Unit was very well located and was very organized. Everything needed was furnished. We were located at a central point to all the things we were interested in.

The place is beautiful, will definitely be back. Rental was easy, though it would have been nice to have a little more information on parking. I even called for help and no one knew anything. Or to be told there was an elevator and carts...we discovered them afterwards :)

CANNOT BEAT THE LOCATION. HOWEVER BUILDING WALKWAYS CARPET HAS OUTLAST ITS USEFULLNESS. THE CONDO COULD USE SOME TLC TO THE INTERIOR. EARLY IN THE SEASON FOR WALLS TO BE SCUFFED UP AND WALLPAPER WITH SMUDGES THAT NEED TO WIPED OFF. KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS WERE UPDATED APPROPIATELY.

Excellent location and beach. Close to all stores, roads and highways. Clean spacious condo. All appliances were in almost new condition.

The condo was not as clean as I expected. The floors were very dirty, the master bathroom toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and the floor was dirty. As for the location, I was very happy to be close to a lot of attractions. The pots and pans that were available in the kitchen to use was nil. We had to go buy a skillet.

We really enjoyed this unit. The swing of course was a favorite. The location was convenient to everyone wanted to do. The overall property and access to the beach fit our needs. We plan to return in the future.

Our family had an amazing time playing at the beach, spending time together and walking to the local shops. The unit had plenty of space, the kitchen had all the necessities and the view of the beach were spot on!

Overall unit was as described. There were no beach chairs that were usable in the unit, less than 6 beach towels and no cooler to use at the beach. We did have to call to have a sink unclogged and they arrived promptly and fixed the sink quickly.

Overall it was an enjoyable experience and the property was as we expected it. Our favorite part was the oceanfront view! The property management company was great to work with and they were available when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this property and North Beach Realty. Thank you!

We were so pleased with this unit. It was very comfortable and inviting. We loved sitting on the swing listening to the waves. Would stay here again. Just steps to the beach and not crowded.

Perfect little get away. Unit is beach front and walkable to a few restaurants and shops. Close drive to most attractions. 30 min to Myrtle Beach airport. Liked that it is not a high rise. Didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to have the basics. Could have been cleaner. Sand on top of the fridge,some mold in the shower grout etc. Nothing gross, though just more attention to detail. MIL complained about the mattress in her room. Overall would rent this unit again.

I went in September of 2019 and it was a very nicely decorated and updated unit! My only complaint is that unit wasn’t cleaned well at all!
The location is great and pool is terrific! I would recommend this place !!

Clean unit, beach and pool very easily accessible. 1 screened in porch ( off of the den ) and one non-screened porch off of master bedroom. AC works extremely well. All bathrooms clean and operational. Kitchen is stocked well enough for most culinary needs. Appliances are all fairly new and are clean in good working order.
Beds are good with plenty or spare blankets. All carpets clean. 4 beach towels provided for your to borrow while you visit. Along with comfy beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Full size washer and dryer with this condo, ( not a coin operated community laundry mat , but your very own ) just like at home.
Parking was easy , covered parking is first come first serve.
All TVs were working properly with cable service. Wireless internet worked well , however the modem is plugged into an outlet that is controlled by a switch on the wall , so if not careful you will lose power / internet multiple times throughout your stay due to folks flipping switches trying to turn lights off/on.
Unit is in a good location for all eating and entertainment needs. Full grocery store 2 blocks away. All popular coffee shops close by as well as a DD/ Baskin Robbins, but the best being Krispy Kreme.
All popular drug stores are close by too.

Our overall trip was amazing! The location and view from the condo was one of the best we have experienced. Inside of the condo was very nice and the amenities for the beach were great! Some ideas for improvement inside the condo:the loudness of the fan in the main bathroom which turned on every time you turned on the light and the sheets and blankets were not the best quality. The grounds of the condo were older and under construction. Also, the description mentions a kiddie pool and there was one tiny area that was for children and the main pool was mainly deep and not a lot of area for young kids to play in.
