This cozy 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath condo is perfect for a small family but can accommodate up to 6 with 2 Queen beds in the master bedroom and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

This is a 1st floor unit (2 steps up) with a large oceanfront balcony with a limited view off of the living room. There is a updated fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's, 2 DVD's, and Washer/Dryer, everything that you could need to enjoy your time at the beach.

Nautical Watch is located in the "Family Friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach so you are close to all the major attractions without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. This property offers a street side outdoor pool, 2 sundecks, outside showers, grill facilities, on-site parking and free wifi. There is NO elevator.

Beautiful room
Wonderful stay! The only thing that could be improved is the deck would lead to the sand out back. We had a great 8 day stay and very affordable. Back door needs updated. It doesn’t slide very good. We put in a maintenance ticket and they were there promptly. Will definitely stay again

The apartment is a perfect location for those who love the beach. Close to all restaurants and shopping centers.

Very clean unit. Easy check in. When we arrived Sunday night the electricity in the bedroom and half bath did not work. Checked the breaker but still no power. Reported to North Beach Realty first thing Monday morning and they sent a maintenance man right out to check it. After determining he couldn’t fix it, he said they would have to send an electrician out. The electrician didn’t show up until Tuesday afternoon about 4:00pm. He worked on it about an hour and repaired it. I understand problems it was just a little bit aggravating for my two teenaged daughters sleeping in the bedroom and trying to get ready to go out with no electricity for that period of time.. Other than that, enjoyed the condo, Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Beach Condo!
Spent a long Labor Day weekend @ 106 Nautical Watch. The beach, ocean and sunshine were plentiful. Cannot wait for next reservation to be made and enjoy the same condo rental.

Great relaxing vacation
We love the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach and the smaller condos. Our condo was updated and clean. We look forward to staying there again.

Great location
Overall had a good vacation, weather was good. A lot of paper work for signing in, people were great and polite at Rental office. Rental in some area's needed some dusting.

Did not live up to our expectations. Condo is old and weathered. Interior is old and discolored. Furniture is old and faded, wasn't comfortable sitting directly on couch so we put a sheet over it before we sat. Pictures made it look better than it actually is.
