Malibu Pointe 1001 Second row ocean view-Crescent Beach Section

The condo is as described and pictured. More than enough space for our group of 7. Very well equipped kitchen, beautiful views from the balcony, nice sized bedrooms and clean. Easy walk across the street to the beach. The building, grounds and pools were clean and well maintained. Would definitely consider staying here again if I need a 4 bedroom again.

Condo is in a very nice location close to the beach lots of room and clean. Just needed to be updated with furniture that wasn't torn and ripped and the sinks in working condition.

There are 7 of us, and this condo and the amenities were perfect for us. The pool area was great and this section of the beach had parasailing and banana boat rides, so not only could you watch those from the balcony, you could walk down and go!

When we arrived, the condo above ours was leaking and the property managers all went to work to resolve that issue for us VERY quickly.

If we ever make it back to North Myrtle Beach again, we'll definitely attempt to stay in the same place!

We had a great time, the place was nice. Coffee maker didn't work but maintenance replaced it with a phone call. Hot tub in master was out of service but we enjoyed the condos hot tub, pool and lazy river on the ground floor. The balcony is very nice and has a nice view, very pleasant to hang out there even in a light rain. Beach is just across the street. Parking was plentiful. We will come back.

Wonderful view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach. Pictures did not do justice to how nice it was. There was a few issues the jacuzzi tub was broken, the Keurig machine did not work, we had to move the toaster because where it was at when we used it it blew fuse and refrigerator stopped working.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Malibu Pointe. There was definitely plenty of space for our party of 8 to spread out. As someone else mentioned, they absolutely need to hire another cleaning crew. The condo was dirty- I couldn't stand the dust on the slatted door and cleaned it up myself. The utensils could be updated- there wasn't a knife in the place that could actually cut anything. Besides those 2 issues, the condo truly was in a great location and we enjoyed the view while sitting on the balcony.

We had an awesome time at Malibu Point! This was our second year at this location and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and the way the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils to prepare family meals! Thanks for making our home away from home so nice! We will be back!!

This was our first extended family vacation to the beach. We rented a four bedroom condo on the 10th floor. Surprisingly, the condo was large and spacious for six adults and three kids - the rooms were a good size and the living space was just what we needed. The actual condo was clean enough but could have been cleaner... the carpets were old and worn but fine. Some of the bowls, plates, pans and kitchen drawers were not very clean probably from use from previous renters. The community space with the pool, hot tub and lazy river was just want our family with young children needed and the proximity to the beach was great. The gym however is the less equipped I’ve seen in a hotel or vacation rental. There are absolutely no weights and hardly anything in it. It’s basically a room with a treadmill in it. We had a great experience with the rental company - they were always helpful and responsive. We’d go back and rent again!

We loved the location. Family had a great time. The only complaint we had is the floors could have been cleaned a little better and the balcony glass should have been wiped down. We hope to rent this unit in the future.

The condo was very spacious, homey, and had all the amenities of home. Everything that was described about the condo was exactly stated. I think the pictures did not do it enough justice. The ocean view everyday was spectacular and breath taking especially at sunrise. The only complaint I really have is to make sure to dust the ceiling fans and all surfaces as a part of the cleaning routine. I have severe allergies and asthma so they bothered me the whole time even though I took my preventative medications. Otherwise it was a vacation that my family and I enjoyed. We cooked every day, watched tv, and spent a lot of time sitting on the spacious balcony and just hung out. We went to the pool every day as well. We had a great experience at Malibu Pointe as it was close to everything we needed.

My family and I had a fantastic time while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. The condo had a great family feel. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and very relaxing. We also had an amazing view of the beach. I enjoyed waking up in the morning and sitting on the patio with my fiancé as the sun rose. All amenities were spot on. The indoor pool was great for the kids when it was raining outside. The rooms were spacious, there were plenty of towels and wash clothes (even though we brought our own), the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the beds were comfy. Great place however the décor of the rooms were a little outdated. We had a fantastic time and we plan on making this a yearly vacation spot.

Condo was very spacious and very clean. Our refrigerator wwas leaking water from the freezer side other tan that we enjoyed the condo. Even though we were the second row from the beach we still had a nice view, easy walk to the each. Recommend having a rolling cart of some kind to take your chairs and coolers. There is a beach store next door which made it very convenient to pick up things we needed.

The view was awesome from our balcony, it's right across from the beach maybe a 200 yard walk. We found everything in this rental was clean. Very spacious. The pool was a little cold at times but actually refreshing after baking in 105 degrees at the beach. It's the second time our group has rented with North Beach Realty and we have had only positive experiences. Thank you for another great vacation!

This was a last minute trip with my family and we could not stay an entire week this time. We were able to rent this unit for 3 nights with North Beach Realty and it worked out perfect. The unit is big and spacious, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths so everyone had their own private space and there was enough space in the living room for everyone to hang out and not be crowded. The only negative I would give this unit is the bedrooms were dated and kinda dark and the kitchen was not as well equiped as some other rentals but it still worked just fine. Thank so much!

I was pleasantly surprised. It was more than I expected. Property management was very helpful and very professional. I had no problem during my stay. My family enjoyed the pool and had a very good time. All the good eating places were near and we did not have to drive a long way. I was a little apprehensive at first, but I would certainly stay there again.

This condo was a lot larger and I expected. Very beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. Even though the building is located on the 2nd row, because of this unit being on the 10th floor we had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Walkway to beach was just across the street. Less than a 2 minute walk. Covered pool was nice after spending the day in the sun on the beach. Molly Darcy's Irish Pub directly across from building and right o the beach was a lot of fun. Will definitely plan to come back.

Overall was a great place to rent , oly a few minor things. The key to enter the gate at the pool did not work at all. This needs taken care of quickly. The flow of water in the showers is very low. The elevators sometimes did not work well and required you to jump up and down to get them to move, not the best thing for a high rise .

as part of a large group (8), we had ample room to not feel on top of each other. only downside I found was the pool is under cover, and not a lot of place to sun on the deck. otherwise, it was clean and adequately equipped for our needs....very happy....would definitely go back

Overall were very satisfied with our stay. The only complaint would be the quality of the matresses and some of the furniture was a little worn and maybe outdated. Please provide more trash bags and dishwasher liquid in the future. We would probably rent from North Beach again.
