Great Stay, Perfect Location to the Beach
This rental was cozy and spacious! Clean and Beautifully Decorated! The only problem we experienced was the shower in the master bedroom the water would fill up and take a little long to drain. The location was so close to the beach and it was very close to eateries and shopping- The Best Tine Ever!

Nice place if you like cockroaches
Overall the place suited all of our needs. However, I killed at least one cockroach every day. And the whole condo smelled like wet dog. The beds aren’t very comfortable. Other than that, we truly did enjoy our stay here.

Nice place,
Great location, the place is showing some age the fire alarm box was broken and the boards in front of the rooms felt like they were about to give.. i weight 220 lbs and flooring shouldnt bend like that..
But the room was very clean. The reality place was nice...

Week long family vacation
Unit was small but adequate for even a large group for a few nights. Easy and quick access to the ocean and beach, good pool area too. Unit was well equipped. Would recommend and stay again if available.

Ocean pier 1 unit 212
Condo was great, however there was atleast 1 cockroach scattering around every morning. The a/ c broke the last night and we left at 10 pm at night as the repair man still wasn't there and we needed to get to bed. Maintenance guy was super nice and made every effort to try to get it fixed.

Great Condo
I really enjoyed staying in this condo. It had enough sleeping for 8. The condo was very clean and was located right on the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely
The unit was nice and clean, great location. The beach was never incredibly crowded like other areas. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately they were in the process of switching wifi so our only option was public WiFi which did not work well at all so we ended up using a lot of data.

The TV's didn't work and it took a while to get a hold of someone but when we did, the maintenance man showed up immediately. Apparently the HOA hadn't paid the cable bill so it was an easy fix!

Would stay again.
Check in was super easy and pleasant. Upon arrival we noticed it wasn’t the cleanest of places but not terrible. Dishes and cooking utensil options were not the greatest. (No pizza pan, pizza cutter, 1 spoon, 1 decent bowl) no broom to sweep up but that’s about it for the negatives. The place was a great size and perfect sleep accommodations for our family of 6 plus grandma. The master shower is the best shower ever! Good towels, pillows and stuff. The interent wasn’t the best. We loved the beach access and having a nice pool. We would most definitely stay again. The rental company was great to deal with and took our issues seriously and did whatever necessary to correct them. There will always be issues but the way a company handles themselves during those issues is the key thing for me. They handled everything very well so they get an A+ from us.

Awesome vacation
Location was great, fun experience with the Family, in the middle of everything that you need ,Great little store across the street with great breakfast , we were very happy with our rental,It was updated great view of the ocean and the swimming pool and it was very nice people, Can’t wait to go back or even maybe buy a unit in the near future!.

Our Ocean Pier 1 stay. Loved It!!!
As always we had a great stay. Eileen is the greatest. She goes out of her way to make sure that our stay is comfortable. The owners also did a great job with the upgrades. We get the same property every year and we look forward to staying there next year. See you then!!!

Great spot on the beach
Rental company was good, property location was at a great, not crowded, spot on the beach, but beach view not beach front (if you go on the porch and look off the side you see the beach). Condo was old but had some recent upgrades, especially kitchen and master bath we’re essentially new and well stocked. Great water pressure and hot water!! Only knock was it’s very small unit, would sleep 6-8 but pretty crowded for more than 4. TV has limited channels, WIFI will get emails but not much else. We made good use of the grill and pool, and there’s a fair amount of beach toys, chairs etc there.
