Perfect for a Small Family!
We decided mid-summer to make a late summer/early fall beach trip and found this condo for a very reasonable price. We chose it because it had two beds that would accommodate our group of two adults and three kids. My wife stayed at this complex when she was a child, but it has been updated nicely, so you would likely not realize how old it actually is. It is a first floor unit with a mostly obstructed view of the beach, but we knew that going in and it was a willing tradeoff to not have to carry our stuff up and down the stairs. Since we went in late September, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves and truly had the pool to ourselves. It is right across Highway 17 from Barefoot Landing, so you don't have to go far for stuff to do. Highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family. The staff at North Beach Realty are very friendly and we will very likely book one of their properties when we return to the area.

Nice location on North Myrtle
Unit was nice and clean, located in a nice area in North Myrtle. No parking garage to get lost in, parking was easily accessible and small enough for a very short walk to our room. Street wasn’t very busy at all. Close to all the North end attractions.

Honest Review
The check in process is absolutely Miserable!!! The check in time is 3pm for everyone and the manage MULTIPLE properties for is we had drove for 12 hours and then get there with 2 screaming toddlers and wait and hour to check in due to the amount of people in line (like 40-50 people waiting) Once your at the counter for us it was relatively quick but we also didn't chit chat due to screaming kids. The room is in a great location with lifeguards on the beach since its next to a public access point. The unit did have room damage it looks like they've had previous problems with leaks while we were there the unit next door actually had a leak coming from a unit on the 3rd floor. The rest of the room (besides bathroom/ laundry room) seemed to be in good condition and was fairly clean. The overall stay was still great as we weren't in the room much and check out was easy but i definitely think check in should be changed.

Great location
The condo is older but is in good shape, it is in a great location close to everything but far enough away from the busyness. I would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home
We have rented condos in Myrtle for several years. Always fantastic. This particular condo was great, pool right out front door and ocean right behind us. Had a Fantastic time.

Amazing!!!
Price was better by FAR than the last rental agency I used AND the linens were INCLUDED. I will definitely use north shore in the future. Also, check in and check out were a breeze.

Great Location
The condo was clean and met expectations. This unit is on the first floor but there are some stairs to get to the unit. There is no wheelchair access so it’s not the best for folks with bad knees. The unit is nice but the building is old and not well kept. There is no view of the ocean, just very tall dunes. There were some negatives but as a whole it was a comfortable stay and close to the fun things to do and restaurants at Barefoot Landing.

Great Location! The beach was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay.
Condo was worn with some modest upgrades. All kitchen utensils were old and sparse. First floor location had little sound proofing and was a problem and annoying at times. Sliding door ancient and no screen. Needs TLC.

The location was right on the beach, so that was a plus. The rental property was really decent, and it suited all of our needs. We would come back!
