Hyperion Towers 504 - Oceanfront - Cherry Grove Section

It was perfect in every way except two. The shower water pressure was not great and the TV’s are small. (The wether wasn’t great se we watched movies)
Check in was simple and the unit was clean.

Our family had a great time at this location! The staff at North Beach Realty were so kind to us and the check in process was such a breeze. We loved the location of the condo and the seating on the balcony couldn’t be beat! The ocean directly in front of us was spectacular! Had a great time and would definitely come back to this location!

Everything was very nice and clean. It was well-equipped and we especially enjoyed the furniture on the balcony. Location was great with excellent restaurants nearby.

This property is located directly on the beach with a fabulous view and was right at the boardwalk. It made stashing our sand toys and chairs in the vehicle ideal for keeping the mess out of the house. The parking garage was extremely tight! If you’re in a big vehicle you better get your CDL before coming.
We arrived after hours and wasn’t given the door code to access the building- only room information. This was a bit frustrating but luckily we happened upon a family coming down that shared the information.
When we got into the house, it was clean-ish. Wads of hair still in the showers, bugs on the counter (not roaches) and general food yuck on the stove and fridge. I would highly recommend a new cleaning company! This is not a reflection on the home, because I know the owner wouldn’t know this information without reading reviews.

The rental was perfect for our family! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything a family would need. We enjoyed the balcony views of the ocean and the pool was very nice. I noticed in the area that this property had one of the largest pools around which was a plus.

Overall this Oceanfront Condo was great. Views were awesome, proximity to the beach and beach access were awesome. Small complex so not too crowded. Living room furniture worn out and needs replacing. Bed in the Queen room to hard to sleep on.

It was simple to check in. The view from the balcony was incredible. All the rooms were as they should be. As a mother with littles (ages 5, 3, 1), I appreciated the very short walk to the beach. Just down the elevator, through a small parking garage, and down a flat short boardwalk.
Also the closet in the master bedroom is large enough to fit a pack n play, with one door open, made a great extra sleeping space for the one year old.
It was a bit mismatchy and outdated. But that wasn't a priority at all for us. It had all the dishes you'd need. A great table for kids with low normal chairs instead of stools, and great outdoor seating. Excellent experience.

The pictures of the home were right on. The view of the ocean was so calming/relaxing and beautiful. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff at North Beach Realty were very nice. We had a problem paying for the room online but the staff was great and called us back as soon as possible and cleared everything up for us. We were very pleased with the condo, last minute mini vacation turned out to be great . First thing you notice when you walk in, is the clean smell of the home. You could tell the cleaning crew thoroughly cleaned the home. The view of the ocean/beach were fantastic. It was nice waking up every morning watching the sun come up and drinking our cup of coffee. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The kitchen had more than enough utensils and cookware to use. I would suggest replacing the coffee pot with a new one, maybe one that brews on one side and K-cup on the other. The only issue we had was that the condo above us were doing some renovations and they would start working at 8am every morning. Didn't bother us to much since we are early risers but still the noise was a little much. I did call the realty company and told them about the renovations and they apologized and said that they would reach out to the HOA and let them know so hopefully the next renters will not have to experience the noise. Over all I would definitely recommend this condo and we plan on coming back soon.

Hyperion Towers was a great place to stay. We liked the location and it was clean. Check in was easy. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome! We had trouble locking the door. We needed more water pressure and more hot water for showers. The pool needs vacuuming and chairs around the pool. A battery operated vacuum for the condo would be helpful. We were very thankful to be able to book this condo on such short notice!

we enjoyed this condo. The only bad thing was that the pool was disgusting and murky. I reported it but it remained gross. Probably caused kids to have ear infections. We were given incorrect codes to access the building. Frustrating when it's late at night and HOT and you can't get in the building with all your luggage for the week.

Condo was beautiful and wonderfully stocked with linens, towels, kitchen ware, and even bathroom toiletries. Location on North Myrtle is way less crowded. Realty company extremely quick to respond about minor issue with dryer and incredibly fast with check in process. Will definitely stay with this company again!

As far as the home and the amenities there are concerned, we really enjoyed our stay. They do have too many things on the balcony for us to be able to walk out on it easily, but we just rearranged it so that it was easier for us that week. There was a leak from upstairs in the hallway bathroom that drip down from the ceiling into the tub. Our vacation was interrupted by that a couple of times. We really liked the kitchen, and feel like it was Will set up for us to cook and enjoy our time there. The free tickets we got for local amusements were fun too. Being able to look at and see the ocean in hear it so well was really nice too. There were also jackhammers very early on Monday morning and one other day, but that was very unpleasant. But that was not the fault of the owners of the unit we stayed in. The plumbing repair people from upstairs came by a few times and just startled us, but that unit was not managed by the same group that we rented from.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area is family friendly and the amount of rooms for this property are not many so it made parking and the elevator super easy. The condo was very nice and clean. Could use a little updating and definitely a new couch. The pool is really small and only goes up to 4 ft deep so there wasn’t a big crowd at the pool ever. Walking to the beach was super easy which was a plus. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Location was great, away from the crowds yet accessible to restaurants & supermarkets. The unit is dated, with unprofessional repairs/maintenance resulting in a shabby appearance. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cook wear, & dishes. Beds were comfortable, linens in good condition. We had 2 issues first day, roaches & microwave, both resolved within hours.

The condo was just as it was described in the pictures. The views from the balcony were awesome and we enjoyed sitting out there every day. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to other family members and friends. We loved that the linens were already on the beds when we arrived and everything was tidy and clean. It was a great place to relax and unwind. North Beach Realty staff were friendly and great to deal with. Thank you!

We had a very nice week at Hyperion Towers. The room was just as shown in pictures. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. We loved the chairs on the balcony. If I had one complaint it would be the chairs in living area weren’t very comfortable but didn’t matter because we spent most of our time on the beach or balcony . We would definitely stay here again .

The place was nice but the first night we were there I got woken up at 2 in the morning in the master bedroom because it was infested with sand fleas. I broke out all over the place and had to sleep on the couch. I left the number to call on the paperwork not the emergency line at 3 AM and left a message and no one ever got up with me and I called back the next day same thing. So I called a 3rd time and they sent out maintenance to spray for bugs. I was never offered a discount or anything for this inconvenience so I will never recommend this place. I should have been credited for at least the first night or 2 for breaking out with hives the way I did and the inconvenience of sleeping on the couch.

Condo did not look as good once we arrived as portrayed in the pictures on line as most places usually do not! Was very musty especially when you turned on the A/C...( May want to have the Heat/AC, supply ducts, return air ducts and filters cleaned and replaced in the entire system) Master Bath Tub is very slippery, tub doesn't touch floor in some places and a massive amount of caulk around outside of tub usually means there were or are leaks! The baseboards are filthy and are in need of cleaning/painting... The entire unit could use a good deep cleaning including carpets and furniture. The condo was expensive for what you really receive and a 215.00 cleaning fee is very expensive just to wash a few linens... What about the comforter/pad? Do they get washed? I'm certain we left the condo in better condition than we received it!
