Stunning view. Great corner unit. Plenty of space. Well-kept & clean. Everything we needed (though some extra toilet paper & laundry detergent would've been helpful). AMAZING view off the large balcony. Pools & lazy river were awesome. Parking was sufficient. Great beach just steps away.

Best area of North Myrtle Beach. never get tired of the view. it's always a beautiful vacation spot ,we just love it.

Parking was not ideal, couldn't park under the actual building but a pushing structure was available across the street. Mattresses were all ridiculously worn out. It's like craters on the mattress, but sheets were clean.

Did not have a towels to accommodate vacationers. However, the rental company was quick to respond and remedy the situation

Finally, the view from the balcony was great! However, the floor outside was dirty and could use a good scrub.

Outside of these things, the place was week stocked with cooking supplies and we had a great time.

Be warned... They take parking seriously in north Myrtle.

We had family visiting from Minnesota and wanted to be at the beach. This condo had a great view of the beach and the amenities were very nice. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. North Myrtle was a great fit for us and the condo was very comfortable for all 10 of us and well equipped.

We have stayed at Crescent Shores for the past few years but in different condos. This was our first time in this condo. It was very quiet being on the end of the building. We loved the living room furniture, definitely the most "cozy" living room we've had. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The amenities are great, especially the kiddie pool for the little ones. Plenty of parking in the parking garage across the street. You should be prepared for check-in and unloading your car to take a few hours. I would suggest not trying to check-in early at the realty office. Wait until 4pm and you will be in a shorter line and should get your keys quicker. We usually go up to the condo and wait until about 6pm to unload the car. The parking and elevator waits are crazy from 4-6. But overall I would definitely recommend this rental for your next beach getaway!

Check in/out was a breeze. In was after hours and out was in person. Condo was a great unit and was very clean. We couldn't get the living room tv to work, but werent there to watch tv. Hallway tub was slow to drain, but useable. There were elevator and lazy river issuess, but not a big deal to us. Maintenance was on site working on both multiple days. Great views from kitchen and balcony. Kitchen was stocked with kitchenware, but zero condiments like salt/pepper/ketchup/coffee filters etc., so come prepared. i would stay here again and recommend the unit. The building, however, seemed a bit tired and starting to become run down. Thats on the HOA and not the unit owner nor the rental agency.]

We loved this unit! Lots of room for my family. One of the best, if not the best unit we have stayed in. Even though with Covid having some limitations, we still had a great time. Will definitely come back again!

Our vacation was a nice time to escape the noise of the world and listen to the sounds of the waves to remind us that God is alway in control. The condo was nice and comfortable and well taken care of. The decor is beautiful and all fits together for an added beach fun! Fully stocked kitchen and storage area with multiple chairs and pool toys was an added bonus! There were some games, books and puzzles. We enjoyed our family time and made lots of great memories!

The condo rental # 1001 was absolutely beautiful. The decorating was beachy, but not too much which would make it tacky. Plenty of amenities inside the condo and on the balcony with chairs and table. We were high enough to see far and watch from above in the evenings. We were in a very good area, and felt safe walking around. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We stayed 5 days in this unit. It was affordably priced and great location. This place was plenty of room for our party of 8 (7 adults & a child).
The master bed and bathroom were really nice and our bedrooms had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The location was convenient, only a few minute drive to anything Myrtle Beach had to offer. We were extremely pleased with our choice. We would stay here again without hesitation.

This condo is always an excellent stay, and we love the full panoramic view of Cresent beach. Whether we are staying here during summer or winter months we have a great time! It's a perfect location on the beach to go swimming or play in the sand but also close enough to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach to enjoy off beach activities. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great furnishings, wall mounted TV's in all rooms, feels homey and beachy. Great 180 degree + view of the beach and very comfortable couches which recline. Wifey says kitchen has all the right stuff and tile floors really nice. What a great getaway condo.

Everyone at the agency are extremely nice, we couldn't ask for better, the rental is spacious and the view is the best, we are very happy renting it.

Our stay was nice. We had one issue with the AC and the rental company responded immediately and send a repairman to fix it. Beach was very busy because there are so many people staying at the building. Unloading and loading is tight as there's not much space. Rental company was great work with at every step.

Overall our stay was good. The weather was great and the beach was well-maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and dishes and we had plenty of room for 12 people. Our view was wonderful and we loved the size of the balcony.
I am not one to complain, but there are a few things that need to be addressed. The major issue is that there was blood on the sheets and the decorative pillow on one of our beds. My son and his friend arrived Wednesday morning. When they went to get in the bed that night, we found the blood. As soon as the top sheet was pulled back, it was very obvious. This is a MAJOR flaw to us, especially since universal precautions is a HUGE mandate for all businesses and establishments. (I did take pictures if they are needed.) Another issue is that we had to wash dishes when we arrived after finding several dirty pieces. Another issue occurred at the pool. It became filled with styrofoam pieces. It was probably due to the maintenance. In itself, this is not a big thing.
The aggravating part was that maintenance was not called. The security guard just sat there, and we proceeded to clean the entire pool with the net. Was it hazardous, NO. However, we are a guest so it is not our job to clean the pool. Several guest just left. This was on the 6/19/18 of our stay. The security guard that day, slept most of the day. When he was not, he was creepily watching the ladies. My husband was going to say something if it happened another day, but different security individuals were on duty while we were at the pool. By the way, the rest of your security team was awesome. I did report all of this to the office, but I feel that it needs to be recorded and addressed. The more my family thought about the blood, the more upset we became. We all started wondering if we had been sleeping on dirty sheets. Also, the recliner portion (on the left end) of the couch needs to be looked at. You could barely get it to close.

A very nice unit with a lot of room for our family of 12. Comfortable accommodation the view was awesome However do have some suggestion. frying pan and baking pans need replacing very black and warped. Everything else was great plenty of dishes and glass ware. Unit needs some small maintenance done and a deep cleaning. Don't mean to be critical but when you pay for cleaning service it should be very clean and if owner does not visit often you do not know. Building was getting some renovations which didn't effect out visit but the city was doing major street repair which was a mess.

We absolutely loved everything about this rental. Although there was some construction being done on the road in front of parking we had no issues what so ever.
The unit was decorated very nice. Super roomy we had 8 girls and never were on top of each other. The bedrooms were very spacious. Kitchen was equiped with nice countertops, bar, and stainless appliances. The three bathrooms made getting ready for our outtings very easy. Only 10 minutes from Tanger Outlets, 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, 5 minutes from House of Blues!!!! Has huge balcony Wonderful Views of the beautiful Beach Front. Would def rent again!!!!!!
