Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view condo sleeps 8 people. This spacious oceanfront unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa.

This unit just joined the rental market in April 2023!

Located at 2301 South Ocean Blvd in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach, this 14th floor condo offers a resort atmosphere for year-round enjoyment.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi and a beautiful view from the private ocean view balcony.

A little Paradise on the 14th floor
We arrived to a spotless condo. It was tastefully decorated in pastels and the theme was the seashore. It is well located close to all our needs.We enjoyed three 65” smart tvs with fantastic coverage.Views of the ocean and city were great will definitely be back.

Loved the place
Loved the condo. Very clean. The queen beds are not the most comfortable beds. Great location. North Beach Realty was very easy to work with and has great customer service.

Great condo on the beach
This condo was super clean upon check-in. Beds were comfy and the unit had mistly everything we needed. Place was well stocked. Only thing I would suggest that was missing was dishsoap, maybe one or two dishwasher pods and maybe some laundry pods as well. We picked stuff up at the local Wal-Mart, it just would be one less thing to buy and no one really thinks to bring these items. The coffee pot was broken and had no filters at all but when I stopped at the NB Realty they gave me a new one. Kids loved the pool and the lazy river. Fitness center was a bit tight but had all the basics. Beach was great and we spend most of our time there.

This was a great rental. The room was very updated and the decor was perfect. Loved the color scheme and oceanic theme was a really cute touch. Would rebook this unit. Came very well equipped with utensils and any other items needed for cooking. Great job from owners. ��������������������❤
