A Wave From It All - 3rd Row - Cherry Grove Section

Me and my family of 8 enjoyed our stay the neighbourhood was quite close to the beach. The game room w/washer and dryer was A1 the kids loved it and so did I . Will definitely book this house again ��

The house was in a good location, the pool was nice but was not marked with how deep each end of the pool was. The pictures showed the game room to be bigger than it actually was. The laundry area was a little cluttered to get to the washer and dryer with beach chairs and toys. For the most part the house was clean, the master toilet had some feces stained in it, I had to take the toilet brush myself to clean out, and around the sink faucet was not cleaned very well. The porches are nice. The grill needs to be replaced, I told management that it was so rusted out that we couldn’t use it, she said they would contact maintenance to see if they had a loaner we could use, but I never heard anything else from them and there was not one brought to replace it.

Upon arrival had trouble getting into the property. Was instructed by realty company to hit schlage button before. You need to hit the schlage button before and after to open house. General housekeeping needs improvement. Some sort of equipment was laying by AC unit outside and grill was very dirty and has no lid. Pool was wonderful, location was wonderful.

The location of this house can’t be beat - it’s less than a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house was great and we loved the pool - our only complaints were that the house wasn’t totally clean when we arrived and the air conditioner didn’t work well at all. There were food crumbs under the coffee table and living room furniture on the day we arrived. The air conditioner also wouldn’t cool the house lower than 79 degrees between 3-11pm. It would finally cools things down over night but the afternoons and evenings got so miserable that we ended up checking out two days early. We did call maintenance and it took close to 24 hours for them to arrive - they said the fixed it by clearing a clog but it didn’t help at all.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was super easy and convenient. Having the pool was the best thing especially for our grandchildren. The biggest disadvantage for us was not enough seating in the living room. There were seven of us and only five could sit comfortably. The realty company was great to work with too. The internet service went out which meant the Roku for the TV didn’t work. Had to call them for service and they were there in less than an hour. As it turned out, it was an outage with Spectrum.

A Wave from it all was the perfect place to relax by the pool and the location was great. Beach access was easy and convenient. The game room was also fun. We enjoyed it and would return again in the future.
