Location was very good, construction at the building was a nuisance but had little impact on our group. We found the door lock was tricky, at times it didn't lock the door, we spent more time than we should have ensuring it locked properly

This was our second time staying here and it was as enjoyable as the last time. One drawback was the pool was closed due to work being done on the balconies which was a big disappointment.

This was our second trip to Crescent Shores property. We had the same condo (808). The property is very clean, with the amenities, great ocean view and plenty of room for 3 couples. We have ben well please both trips with the property. Unfortunately they started some construction and closed the pool area and entrance lot after we arrived. This was a bummer and real in convent when trying to load up to leave. But all and all the stay was great.
North Beach Realty is very easy to work with. Check in and check out is simple. We arrived late after hours, but our check in packet with all info was in the lock box with our name on it. I'm sure we will be back and work with North Beach.

Overall the property was very nice. Everything was in working order and in good condition. Upon our arrival, it wasn't as clean as we would have expected. We vacuumed the entire unit and wiped down a number of surfaces that hand or fingerprints on them. Other than that, the unit was very comfortable for our stay.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo and the accessibility for handicap guests. The dishwasher had dishes in it and we weren't sure if they were clean or not. We stayed 2 weeks and were only provided 2 dishwashing tablets, 1 paper towel roll, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I know that was communicated however, if you stay 2 weeks you would think there would be more. The couch had goldfish crackers falling out onto the floor and one of the bathroom showers had long dark hair all over the walls. Parking is a huge issue if you have anyone in your party that can't get around well. There are only 2 handicapped parking spots next to the condo. The rest of the parking is across the street. I feel that it would be very helpful if the 1st floor of the condo were reserved for handicap guestsI would like to say that the management staff were very nice and professional. We had an issue with the coffee maker & they replaced it right away, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our nightly ice cream from Mr. G's. Highly recommend them!

Clean, right on beach, well equipped, everything worked well.
When the dryer started acting up, someone came within an hour and it was fixed 3 h later ��
Safety guards were friendly.
We vacationed end of April/ beginning May- not too much commotion.

Our unit was very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. We enjoyed the spacious fridge and other kitchen furnishings. We had plenty of dishes and the smart TV was nice. And of course you can’t beat the balcony and proximity to the ocean.
We had issues with the dryer timer not working and when you would open the dishwasher the whole machine would slightly come out. One of our group had to the wash the sheets in her room because they were dirty upon check in, and one of the bathroom sinks started leaking underneath and soaked our belongings.
Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again!

Condo was very nice but, the elevator situation made it hard to with a baby. The master bedroom had an odor and when we told management they put an air freshener in the room. The kitchen is fully stocked but, the pans are horrible. Everything sticks and ruined our pancakes and eggs every morning.

The rental was clean, well stocked, and very roomy. My wife and I took our I took 3 of our grandchildren for their fall break. Beautiful ocean views, and we all had a blast.

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at Crescent shores was a great place. Very clean nicely decorated, all the kitchen amenities was provided. Check in and out was very easy. We did not have any issues at all. We will be back.

We stayed there with two other families.... 6 adults and 2 kids. The room and location was perfect and provided us with plenty of space being that it was 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The room decor was very nice and it was also very clean. We really enjoyed staying at this place and would definitely recommend to family and friends as we would stay there again if we go back in the future.

The view from this condo is breath taking. The condo was clean and roomy enough for the 9 of us that were there all week. Beds could use some upgrading, but they were good enough. It's vacation...not home! The kitchen was well equipped. Could have used some containers with lids for left overs. We are budgeters and cook in a lot. We had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling well enough. They were there right away to access the issue and came back and actually replaced the entire air conditioning unit. My daughter was 34 weeks pregnant...we needed it to be COLD! lol Loved having 3 bathrooms as 6 out of the 9 of us are women! The beach out from the high rises at Crescent Shores were really crowded. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. daughters fairytale came true...her boyfriend proposed to her on the beach!

This condo is located in a terrific place. Mini-gold, ice cream, beach store all in walking distance of just a few blocks! Very quiet condo and the condo was amazing with everything needed in the kitchen and an ocean-sized balcony to view the ocean and beach. Banana boat and umbrella rentals right on this property’s beach!

Everything was wonderful! Only complaint was the keypad on the door. Couldn’t figure out how to luck door when going out. Called reality office, left a message but no one got back to me. Got a stranger to help us, his brother had the same lock, that’s how we were able to leave with the door locked. Otherwise a great time!

We just got back from a great vacation with two other couples. The condo was perfect for our crew. Although we had to draw straws on who got the Master, All the other rooms were just as nice.
The Condo was clean and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cookie trays, and Blender. Each bathroom was stocked with assorted towels.
We enjoyed the balcony the most where we would sit around the round table and play cards.
The property was always clean. Having the grocery baskets and luggage carts were perfect.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually left my soft cooler in one of the grocery baskets and ran back panicked and asked a very nice gentleman (I think he was in charge) who had asked the other workers there if anyone had found it. Sure enough it was in the break room. Needless to say I was elated!
The staff at North Reality were great, especially Tristan!
We would Definitely return to this unit/condo property.

Our family had a wonderful time. Great location. Spacious rooms. Only thing I would suggest is replacing the mattresses on all the beds. Great View! Would definitely go back!

The condo was great! The only small complaint would be the elevators. Checking in and out of the property was a nightmare. Too bad there aren’t more than 3 for the entire 18 floors. Very clean and neat inside the condo. I would stay here again.

Place beautiful and comfortable to stay in. I would add more pots and pans that are nonstick to cook eggs for breakfast and a pancake griddle. Also could use more bowls and plates. Folks don’t want cereal all week. Place was clean and we would definitely stay there again!
