Our stay was perfect, condo was very nice and clean. View from balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

Unit was clean overall. A few items of note: loose electrical outlets, very hard to move sliding doors(I bought wd-40 and lubed them), remote batteries bad(I replaced), tv remote not working, loose faucet handle(I tightened), porch swing seems dangerous for a heavier person, upstairs sliding door screen not in track(had to bring inside for hurricane), cabinet door screw extremely loose ( I tightened), no dish drain rack(I left one), porch siding loose(no channel strip present), wasp nest above porch swing (I removed), spiral staircase tight for a larger person. We've previously rented condos so I expect some maintenance items. Would not deter us from renting again.

We stay at Nautical Watch every year, but decided to try a new unit this year and landed with this unit. We were very pleased. Unfortunately, the A/C had stopped working effectively before arrived. We immediately contacted Maintenance and they responded quickly. Unfortunately, every "fix" they provided was really only helping a little. Finally, after exhausting every fix the realty company could make, they had to contact the owner to replace the unit. The HVAC company responded the next day and replaced the unit. Despite four days of maintenance visits, we had a great week and would definitely stay at this unit again. The realty company was wonderful to deal with. The unit was clean. Could use a good deep clean. And if the owners considered installing a kitchen island, that would go along way in improving seating space and storage space for groceries, as that was missing. Overall - a great little unit. Two thumbs up.

Love the view of this condo. One bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 floors with 2 balconies. We love it here. Kitchen counters are new. Cabinets have an odd uncovered shelf. Downstairs bathroom could use upgrade but it was clean and the view again is phenomenal!

The rental was in a great location. The swing on the balcony was broken on the backside and the one rocking chair was broken. Overall, our stay was great. However, I felt that a deep clean is needed as the baseboards were noticeably dirty.

adequately furnished, great location. no elevator on property; spiral staircase within unit to sleeping quarters making it more difficult to manage luggage. good experience overall but would probably not choose to stay at this location again.

It was a smooth checking process. The place was amazing, was clean and the access to the beach was a plus. I will definitely stay here again. Simple paradise.

Great view. 2 balconies. One with rocking chairs and swing. Would give a higher score, but needs a lot work done on it. Very outdated. If your over six feet tall, can’t use upstairs bathroom. Kitchen needs work. Needs a lot of touch ups.

The condo was in a great location and had wonderful views of the ocean. The owner should add more seating in the living room and they need to add more basic kitchen items( not enough plates bowls cutting board). Had to have property management bring pizza cutter, hangers, iron and ironing board. Overall stay was great

VRBO was very easy to access and view this property and North Beach Realty was very knowledgeable and helpful of the location
