Brigadune 8A - Oceanfront - Arcadian Shores Section

The location was great.Our biggest issue was the air barely worked and stayed nearly 80 the entire week.
No blender and and just 1 dollar general frying pan. No storage tupaware etc.Construction next door was very annoying with jack hammers all day for 3 days.
The owners should make some updates especially the air conditioning!!!!

The unit was clean upon arrival! However the air conditioning was horrible!. The temperature even at night was 78° inside. I think the unit isn't big enough to cool the condo. Also we had only 1 frying pan and at best it was a dollar general pan. No blender to make frozen cocktails but we managed. The worst part was the construction it the 8B beside us all day for 3 days Jack hammering the floors out. I don't put that on anyone because it was out of our control. The kitchen could be better equipped with updated pots and pans and tupaware containers. The pool was very nice and cool but was closed immediately at dark. Would definitely stay again if some updates were considered. Especially the AC unit!!!!

Our vacation was quite challenging this year due to major exterior renovations going on at Brigadune. If we would have known in advance we would have opted for another location or canceled. The extreme noise of jackhammers against the concrete structure echoed throughout the entire building making our unit and most others untenable during the day. Even sitting on the beach was difficult with the elevated noise level. It was not our most relaxing vacation to say the least. However North Beach Reality was very receptive to our concerns and went above and beyond to make our 2 weeks as pleasant as possible considering the situation. Thank you to North Beach Reality for their kindness, understanding and wonderful customer service.

The new appliances in the kitchen are great!
The mattresses in the bedroom with the double beds were awful. Very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs even when just sitting on the bed. We've stayed there several times but would have to reconsider staying there again if the mattresses aren't replaced.

Love it at the Brigadune, a little disappointed in the balcony seating. Only 4 chairs on this huge balcony. Not nearly enough seating for a 3 bedroom condo. We had a few issues but maintenance crew was awesome

Over all the rental was nice but it was a leak from the ceiling in the first twin bedroom to the left, i couldn't run the sweeper like what was requested of me before departure but the electrical sockets all didn't work.the balcony was phenomenal its a lovely experience, I'd for sure recommend it for renting for a family vacation.

North Beach Realty moved us to this condo after the one we booked’s AC quit working. This was quite a surprised upgrade! Everywhere you looked out the window was ocean view! The pool was close by. Everything was great! We were close to dining places and shops.
What started out irritating ( condo with broken AC, turned out great! )
We will be returning to Brigadune another time.
I sincerely appreciate North Beach Realty’s efforts to satisfy our needs.The AC guy went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We tell our friends and family that North Beach Realty provide great service. Thank you for everything.

We loved the spacious living area and the opening and bar from the living area to the kitchen. Very clean! There were a few things that needed attention such as light bulbs, working clock, etc as happens with rental unit.

There really needs to be more silverware there were only 3 real forks and a few plastic ones. The hall bathroom has a shower door that allows water to get on floor . But enjoyed our stay and are returning next July . Thank you

I fell in the bathroom due to cheep rugs that slipped out from under me. Had to call EMT to help me out of the floor. My husband had just had brain cancer surgery and could not help me. This happened on our first night our vacation was not good. I'm home now and have to go to the doctor for xrays on my knee that I had replaced several years ago. I'm badly brused and cant walk good. Thank goodness I had my wheelchair with me. They need to replace the cheep rugs and get taller toilets
