Bay Watch Resort S 1932-Oceanfront-Crescent Beach

A Great location in a resort with plenty of amenities. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The area around the resort felt safe and secure. We would stay in this unit again.

Check in was seamless, we thought the Resort would be extremely busy, but it didn’t seem busy at all. The PH unit was clean and the view was amazing. My only feedback would be the bath tubs need some good cleaning, the bath in the Master actually had black mould around the jets. We had to clean before we could use��.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only issue was the one room smelled very strong of cat urine which evidently was coming from the room next door through the vents we weytokd. The two staying in that room ended up sick because of the smell. Hopefully they get this issue taken care of before they rent it again. Otherwise it was very well maintained.

It was OK, a little underwhelming for a penthouse. Building needed attention. Paint,cleaning etc. There was a musty smell in the unit.

We have stayed here 2 times, and are coming back again. The place is just wonderful! The room is very big, and is maintained well. The full kitchen is a nice touch, because it can save lots of money. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The washer and dryer in the room are great especially while being there for multiple nights. Only complaints are that the bedrooms are a bit dated, and the elevator in the building is a bit sketchy.

Overall the location and rental was nice and view was terrific. The pools, lazy river and hot tubs perfect for a cool Nov. day. The cafe was nice, staff friendly. My disappointment came when we had to leave a day early because we all contracted Covid but no refund. Also, the smaller bedroom had a very strong mold smell so we couldn't sleep in there, used the sofa. I would recommend if they take care of that problem.

We had a 3 night stay and it was perfect! Our unit was nice, clean, and everything worked as it should. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the view was breath taking. Everything we needed was on location if we needed it in a hurry, or if we wanted to dine in. Being able to go downstairs and be on the beach with in a few minutes was great. We are looking to plan a trip next year as I write this review.

We had the penthouse suite for 4 adults and 3 children. It was good size for the number of people and had great views. Having numerous pool options for children was great. However the place looked like it needed a deep clean. There were questionable spots on the comforter, spots on the bathroom vanity and wall and sand everywhere. We hadn't even been to the beach yet. It looked like they did basic cleaning of the kitchen and that was it.

Location, Beautiful right on the beach easy access
The hotel has almost everything needed on site so you really do not need to leave. They provide entertainment, restaurant, fun activities for children and adults. The condo was clean. The unit had nice working appliances, provided extra dishes etc., The management/employees at the Realty service were very nice and knowledgeable.


Bad: Very crowded, The hotel had no luggage carts easily available, The hotel allowed people in the condo at anytime such as: someone spraying for bugs, knocked and came in while we were in the middle of breakfast, another day the filter man, so can not depend on privacy. Overall yes I would stay here again just take precautions of bringing a wagon or something to help carry my own luggage and know anyone could knock and decide to come in the condo at anytime. Checking in to receive Condo keys, pool passes was a little backed up of how it is laid out, When I arrived, There were about 40-50 people waiting to get their keys. You had to wait in a very long line so just be prepared.

I was very satisfied with our vacation experience. My only issue was that the unit looked clean and neat but in reality, it wasn't. I don't believe the floors were mopped before we arrived, ( my granddaughter spilled water as we entered and when wiped with paper towels, you saw the dirt of an unmopped floor. After seeing that I vacummed the two bedrooms and got two full dust cups of dirt. Maybe my standard of clean is too high but if I was an owner,I would be concerned.

Very nice facility with a great view. Layout of the space was great and the property was well maintained. My only complaint was the floors were not clean. It was pretty dusty below the furniture which created dust bunnies after a few days. I would stay here again.

The overall rental experience was great. The rental company was wonderful. The rental unit itself could stand a little updating in bedrooms. Bedroom carpet was nasty and bedding very uncomfortable.

I love our penthouse rental. The view was breathing. The only complaint is that ALL the fees were not disclosed until the end of booking, and that the whirlpool tub only 1 jet worked.

Loved being on the 19th floor - the highest floor in the building. Stayed on the balcony a lot to enjoy sunsets and watch the ever changing ocean. Condo had everything we needed.

The panoramic view of the ocean from the balcony is just amazing! The condo is nicely updated and has everything you need.
We stayed over Memorial Day week, and as expected the pools were pretty full, there were lots of kids running around. So it is a great place for families to stay, especially with all of the different pools available.

This condo is so impressive! It truly has a million dollar view from the 19th floor...beach and ocean for miles and miles. Everything is updated; the flooring and living room furniture appeared to be new. It was also very clean. The outdoor pools were heated during our stay (mid March) so we were able to enjoy them a few days. This was such a great place to stay and hope we are able to return some day!

The location and condo were great.
But the WiFi was too slow to stream in master bedroom and was marginal in living room. Contacted North Beach Rental and was told that WiFi was provided by HOA. Apparently the closest shared WiFi hub is in a different condo. I asked them to report the problem to HOA so I would not have to not give the condo 5 stars. But was not resolved by time we left.

When we arrived there were ants along the floor line. We called and someone was there within 1t minutes and took care of it. Nice place. MB tub drain needs unclogged. Nice view. Clean place. Would stay again.

The room was great. I really liked that each room had two queen beds. The bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything you could need. We loved all the options on pools! There were so many! Each entrance/exit to the beach had a shower and foot wash which was super useful with little ones. The staff was so sweet, they all spoke to us, and ask how we were doing. We will definitely be back!
