Pelicans Landing 403 - Oceanfront - Shore Drive Section

We loved our stay at Pelican's Landing 403 and plan to return! The condo was spacious, clean, and the views were stunning! In October, it was a nice quiet area to be in and the beach was wide with plenty of room for privacy. The porches were great and the furniture on them was perfect! All the decor and furniture inside was very nice and comfortable. We can't wait for our next trip and may even bring more family! I will also say that the little touches of a nice toaster, blender, coffee maker, name brand utensils, and smart TV's in every room made it all the more comfortable because everything was very easy to use!

We had a smoother check in this year than last year - room was ready as soon as we got into town. The room was clean and recently redecorated, even from staying last year. Highly recommend this unit for an oceanfront getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It is in a good location and the property is well maintained. Every morning there were people there cleaning the pool, elevators, hallways, etc. It is really nice to walk through a gate and be at the beach or to sit on the deck and watch the ocean. I won't recommend to friends because they might take the week I want to come back. Check in was easy and North Beach Realty was responsive and professional. Thanks for a great week.

Nice remodel of property and condo. Would have preferred emailed code to get in unit instead of having to make a special trip to office. Given wrong parking pass for property and got notes on car. Left several messages at office with no return phone calls.

Oceanfront condo with gorgeous, unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Super easy access to the beach. Condo was clean and tidy throughout. Location was perfect for our needs.
The living room furniture is comfortable and the master bedroom had everything we needed. Linens were included. We did not cook while there.
Easy check in and there was very little to do for check out (take out the trash and start the dishwasher).

My wife says, "best vacation I've ever had!" That pretty much sums up our experience at Pelicans Landing. The rental was clean, spacious and very comfortable
