Great location but needs updated. The unit had a very musty smell. The balcony door was not sealed and wouldn't lock. The stove had broken burners.

VERY NICE CONDO. IT HAS PLENTY OF SPACE FOR EVERYONE. I REALLY LIKE THE LOCATION. PARKING WAS AN ISSUE BECAUSE OF RENOVATIONS GOING ON OUTSIDE. BATHROOMS NEED TO BE UPDATED. STOVE/OVEN ALSO HAS ISSUES. OVERALL I REALLY LIKED THE PLACE.

It was so simple to pick up our check in packet, despite the fact that we got in town later in the evening. There was plenty of parking available and the stairs/elevator made it easy to get to our 3rd floor corner unit. The little alcove was perfect for holding our umbrella and chairs and keeping the sand out of the condo proper. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family. We loved the screened in porch and how easy it was to get to the beach.

Waking up to the sound of ocean waves and coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean, was such a special time for our family. The condo rental was clean, spacious, and well stocked with kitchen supplies along with comfy beds. We definitely would rent this condo again!!

The property was a little musty smelling when we first arrived, but with a candle or two, it was fine. The screen on the balcony was a little annoying because you couldn't take pics from the balcony but we adjusted and just got plenty of exercise walking down to the beach. There wasn't a decent frying pan, that I could find. The teflon pan I found had burnt stuff all over it so consider bringing your own, wished I would have. I loved the location, being on the 3rd floor corner unit, I felt a little more isolated than some of ther other units. Being from the mountains I like my space. All in All, for the price, I was pleased and would definitely consider renting it again!!

Four of us visited & had a great time at the condo we rented for a reunion. The condo was nice, neat & had everything we needed. The screened in patio was a really nice addition.

we had a wonderful stay at Seascapes!! Private, quiet and beautiful!! A must for families who want to avoid loud groups!! Our condo was perfect and we were all sad to leave. We WILL be back again. Thank you!!

First, this property is at a great location. There was lots of people on the beach in both directions but this area was not too crowded. My only complaint, it wasn’t the cleanest. As soon as we got there we went to the porch and the chairs were covered in dirt. They cleaned up pretty easy with about 10 minutes of work. Also went to use the blender and brown liquid came out of the bottom. Would stay here again for the location, but hope it would be cleaner next time.

Very musty smell in unit. Ants in kitchen. Killed ants everyday despite several ant traps in unit. Did not want to place any food in kitchen. Cooktop had puddles of grease underneath burners. Spent 2 hours cleaning stove just to wipe off grease. Didn’t have supplies to scrub properly. Kitchen did have all necessary utensils, pans, dishes. Unit also very dusty. Wiped layers of dust from louvered doors on utility closet. Bathrooms needed updating. Master bath only had small standup shower. Furniture, carpeting, and bedding were all fine. Just needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Cant beat ocean front, and we were very pleased with the location and views from the condo. Bedrooms great. Bathrooms and kitchen need updating. Wouldn’t cook there, as it seemed dirty. Also had a nasty run in with the rental agency. Very vehement that I made a mistake bringing three cars. Got in a nasty fight trying to get another pass. Worked hard trying to not let it ruin my vacation. Agent yelled at me; was a bad experience. People at the complex itself were lovely. Wouldn’t stay there again mainly because of the rental agency. Beware.

Family members stayed here for Softball Tournament. We had lots of rain & not many of the games were played but enjoyed the beach, hot tub and lots of seafood.

Hello everyone, myself and 4 others from my bike club stayed at this condo and as we had expected the place was really nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We had no issues with noisy neighbors therefore getting rest was not a problem. The staff at North Beach Realty were very professional and kind. When I did call about one of the two minor issues we had they quickly to care of it. The other issue was the towels were linty. To sum it all up it was a great place to stay and I’ll recommend it to my family and friends.
