This spacious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is located in the Lodge I building in Ocean Creek Resort. The Lodge I is only about 1/2 of a mile from the beach and the resort offers a free seasonal tram service to and from the beach, that operates every 15-20 minutes. Enjoy all the comforts of home while on vacation. This unit can accommodate a total of 4 guests with 1 queen in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa the living room. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, screened in patio and TV's in the living room and bedroom. There is also a coin operated laundry facility onsite.

Great Stay in a Perfect location
We've stayed in Ocean Creek Resort at different locations/units over the past 10 years. We have stayed in this unit a couple of times. We love the location. It is a very short 5-10 minute walk to put our toes in the sand. It is on the 4th floor which is easy to get to with the elevator. It is a non-smoking unit and the living room sleeper couch and chairs look brand new. We found the bed to be comfortable. We did not have any bug issues - zero bugs. We will definitely rebook this unit in 2024 and stay longer. Rental agency and staff were very responsive and helpful.

Great place for families
Check-in was easy and the resort location was awesome! The condo was a little dated but clean, comfortable, and the perfect location. We will definitely be staying here for future visits, at least twice a summer.

Our stay here at Ocean Creek Resort was absolutely wonderful.
Our stay here at Ocean Creek Resort was absolutely wonderful. I'll give it 5 stars. Our stay was close to the Ocean, not a very far wall. Beautiful resort, and we will definitely be back again next year. And our stay was nice and quiet. And very clean. Thank you.

Ocean Creek Lodge 1 Unit 2406
This trip was part business and part pleasure. There was only two of us, so this one-bedroom unit was more than adequate. The North Beach Reality company check in was efficient and relativity quick. We arrived at the 4:00 PM check in time finding a line of about 20 individuals ahead of us, however our wait time was less than 15 minutes. The unit was relatively clean however we did find a baby full of milk under one of the chairs. Our plan was to eat our meals in the unit and we did; however, the skillets and saucepans were very limited - two large skillets and one very small saucepan. The dishes and bowls we also limited but sufficient coffee cups and drinking glasses - there were no wine glasses. The cooking utensils were also limited but sufficient flatware. The living room and bedroom furniture was in reasonably good condition, with the exception for the living room couch/sleeper sofa. The TVs were adequate, but the VCR/CD was vintage. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were the original 1980's installation and need to be repaired and refreshed. Some up grades were under way with new flooring installed throughout. We had two issues that needed to be repaired during our stay - one was we had no workable remote for the living room TV and the light fixture over the kitchen sink was broken. North Beach Reality responded quickly got us a remote and it took a little longer to get the light replaced. If you can make some adjustments the would be acceptable

Week @ The Beach
We frequently stay at this resort and enjoy the fact you can walk to the beach, enjoy the pools & even walk to restaurants if you wanted to. Our unit needs a new king size bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable!! The kitchen was old and faucet in kitchen was loose.

We're sorry you felt the bed was uncomfortable. It's actually fairly new (less than 2 years) and the owner finds it very comfortable. However, we understand that we cannot satisfy every guests preference when it comes to mattresses. Some like a firm mattress while others like a softer mattress. The kitchen is original but still in good shape and functional we will however have maintenance take a look at the loose faucet. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

A Great Stay Just Steps From the Ocean
I stayed in this one bedroom unit for two weeks. I over the safety and privacy. It was clean , the bed was comfortable, and the living room furniture was new. I really liked that it was the last unit just before the beach because it made it so easy to go out and walk the beach every day. The beach goes on forever and I loved watching the sunsets on the beach. All of the people were super nice and so many great places to eat right down the street. I would go back in a heartbeat and rent the same unit. A great stay!!!!
