A perfect location to spend a week at the beach. The Unit is updated, clean and in a wonderful location. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

The condo was roomy, comfortable, updated and the balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. Sadly the pool was closed for two days which was something we really missed since I looked specifically for a location with a pool. I know there are times when this can't be helped, but it was still kind of lousy. There were a few issues. The cleaning was not top notch. There was quite a mold issue going on in the Master Bath shower which could have been taken care of with bleach and scrubbing. The tile floor in the Master Bathroom looked like it had been awhile since it had been mopped. The sliding glass doors and the glass wall in the family room had not been cleaned. There was fingerprints and smudges on the doors and inside glass. The dishwasher's top rack was broken which we reported. It was usable, but rather hard to pull out and in time will totally break. Overall the property was very nice.

Perfect spot for our family to come together and enjoy a week at the beach! Plenty of room and on the beach which helped with the little ones! Would def recommend. Well stocked!

The condo was clean, spacious, and the view was amazing. It was roomy for our large group, we were never cramped when we were stuck inside from the rain. Kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of storage for a weeks worth of meals. Entrance to condo was large and had plenty of space for our beach stuff to go. Highly recommend.

Simply beautiful!! This was my first time using this type of property . The check-in staff was courteous and professional !!(ALWAYS A PLUS). I found the property to be exactly the way it was advertised!!(ANOTHER PLUS)!!As a former flight attendant of 37 years I've stayed in and out of the US. Its ALWAYS a treat to be in comfortable surroundings where you feel like a home away from home. This property made our weekend WEEDING VIBE feel just like that!!!! Thanks sooo much !!

Overall quiet and beautiful area. We stayed here for our wedding. The rental was nice. Plenty of dishes, large table, most beds ok, easy access to beach. The master bedroom ironically had issues. Trash behind the nightstands, a gross stained up chair by the bed, rusted toilet tissue holder, and the bed was like sleeping on a cutting board. You have to get your checkin done down the road which was a bit of a pain. Overall i would book with north beach again, just not with this condo.

The condo was great, very clean and close and convenient to all our needs. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The o ly negative thing was the kitchen could have better equipped but we made it all work. I would definitely come back.

Staying here made our sons wedding VERY relaxing and enjoyable, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. We were able to go back and forth to venue for setup rehearsal and wedding with ease.

Having not been to this beach in 20+ years because of the growth and crowds, I think as most impressed with the laid back quiet of this place. The condo has a great floor plan, the furnishings are up to date cozy and comfortable, it’s quiet from room to room, it has its own view of the Atlantic, the kitchen is equipped with most of anything you would need. Overall I had a most relaxing time.

After not being able to spend time with my mother and sister for over a year, we decided to let our first visit be at my favorite place! This is my 3rd visit to condo 1F and My mom and sister were very impressed. Comfort, luxury and a wonderful time is what my mom deserved after being on lock down. She has always provided us with a great vacation so it was her turn. 1F did not disappoint. From the triple filter fridge to the jacuzzi and the exceptional sunrises, she said it was her most relaxing vacation ever. The kitchen is more than stocked, plush towels and soft sheets provided, and loads of privacy and security. The furniture allowed us to lounge around and just be girls. The condos are exceptionally maintained and built. You could not hear your neighbors at all! There is not a negative comment or improvement I could suggest. Now if I can find out how to make this a monthly event!!!

The rental was filthy! It was in a nice area and a large condo! The condo did need some updating! The reality company wasn’t at all helpful! Reality company aren’t concerned about the renters like the owners are! Will only rent from an owner from now on! I’ve been renting through VRBO and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience!

We stayed here with my sister-in-law and her family, 10 people total. It was perfect for our needs! Happy how large it was and that it was right there on the beach. Clean, comfortable, kitchen stocked with dishes and glasses and pots and pans and all you need, just bring your own spices and bring a dish towel and sponge and dish soap and hand soap and paper towels and trash bags.

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay in MBeach. The condo had plenty of room for all of us and a great view of the beach. The weather didn’t cooperate but every thing else was great!

For an adult family of 6, this place was perfect. When you walk in, this beach home is refreshing and very well maintained. The location on the beach was not crowded and we never heard “neighbors” like in a hotel. The kitchen was supplied with everything necessary to cook if you wished. All of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The 4 bedrooms allowed enough personal space for everyone. The grounds of the complex are very well maintained. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony was heavenly. I think I have found my forever vacation spot.
