Crescent Shores S 1011 - Oceanfront - Crescent Beach Section

Had a fantastic stay. Our unit was far better than expected. Very clean and what a fantastic view. The balcony was very comfortable spacious and had a fantastic view for sunrise annd sunsets and quiet.the grounds were very clean and we did enjoy the pool outside, took a while to find the inside pool since it was in a diffent location. It was in the building North of us. We did enjoy the hot tub outside. We will certainly stay here again. Parking was available across the street which was very convenient. Thank you for such a nice visit.

I will start with the positive first. The room is a great size and layout. We were able to fit 6 adults and 1 child comfortably. Full size washer and dryer in the room was great. The location of the resort was convenient, but very congested only in this particular section because the public parking lot and walkway was located right next door. A little farther in either direction was way less crowded. Now for the negatives. The pool is too small to accommodate a resort of this size so we never even bothered to go to it. It was packed and therefore filthy with sand from people going back and forth from the beach by mid morning. The balcony is gorgeous and furniture on it nice but someone on another balcony was smoking cigarettes and weed on theirs at all hours. It made it difficult to enjoy sitting out there if you are a non-smoker. The room itself was not very clean at all. The bedrooms all have carpet that was disgusting. The main bedroom especially had an overwhelming smell of cat urine or ammonia. You couldn’t take your shoes off at all. There were 2 vacuums in the room which we tried to use to help, but neither of them worked and just made it worse. The couches and chairs were stained so bad no one wanted to sit on them without putting a blanket over them first. The parking garage was a nightmare. It’s across the street. There’s a single handicap spot on the same side as the building, the rest are unloading and for owners only. I had to walk my physically disabled daughter across the busy street any time we left. We were also told no trailers or motorcycle's, but never told overhead carriers wouldn’t fit in the garage. There are too many options to pick from in the area, go somewhere else.

The condo was very nice and we would definitely come back! The only rhing we would suggest is replace the living room chairs. They are too low for comfortable sitting. This would not keep us from coming back, however. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in this condo was great. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The balcony had very comfortable seating and a nice patio table.
Our hope is to return and rent this condo again. Two wishes would be a new couch in the living room and a coffee table.

Condo was lovely! Even better than the pictures. Large balcony made it easy for the 4 adults to hang out together. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Tons of plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. Check in and out was quick and easy. Great location. Elevators were fast and not crowded. Would definitely rent here again.

rented this unit for my daughter and her two daughters to attend a wedding of my grand daughter. unit was oceanfront, clean and plenty of space for the four people staying there. a couple and two singles had there own bedroom and bath.

It was a very beautiful condo. So very relaxatiing. Had to have maintenance come and set up TVs but other than that, it was breathtaking!

We really enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family. King sized beds were a bonus! The only complaint we had was the people above us were constantly opening & closing their sliding glass doors which was loud & disruptive especially early in the morning when you’re still trying to sleep.

The condo check in time is 4p. We checked in right at 4p and was told they were still cleaning but would be done by the time we got there. We stopped and got groceries on the way with our two small children. We didn’t get access to our room until 7p essentially ruining our cold groceries and our kids bed time. We did not feel we were appropriately compensated ($150) for the condo rental properties cleaning mistakes and ruining our first day of vacation.

The cleaning that did get done was subpar. I wouldn’t recommend this condo rental property based on this alone.

The condo has appropriate amenities. There is a keurig in the kitchen which is nice. The pool was nice but often closed for various reasons.

We loved our 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom unit. It was very clean and fresh. Loved the location too, as it is near all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Crescent Shores is a nice facility and our condo was great, but it is a 2 structure high rise and it was very crowded in the 2nd week of August (not unexpected but I wouldn't stay there again in the peak season)

Great place. My only complaints are that management company never sent me the email for the code to open lockbox door to return our room keys/pool bands. Elevators were not air conditioned, so they were hot. I would like to see management company make a sheet or email that has all the important details in a more condensed version that’s at a glance and gives you your important info and not a bible written to you.
