Finestere A1- Oceanfront - Cherry Grove Section

We had the terrible smell of smoke upon opening the door. Just absolutely awful. The staff was helpful. They came and fumigated the unit. We had to stay out for several hours. The location is great could use some updating

We had a very nice time at NMB and when staying at Finestere. It was the perfect space for us and located in a good area. We only had one issue, which was ants! They were all over the kitchen. We bought our own traps to try to clear them, but when that didn’t work, the realty company sent maintenance to exterminate. After that, we had no more issues and could perform food prep in the kitchen again. The realty company contacted the HOA and they even reimbursed us for our traps. We were happy with that! Could have happened at any rental, especially with a first floor unit, so we are not blaming anyone. We would return to this rental!

This was the first girl trip I have taken. It was myself, my 2 daughters ans my granddaughter. The condo was perfect for us. We loved the location, the condo and seeing fox everyday. We eill definitely stay here again

We enjoyed some much-needed time away with our grandchildren and son and his wife. The condo was clean and the rooms well laid out. The grandchildren enjoyed the ocean, beach and pool which they had by themselves several times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. My parents also stayed in these condos at least 30 years ago.

Great location in cherry grove. Small parking lot. Smaller pool but fine for us. We traveled for the first time with my 6 month son and husband on vacation. Front main room a little warm compared to bedrooms. We liked the humidifier for the moisture. Could use appliance updates. Furniture good condition. Master bed nice and firm and comfortable. Master bedroom could have used better blinds. Others updated for good coverage form sun. Floors could have been cleaner, otherwise place was clean. It had all utensils needed for kitchen/cooking. Main complaint was stripped screws in hot and cold handles in master shower which made it very challenging to successfully turn water on and off. GREAT location right on beach, unit on first floor and closest to the beach. This did however make it a little noisy with kids running around on the deck to and from pool.

The condo was perfect for my family. It is a first floor unit, minimal stairs. Just a few steps from the beach and pool. The condo was very clean except for the showers- they needed a more thorough cleaning. It was very comfortable- my mom who has to sleep in a chair due to health issues slept very well. They had a chair and matching ottoman which made her very comfortable and that is so hard to find. It was a quiet building, not a lot of traffic and the beach was clean and never crowded so my kids could play and have fun. Pool was great too. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely plan to go back next year!

This place was perfect for our girls trip getaway! It has plenty of room and everything you will need, even beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and it was clean and tidy! End unit steps from the ocean with beautiful views. Convenient to everything yet far enough away from the busy beaches. So relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We will be back!

This was one of the best places we have stayed at. The rental is bottom floor facing the beach and pool, we seriously couldn't have picked a better spot for a weekend getaway. The agency that provided our information to the rental was more than accommodating and friendly leading up to and during the entire stay. The keypad on the front door lock is a little tricky, but it worked. When we arrived I could not for the life of me find the parking pass, as it was not where it was described in the paper work, but the gentleman who lives upstairs and is an owner that stays on property helped us out with his extra. The folks that live full-time in this building are so nice and friendly and spoke very highly of the owners.
Everything was clean and looks exactly like the photos and there were extras we didn't anticipate having, so that was nice.
The only thing I can complain about is our upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud and allowed their children to run around all hours of the day and night. That absolutely had nothing to do with the rental agency or owners, since they were also renting for the same weekend, so, I hate to even put it in here, but the walkways do echo a little.
Cherry Grove is our absolute favorite place to visit and we will definitely be back and looking forward to renting this unit again!

Nice unit right on beach. The only issue I had was it wasn't very clean floor alot of sand and coffee grounds still in coffee pot, dishes in dishwaser etc. Also, the shower in the hallway bathroom doesn't drain very fast so standing in water while showering. It has everything you need for a vacation. Check in at 4pm is way too late since it wasn't cleaned so why did I have to wait all day to get in.

Guests checked out the same day you checked in. That is why the dishwasher was still running and you had to wait till normal check in time because the cleaners needed that time to get the unit ready for your arrival. We are sorry that you felt the floors were not clean enough and that housekeeping left coffee grounds in the coffee pot. We have addressed these issues with the cleaners so they can be more mindful to check these things in the future. The tub drains have been cleared as well.

This little condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) for a last minute get away trip. It was clean, cozy, relaxing, steps from both the beach and ocean. The condo was packed with all kinds of goodies and beach chairs/ games. The washer and dryer were awesome. It’s very convenient to restraints and shopping. The beach is quiet and you aren’t on top of your neighbor on the beach which a real plus during these uncertain times. Property management was great for check in and out and came out quickly when we had a very small issue.

Beautiful, clean, ground floor condo. Husband checked in with no problems. Spacious for our family of 5 adults and a one year old. We enjoyed the beach and often had the pool to ourselves. Boardwalk, golf and great eating at Captain George.

Everything about this condo is perfect - from the living space & bedrooms to the location walking straight out the door to the beach path. Kids loved that our back porch was right by the pool and everyone was overjoyed at the beach accessories. North Beach realty was very helpful also. We felt very safe in this building and area.
