We did have some issues but most were addressed immediately and did not interfere with a great vacation at Beach Club 11.

It was a great unit. Bigger than it looked in the pictures! They were very helpful when the unit didn't have a blow dryer and quick to send maintenance when the washer wasn't working. Overall a very nice unit with plenty of space, great location, wonderful people to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

My family stayed in this unit. We had a great time. I have to say when you look at pictures on line the units are usually smaller and not as nice in person. This was NOT the case here! The unit seemed bigger and nicer! A wonderful surprise! We noticed the unit did not have a blow dryer that is was supposed to have. I emailed and we had one at our door the next morning. We had a problem with the washer and they fixed it as quickly as they could. It was a really nice unit that we would definitely stay in again and North Beach Vacations was very accommodating to our needs. Overall, highly recommend.

We had a very good stay and the property is in the best location with a nice ocean view and closer to shopping and restaurants. The only issue we had was the toilet flush and the exhaust fans in the restroom were very loud and noisy. The management was friendly and welcoming.

A family vacation with 10 of us
The condo was perfect with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The balcony looking right at the ocean. It wasnt too crowded and the pool was never to busy. It was so easy to walk right down to the ocean. We used the grls several times. Wish the sliding glass doors to the balcony had a screen on it so we could hear the ocean. We had an issue with one of the toilets as soon as we arrived. I called immediately recieved a call back within 15minutes and a plumberwas there within an hour on a Sunday before memorial day. So impressed with everything. The Xplore included with condo was great also. Used it for Mini gokf tickets. So close to druve to restaurants and things to do.
I would recommend this condo and North Beach Reality to my friends and family. And I will definitely go through them again on our next vacation!

The weather wasn't what we were hoping for but the view from the living room made up for it. We got to look out over the ocean and even seen dolphins swimming. The condo was just as described and was the perfect size for our party.

Upon entering there was a strong animal smell(pulls out Febreeze). The rooms were suitable. We were here for Christmas and it just happens to have been a very cold one. This made the floors hard to walk on because they were like walking on ice blocks. Pipes were leaking so we had water leakage inside. Then a water break or something that setoff the fire alarm. They ended up coming to our room and cutting a hole in the closet wall which inturn gave my mom a headache the next to the last day there due to the noise and dust. But Christmas was great! Dishwasher didn't work.

The rental unit was clean and orderly. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this unit. We love the location as it is right on the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and lounging on the pool deck. The outside patio was used frequently. Our family loves the area and the beach so it was a win-win for all of us.

The rental process was simple and picking up keys just as easy! The condo was everything as described and more! Easy access to the beach, plenty of parking, heated pool as described. (heated during certain months). I can tell you all my friends really enjoyed their stay and the surrounding area. There is a lot to do in a short walk, drive or Uber from this location. We are looking forward to our next stay and will definitely consider this condo if available. It will all depend on what adventures we seek next time around. Communication with the rental team was easy and all questions were answered very quickly. This was probably the easiest rental decision I ever had. Thanks to the team for all the information and responsiveness to questions. I / we are looking forward to coming back to Myrtle Beach soon!

This location was exactly as described and beautiful, spacious and clean. There wasn't a need to interact with the manager/owner as we had everything we needed. In the event that we might've needed to contact them there were many places where the contact info was readily available. We went to the Aquarium, and it was very nice. Mostly we stayed put and relaxed. The ocean was cold and the pool was heated! The master bathroom shower handle was could've been cleaner (could've used a good scrubbing). Other than that the place was amazing.

It was a girls-only beach trip with my two daughters and a granddaughter. The condo is oceanfront and just a few steps from the beach. Other guests that we met while there were very friendly. We had easy check in/check out regarding reservations. The condo was very nice, clean, and spacious (the ceiling fans could use a good cleaning). It more than met our expectations. Although we had an AC issue the first night there, the management was very helpful and quick to resolve it. There are plenty of good restaurants close by for dining in, take out, or delivery, and plenty of stores for shopping. We also went to Ripley's Aquarium. My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed it. We all did. The condo is in a very nice section of North Myrtle Beach and I would definitely recommend it to others. We were very satisfied with it. Many thanks again to the owner and management.

Extraordinarily nice rental unit. Exceptionally clean and nice lay out. Direct view of the ocean and sunrises. Minutes away from Barefoot Landing with several awesome restaurants to chose from.
