Ocean Grove 309 3rd Row - Windy Hill Section

We LOVED our stay. We were so sad to leave. The house was perfect for what we needed. We were there for a all star softball tournament and it was the perfect location to the parks and after being outside all day the pool is right out the back door and the beach was a short walk about 2 blocks if that to get down to the beach!!! We can't wit to come back!!!!

Great location to the pool and the beach. The location on the beach was even less crowded than areas to the north and south where there were lots of high-rise condos. House was clean but could use some updating in the carpets, washer and dryer and kitchen cabinets. Also, the condo needs a sharp knife and a pizza cutter.

Wanted a nice place to have my parent's join us for our anniversary get away. And the house was perfect, large master bedroom on the first floor was nice for my parents that are in their late 70's. Property is right next to the pool/spa area and a block from the ocean. Appliances were nice and seamed like they had been updated fairly resent.

Our family has stayed in the Ocean Grove area many times over the years. This year we stayed in a home near the pool which was awesome for our children. The home was clean and the weather was great.

Vacation Rental was in a great location but the house was very outdated. Pots and pans broken. The house was not cleaned well. Balls of dust was all over the place. Hair was all over in bathrooms when we arrived. But over all stay was good.

Our accomodations were perfect for our family. The outside porch was facing the pool so we felt connected to the fun. The location of the rental was so close to the beach and the pool. There was something for everyone.

We arrived for our stay from February, 2022, through March, 2022. The unit was very clean when we go here.If we had any questions throughout our stay concerning the unit, North Beach Realty was very prompt with a response. Again, this was a beautiful unit, like our home, to stay in,,, would book for another winter season. Also, very quiet and not a lot of noise,, loved that!

My overall experience was great. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property was in a great location but the quality of the furniture was poor, especially the beds. The place needs a lot of tender loving care.

as of January 2022 the unit now features an updated kitchen, fresh paint and new furniture

The Condo was all that the pictures represented it to be. It was clean and weel maintgained. Two of the kitchen chairs were broken and placed against the back wall to minimize usage. The maintenance people replaced the light in the lamp post, but did not get bright. Refrigerator kept on freezing the food stored in the refrigerator, NOT THE FREEZER. The over temperature was not accurate. Everything else worked properly. We were there for (4) weeks so we found all of the little problems that need addressing to kept the property in an excellent condition.
