We have zero complaints and would definitely love a return visit. Within walking distance to the beach, backyard was beautiful and private, management fixed the hot tub within hours of it not working, and the house was absolutely beautiful! All five star ratings. Elegant and private beach house. We are return guests, and hope to come back again. The house is comfortably and beautifully appointed (without being overdone). The enclosed patio is refreshing and serene with the spa cascading into the pool. The beach is lovely; it's only 2 short blocks to the sand. Short 2-1/2 block walk to the shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Short drive to the grocery store. Couldn't be better for a vacation house!

The house has an amazing decor that is clean and contemporary. There was more room than we anticipated. The backyard with nicely laid out with a wonderful pool and hot tub. We were close to everything we wanted including restaurants, the beach, and activities.

My family and I had an amazing time. The cottage was even better than the pictures showed. The spacious living areas and bedrooms were great and the pool and hot tub were our family favourite. There is a public park right out the front door with 2 playgrounds, a baseball diamond and a pond. The house is 2 blocks from the beach with a literal straight walk to a beach access. My kids haven’t stopped asking when we are coming back.

This home makes you feel like you live at the beach. The home was clean, perfect size for 2 families, right across the street from a park which is great for the kids. With the golf carts, it was the easiest trip back and forth to the beach. Fantastic location in N Myrtle with things to do and places to eat. Management was wonderful and responsive. Garage was great to store beach stuff "inside" without having to drudge through the house. The pool/hot tub combo was perfect. Even has a little green space for yard game if you wanted.

We rented I'll 2nd That last week for a family reunion and we had the best time. The home is clean, has a great location, and excellent furnishings. We loved the pool and backyard. There is plenty of space for a large group. North Beach Realty was great, as well. Quick check in process, clear communication, and friendly staff. I am so happy we found this rental home. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is exactly like the pictures! It is beautiful and comfortable. The pool is amazing and the location is great. I had two different sets of friends come in for a few days and they all loved it! I rent a place for a week every summer at different beaches and this is by far been my favorite!

We loved the house the moment we walked in! We had two families of four stay in the house. We had plenty of room for the little ones to play and the parents to relax. The only thing I can say, is there wasn't enough toilet paper or paper towels for our stay of 4 days. A nice improvement would be leaving an extra roll under the sink of each bathroom.

Our family made a quick trip to Myrtle for spring break. This was perfect for our family. The home is very nicely appointed. We found everything we needed during our stay. Great location to walk to the beach or restaurants & shops.

We came for a girls trip and could not have been more pleased with the house. It was immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. The location is perfect. It’s close to grocery stores, shops, and places to eat. When we had a question about the hot tub they responded in less than 30 min and even sent someone out to show us how it worked. Absolutely would stay here again.

This home is in a wonderful location. A close walk to the beach and restaurants. Across the street from a cute little park. Even with lots of fun activity at the park, it is so quiet in and around the home that you feel secluded. The area also feels very safe. We used the hot tub every single day and it was amazing. We needed service (minimal need - couldn't find a fan remote for one room) and they were SO prompt and found that remote immediately. I cannot say enough about how fantastic our week was here. This home was immaculate and had everything we needed. It is also a perfect choice if you have someone who cannot do a lot of stairs and is a little scared of elevators. We would absolutely vacation at this home again!

We had a great stay at I’ll 2nd That! The property was clean and updated with nice finishes. The only thing we had an issue with was the hot tub didn’t heat up. Maintenance attempted to fix the problem, but it never heated up. My family and I would definitely stay here again. The North Beach Reality team was awesome.

A beautiful home, nicely equipped, very comfortable and nicely located across from the park and a quick walk to the beach and Main Street. We rented a golf cart, which made it easy to zip around to the grocery store, book store and restaurants. We will be back to this home without a doubt! We appreciated the comfy furniture, indoor and out, and that the house wasn't overly decorated. Really lovely, felt like home.

What a special vacation home! We took a weekend away from our busy schedules to this oasis in NMB. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed for a weekend away. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous with egg chairs and brand new pool furniture. Enjoying a glass of wine on the patio under the stringing lights was perfect. Not to mention a short walk to the beach or a golf cart ride to downtown NMB for restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops. The perfect place for a family with kiddos or adults needing a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend- already booked a trip for Fall break!

The house is beautiful with plenty of common area space and roomy bedrooms. The beach is a short walk away and the neighborhood is quiet with a park near by. Definitely recommended and I will be returning!

We have an almost two year old and this was the best place to stay with our toddler. We had the park across the street and we were within walking distance to the beach and the N Myrtle Main Street! From there, we could access great restaurants such as the favored Hoskins and Buoys on the Boulevard. If yiu want a family friendly place with multiple places for children to sleep, this is your place. I see where it will even have a pool in the near future which will make it THE spot. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Everything in this house is brand new. Absolutely beautiful and is in a great location. It’s a short walk to Main Street restaurants and activities. We loved how quiet it was and yet so close to the park and the beach. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
