we had a great winter. Unit was tip top.
location, unit and rental agency were all super.
Coming back next year.Buiding itself was clean and well kept...people in building very friendly.

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need for a long vacation, price, location, well equiped and view. North Beach Rentals are a wonderful company to deal with very fast to respond to any concerns.

I can't give this property a good rating this time, one of the beds had sand on it, there was thick dust under the master bed, I turned the air condition off because it was a little cool, when the room warmed up I was bitten by BED BUGS!!!! When I reported it to management she acted as if I brought them in, the room never got cleaned after I reported it had sand in the bed, I was told that I would be contacted about the BED BUG situation and I haven't heard anything yet.

We had an overall good experience staying at the Beach Club 111. It was roomy and the kitchen and dining space was great. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were great for my family. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. Great location and view from the balcony. Parking was a challenge- but at least there was a lot across the street. When we moved in, the ice-maker was not working. The cable tv in the main living room was not working properly during the week. We had to call for maintenance two times (one for the icemaker and another for the tv). Other than that, we had a great experience.

Overall good experience. Check-in was busy with about 20 other people checking in, unit was clean enough overall, and the view was great. The unit has 3 bathrooms which is nice when visiting with multiple family members. The mattresses in the unit probably need updating because they weren't the most comfortable, but other than that the unit was in good shape for our stay.

The condo was nicely decorated. I noticed as I opened the door the first day that there was sand on the floors down the hallway and into the living room area. My sister told me later that her bathroom in the room with the queen size bed had sand all over the floor. I can say it was in better shape when we left than when we first went in. I swept the hallway and the living room area and the husband of my friend who was staying with me cleaned one day while the ladies went out to eat. I did have to have maintenance come one day because when I turned the shower on in the room with the twin beds the diverter got stuck and you could not turn it back to the tub. That was replaced while we were there.

Had a great vacation despite the condition of the condo. I would have given it a 4 rating for size and location however it needs a serious cleaning. There is mold in the master bedroom shower and what looks like mold in all the air vents. The carpeting needs replacement. There are no usable chairs on the balcony.

The condo was clean and fit our family perfectly. We wish they could have waited to paint the balcony on our condo in the off season considering off season was just a few short weeks away but we were compensated for not being able to use it. Loved having the luggage carts and shopping carts to bring in our luggage and groceries. Wish the chairs on the balcony where taller because the ones out there set you at the same height as the balcony rail so if you wanted to see the ocean you would have to stand to look over. We couldn’t hear other people in other condos so that was nice. Beach access was wonderful and the beach was nice and not overly busy. Pool was nice and heated. Check in was nice and easy. This overall was a very nice vacation for our family.

first the location was perfect.-right on the ocean but not far from restaurants and shopping. the parking was a little tight(i drive a truck so a bigger vehicle) the pool was a little small but nice. could have used some more chairs..the balcony at the condo was very nice. could have used some furniture. everything worked well. carpet could use a good cleaning. overall a great stay . would deffinetely come back. beach was great!!!!!

The apartment was right on the ocean with a view of the beach from the living room. It had a balcony and parking with a full kitchen so it met all our needs quite well. The rug and couches were not as clean as I would have liked. The maintenance man was prompt and helpful in fixing a toilet and getting the TV/internet set up. Overall a nice stay. We loved being right on the beach and there were lots of great restaurants.

I spent the first morning locked in the bedroom. James, the emergency maintenance man rescued me! The property is not updated which didn't matter to us. BUT it certainly needs to be maintained for our use.

Great Location, Ocean front, easy parking. Large pool.
Everything was great in the condo except two items, The master bedroom Bed is an old air bed, and extremely uncomfortable. The water heater temperature needs to be adjusted to standard 120 deg. Everything else was good.

Location was great. Condo was dated and needed some updating. Wallpaper was loose, masterbedroom and 1 spare bedroom door knobs were stuck so we had trouble getting out of our rooms. My daughter was stuck in her bedroom. no batteries in fire alarm so it kept going off, we removed it from the wall. Housekeeping was not detailed, there was dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom floor and the kitchen was not as clean as it could be. There was debris in the washing machine, so I had to clean that out before I washed. the Kitchen is so packed with dishes and utensils (disorganized) that there was no room for our Kitchen stuff that we brought. I told the front desk about the doorknobs and the handle on the sliding door (it was completely off) but told them to please fix when we checked out. We came back from an outing and someone was IN OUR CONDO without our authorization (fixed sliding door handle). They didn't even call to let us know they were on the way so we could ask them NOT to come. Also, there were directions to the overflow garage but not to the actual condo. We found it but there was some confusion as it is not directly across the street.

Overall, Beach Club III 2C was a very pleasant stay. You can't beat the ocean front location and the convenience to get to the beach. The grounds, elevators were well maintained with sanitizer stations and hands free door opening in the vestibule.

The unit itself is in serious need of updating, but more than that, easy maintenance that falls squarely on the management company and we couldn't believe it hadn't been brought up by previous guests. The door knobs on 2 of the bedrooms are not , if you shut the door, you are effectively locked in or out. My 12 year old daughter was trapped in her room multiple times during a 3 day stay! The sliding glass door handle to the balcony came off in my hand because the screws were so loose. There's literally duct tape holding the microwave together. Master bathroom wallpaper is peeling off and the bedding (bedspreads) looks and feels like it came from a cheap motel.

On the positive side, the unit is very spacious, had tons of games on hand and we enjoyed several home cooked meals there. We would definitely stay here again, but hopefully North Beach Realty can be more proactive about noticing the details that need attention. I'd be very unhappy if I was the unit owner and paying them to keep it up to my standards.

Very fun, retro decorated condo! Perfect location and very clean. While the rest of the beach was crowded the space in front of the building was fantastically uncrowded in a time of anxiety.
