rental needed a major cleaning door lock needs to be repaired took several trys to get it to open problem with bathroom in middle of bedrooms kept blocking up

Overall a very good rental experience. We were given the wrong keys to our unit so we couldn’t get in, but the office quickly sent someone over with the correct ones. The condo was very clean and had a nicely equipped kitchen. This is a spacious unit with a nice balcony. The only disappointment was that the pools were not heated after stating they would be for the month of October in the unit description. They were so cold there was no way we could get in.

We loved this Condo! So convenient to everything, literally across the street from Barefoot Landing. So nice! We had a wonderful stay!

We love the location and the condo set up suits our family to a T. The unit we stayed in this year need some attention and the carpet needs replacing. This year for the first time the unit was disgustingly dirty and after making a complaint to a maintenance worker nothing happened after he said he would report it. We will definitely stay in the area again but will consider other locatios.

Was pretty quiet, a bit of banging around upstairs for a few hours a day but reasonable hours were kept. Loved the 4 separate bedrooms and 3 washrooms, except, the shared bathroom sink didn't drain very well at all. The deck sliding door in the master stuck pretty good, the kitchen was sparsely stocked. No toaster for instance. If you look to cook-in be wary of the tools required to do it. We didn't get pool passes, so no pool access for us. Could use some more coat hangers, bring your own. Bring your own laundry supplies. The top half of every wall plug in the entire apartment did not function. Directions say to flip the breaker but the panels are locked-out, so impossible to conform. If you want a light and a tv running at the same time bring plenty of plug banks with you.

The condo was in a great location. I always love a beach view however, the dishes that we used, we had to wash them because there was food on them, and were just nasty. The master bedroom shower had mold around the door, and needed to be cleaned better. The couch and lamp shades had food or something splattered on them. I also wish there had been a lounge chair on the balcony. The chairs that we used were ok, but not comfortable for someone as myself due to my size.

Perfect location, nice condo that could use some serious updating of appliances etc. Main bathroom had mold in the shower and the furnace room dust was seeing out of the closet door. Otherwise had a great trip. Will rebook again but not this condo.

This is a typical rental property where the owner is trying to get as much as they can out of the property without putting anything into it. The property is oceanfront so the location is ideal. The condo itself is outdated and not very well cared for.

Our group of 7 found this condo to be perfect for our Christmas at the beach. The pictures are accurate and while we thought the unit could use some cosmetic upgrades, everything worked and was clean, so we were pleased. We loved being right on the beach and, as the weather was unseasonable warm, we also made full use of the balcony. We liked the location in relationship to amenities in the area as well. Would definitely come back!

The rental was great. Good location(on the beach). Only problems that we had was fruit flies and television in one of the rooms wouldn’t work. Other than that we had a great time , will return
