Beach Club II 3A - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section

This vacation home was very nicely decorated, well-equipped, and clean!! The furniture and beds were comfortable and there were many homey extras! I would definitely recommend this lovely condo for your next beach vacation!

We first ended up at the WRONG condo with our Keys WORKING that door only to find out we had to move that it was the wrong condo and doors were left unlocked. When Building Manager came down we went to the Condo where she said we were supposed to be and NONE of our keys worked there. We spent over 2 hours trying to get into our condo. They kinda laughed it off but, we were exhausted and needed in our room. Especially with 2 small children and after traveling 9 hours.

We had 6 adults and 2 children so this place worked out wonderfully. Beautiful view! There are 2 pools but they are small the grounds are well kept. We did have a leak in Main bedroom's bathroom the faucet to jet tub began leaking after it was used. Called to let office know left 2 messages but noone came to fix. I wrapped a towel around the faucet so it would not leak on the floor. Went to put dishes into dishwasher, it was never emptied and not ran. It stunk BAD.

Other than the WiFi user name and password were not what was given to us by the rental agency, we had a seemless stay. Plenty of room, delightfully decorated, clean, and amazing ocean view.

This was a beautiful condo. There was plenty of parking, beach access, two pools, an outdoor grill and picnic area. The balcony was beautiful and the furniture was so nice!

The condo was perfect for our college classmate golf vacation. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a huge plus. The condo was clean, bright, and nicely appointed with comfy furniture and decorations. The only thing our group wished (all over 60 years old) was that there was a clock (digital or otherwise) in the bedrooms.

Beautiful condo, furnishings were so nice and upscale. Kitchen was great for us who like to cook. Fridge was like none we'd ever seen. Recommend highly.

the rental shows beautiful pictures and its a beautiful condo, however the owner needs to update the bathrooms they are old and dirty, even when i cleaned them with my own supplies they still looked dirty..UPDATE BATHROOMS!!!

overall, Beach Club II was a great place in the Windy Hill Section of NMB Condo was great with lots of room and nice amenties. only request is that it needs a good cleaning overall. Blessed to get another opportunity to vacation at NMB! hope to be able to do it again very soon.

I took my mom, daughter, and her friend to the beach and we stayed at the Beach Club II unit 3A and it was wonderful!
It is such a beautiful and roomy condo. So comfortable! My mom was so impressed. She absolutely loved it; as did everyone else. Everyone at the property management company were so friendly. We will definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our vacation get away! It was so clean, spacious and decorated so nicely. We used the pull out couch as an additional bed and surprisingly it was the most comfortable pull out couch we had ever used. Coffee on the balcony with an amazing view and comfortable chairs was my favorite part! We just could not say enough good things about this property, highly recommend!

I will start off by saying that North Beach Realty was very easy to work with - very accommodating before, during and after our stay. When we arrived before lunch they let us check right in since no one was in the condo before us. Unfortunately there were some issues with the condo - the garbage disposal smelled horrible and even after maintenance came by to “fix” it - we had to leave it capped and not use that side of the double sink during our stay. The condo was not clean - the floors were filthy, cobwebs on the lighting above the table, hair in the drawers and the kitchen did not appear to have been wiped down at all. NBR did give us 1/2 our cleaning fee back however and that pleased us.
The condo is in a perfect location for the things we were in town to enjoy - Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Cruise in Little River and Christmas shopping. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we did get several long walks on the beach during our stay.

We were originally reserved to stay at another property but after unpacking realized that the AC and refrigerator were not operable. North Beach Realty relocated us to this property thank goodness!

Sadly the condo above had a water leak. The condo wasn't ready, entered at 6 pm, we cleaned up lots of dog hair and sand when we finally got in the unit. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. We cleaned after arriving. The condo is very very nice and we paid more for this unit than several others we rented. Realizing things cannot always be as we want, we dealt with it and had an amazing week.
