Condo is very clean with NEW: updated flooring (no carpets), drapes, dishwasher, refrigerator, updated large screen tv & primary mattress. Free parking for 2 cars with three (3) elevators.... Snacked & drinks on the ocean front Patio... set your alarm for a view or walk on the beach for a magnificent sunrise. Happy hours are fun. Many top restaurants.Take advantage of the inside heated pool, exercise room & hot tubs. U R on a luxurious vacation!!! What a great LOCATION....

The property was nicely located to local attractions; however, the property had roaches. The management company had the property exterminated during my stay, but continued to see insect activity.

The unit Laguna Keys 1010 was clean upon our arrival. The ocean front unit was very pleasant. The staff at North Beach Realty was easy to work with. The Laguna Keys entrance keys were an issue during our stay. This was an issue generally heard from many other guests staying in this building. It seems over time all the locks have become difficult to operate with current keys. This unit was as described & portrayed in photos. We enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Laguna Keys. The Laguna keys facility is very nice. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, the grounds and facility were exceptional. The condo itself was also nice and clean but could use some updates in the bathrooms and painting throughout. I would definitely stay again.

Everything went very smooth. We had a couple maintenance issues. We called the rental office and they had someone there within the hour!

From the time we decided to stay at this condo we had a perfect experience. We stayed at this exact property last year and there were some improvements even from last year. The new king size bed was very comfortable and a welcome upgrade. This condo is exactly as described with wonderful ocean views and a beautiful beach. The property is very well maintained as well as the pool and grounds were being attended to all day long. The property management company, North Beach Realty, is very nice to deal with. The location is far north, which we like, so you would have to drive a little to go to some of the area gems but stores are nearby. All in all a great relaxing vacation.

We had such an amazing trip! The condo was clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The building has fast elevators and provides carts in the garage areas for you to bring your luggage and groceries to your room. The building was secure and you only need the one key to access everything. Cherry Grove was perfect for our family. It’s not as busy as Myrtle, and close enough to everything that you need. We absolutely loved our rental and will definitely be back.

The view from our condo was an everyday delight. The beach was generally private during our stay the 1st two weeks of May. In our opinion, the acccommodation was not quite up to our expectation because some of the furniture should be replaced. The surrounding area was vey quiet and relaxing. The circular parking driveway to the 4th floor parking area was an initial challenge getting used to. Overall, however, we might consider renting again.

LOCATION.. clean, updated, magnificent...includes indoor heated pool, exterior hot tub, exercise area.... perfect view of the ocean... got to catch the sunrise.... Walk on beach day or night is special.... All you need for cooking at home....but happy hours are fun!
There are many highly rated lunch & dinner restaurants.
OCEAN FRONT...LOCATION��.

We really enjoyed staying at Laguna Keyes and would absolutely stay here again. It was spotless and had everything that we needed. The view was absolutely gorgeous! We had a little issue with the AC but it was taken care of as promptly as possible. The outdoor pool area was clean and quiet and amazing. I particularly enjoyed the weight room. Unfortunately none of the treadmills were in working order, but there were plenty of other options for me to get in my cardio for the day.

Our check in went very smoothly! Our room was very clean ! We loved the view from the balcony - we were right on the beach ! The parking deck was really nice along with the security to get into the building as well as your room. Comfortable furniture and beds ! Would like to see a bar or two in the master bathroom shower/tub area. Really liked the seat in the 2nd bedroom shower! The location was at Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach - nice for families and older adults. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit was very clean and easy to keep clean with all the supplied janitorial equipment. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need for cooking or baking. Plenty of linens and bedding. We had two minor repair problems that were addressed within hours by Maintenance. The complex is meticulously maintained and the security for entering and elevators is great. Views and beach are spectacular. We hope to visit again in the near future.
