really enjoyed being able to get to the beach with not too much effort. The view was spectacular. North Beach Reality were great in their assistance with directions and with the check in and check out. If you are looking for a quiet, family getaway then this is the place for you. I hope to be back again soon. The only downside is that the parking spaces are limited and if you have a large vehicle you might have to park across the street in overflow lot.

The property was great! Very clean and spacious with an amazing ocean view. Less than 20 minutes from some excellent golf courses. The PGA Store is just up 25th Street and can book tee times for you to avoid any online fees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to family or friends. The property is very close (less than 3 miles) from some very good restaurants.

Myself and my guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean, with great amenities to enjoy! What stood out most was the large balcony to relax on watching and listening to the ocean! The location of the property was very close to places to eat and shop! We had a wonderful week at the beach! The condo we stayed in was very clean, and comfortable. It was bright and nicely decorated. The check in / check out process was very easy and the management staff was great! We also liked that this building was surrounded by smaller buildings, which meant that our section of the beach was not as crowded. Overall, a great stay!

My daughter and I had a great week at the condo! We had the beach right there and the pool when we didn't want to go in the ocean. Vacation was great. Condo clean and well furnished.
Chased out 2 days early by Hurricane Irma. The only drawback was the amenities were misrepresented. The listing said "linens included", but we were billed $185.00 for linens and housekeeping.

The location is great, but the building needs some upkeep (the elevator got stuck everyday, the hose for the water run off was frayed and finally split.) The condo itself was nice, the housekeeper could do a better job with dusting, but everything else was very nice.

As advertised this oceanfront condo is a great location for a perfect beach vacation. Nice layout of the condo with a terrific oceanfront balcony. We relaxed on the beach, parasailed and swam a lot. It is a short drive to restaurants, shops and activities.

I like the property very much, the rental company and the ability to take care of the home owners property is awful. This place was dirty, sheets were dirty it was not inspected or cleaned prior to entering. I was told I should of called the after hours number after driving almost 4 hours to get there. I did 6 loads of laundry just to use the place the first night. I was told by the management company I could return the keys and leave. I will stay here but will never use this property management company again.

Loved the room but the refrigerator was old and never went below 40 degrees. We had 200 dollors of food that spoiled and had to wait a day for a repair man to come and lie saying the frig was fine. When I returned home I asked my uncle who's a retired repair man about the frig he said the frig was no good and needs to be replaced. We also had 5 broken chairs on are balcony that I had to live with for two days. The new chairs needed to be cleaned be me and the backs were flimsy you you couldn't lean back at all.
