Rental was in a good location. It was clean and comfortable. The condo itself was in a perfect third floor corner location. Dollar tree was not far away for a few supplies. Having a bar and restaurant on location is a plus. We went off season so having the pool still open and heated was also nice. The pools and hot tubs could use a face lift but very much doable. We were told that coolers were not welcomed at pool, but bar and restaurants did not open till four so I wondered why they wouldn’t be allowed until four but a rule is a rule. Overall I would recommend this condo and stay again.

Unit was as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Pools were fabulous and beach access was great! Our only complaint was that the floors were extremely dirty! The kids feet were black after less than 30 minutes.

Overall we had an awesome 7-day vacation at Bay Watch Resort. We had a few things that were not up to par, but these were resolved quickly. The TV remote had dead batteries which were replaced with new ones. There was sand on the floors when we arrived as well as I found several long dark hairs in the master bathroom tub and sink. There was a spoon coated with old scrambled eggs in the clean utensils drawer—I scrubbed this clean. There wasn’t any type of dish for baking so we bought one. But the unit itself was wonderful. It is in a convenient location. The unit has a glorious balcony view of the ocean and beach. The way from the unit to the beach is only a few steps away with no stairs to contend with. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking even though we were only on the third floor. We overlooked 2 hot tubs but the pool closed at 11:00 pm so the noise was not an issue. I will come back again and I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for our awesome vacation!

Unit was nice had everything we needed. It could’ve been a little cleaner but we took care of it after a few floor sweeping it was fine lot of sand.

The place was ver nice and comfortable. We noticed right away the floor had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Our feet got very dirty. My wife had to sweep and mop. Unacceptable. Other than that the halls need upgrades. The carpet smells and is old.

Overall great place to stay and clean condo. The access code to the north tower did not work the first night after 7:30 pm, but we were lucky for a another guest arrive at the same time to let us in the door.
I called North Beach Realty the next day with a positive result.
The indoor pools and lazy river could use a little TLC to update, maybe fresh paint would do.

My only 2 issues were 1. since we were renting independently the front desk would not allow us to use the hotel towels. We did bring our own towels but it would have been nice not having to wash them daily and to be able to “borrow” towels from the front desk. 2. I ended up having to sweep and wipe counters off as soon as I got there due to left over crumbs on the counters and dirt/sand on the floors. Other than that the room and stay was great.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Our xondo was very clean and roomy. The TVs were amazing. The pools were ways clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The drier needs updated. It didnt dry our clothes all of the way. The full size beds were not very comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable.

This condo has a beautiful view and was great for my family of 4 - all adults. Great amenities at the complex and a short hop to the beach!! The complex is so big that I never felt overcrowded.

Condo was in great location. Kids loved the pools and lazy rivers. Some parts of our unit needed cleaning. Check in was a bit hectic with most people arriving same time so there was a wait for elevators and not enough luggage carts. Overall a good place to stay.

OK people let's get real. No place is ever going to be perfect. If you rented your own home right now, would it be perfect? Of course it wouldn't be. So no knit pickin' here. North Beach Realty handled any questions and or issues we had with lightning speed. The unit we rented was amazing. It does need some things addressed like the awful cable service and the terrible couch and love seat but those aren't vacation breakers and I'm not going to blast them for petty things. North Beach Realty made our arrival, stay, and departure a simple process and we enjoyed our time at our unit 100%. It was perfect for us and that's what matters. If you are one of those families that complains about every little thing, choose someone else, they don't deserve a bad rap. There was no bed bugs, no rashes,no problems. The little issues we had they eagerly addressed at the time of the issue and they NAILED IT.
We are very thankful for our stay and thank North Beach Realty for having our unit available, the booking process a breeze, saving us money, being flexible, just for everything.
Thank You North Beach Realty we can't wait until next year.

Pros: Lots of windows, balcony off guest bedroom, good views, beach access & pools. Cons: Limited time parking, hot tub noise at night, tv reception/limited channels,furniture needs updating. Rental Co. gave us wrong key, had to return to their office, no apology. Cleaners showed up 3 days early.

The couch/couch pillows were old and dirty. The small appliances did not work well. Otherwise the condo was nice - clean - well kept. The amenities can't be beat!

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit as well as how old some things were. The dryer lint catcher was all bent and we could hardly clean it out. Found several bugs in the unit.

I went to the front desk to get a parking pass and they had no listing of my name. My room was under someone else's name. So I couldn't get a card for the parking garage. I ended up getting a parking ticket. Because I had to park wherever I could and take a chance on getting towed. I went back a second time and tried to get a card to get into the garage and the girl told me it would cost $10. Why should I have to pay for a card to get into the garage when I'm a guest that already paid a fortune for the room? I spent hours at the front desk. Not my idea of fun. The room only had 2 regular keys (not key cards) which made it hard for all of us to go out separate ways. The room was nice. But beds were hard and uncomfortable. Not enough blankets or towels. I had to do laundry every time we took a shower so we all could have a clean towel. I was disappointed. I have been coming to the Baywatch for 17 years.We stay here every summer. Not sure we'll be back next year.

We came on a very busy spring break week, but enjoyed our time. The room was set up very well and had a fabulous ocean view. The kids loved the heated outdoor pool and the indoor lazy rivers and pool. The beach is big and long so there were plenty of options right outside our door. We had a couple things go wrong (ac was not working and then the neighboring condo flooded into our bedroom) but I have to say outside of a window of inconvenience the rental company handled it well and even gave us a discount without us having to ask. My kids (9 and 8) loves staying here and we would return.

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful property. Had issues with the sir conditioning when we first for there, but the immediately came to fix while we were out to dinner. Oven is a little Hinkle. Went to bake a cake for s birthday. Sheet cake outer rim cooked perfect. Inside was not cooked at all. Might need serves. Other then that everything was perfect v

The property itself was very nice clean and larger than pictured, tons of pools and easy beach access. 3 bars and restaurants on site and very friendly and helpful staff. I would come back for sure, my only complaint would be that the rental company left our keys in a lock box with no instructions on checking into the unit, we went tot the front desk of the resort and they were helpful but said the rental company should have given us parking and pool passes, it worked out fine because the woman at the front desk was very friendly and gave them to us. Then we had To go back to the rental office the next day (another annoyance) because the paperwork could not be sent via email, when we went back they said the property should have given us the passes. When all was said and done I would go back disputed the few annoyances - we had a great weekend and the location was convenient and clean, I just wish the Check in process had been a little more specific for our location rather than just generic info about the reality company in general.

What can I say about this condo....unit was a little outdated, beds were uncomfortable, box springs were squeaky in every bed, stains were on the box springs as well. It wasn't horrible, just not what we would expect. Complex overall is less than desired. parking lot HORRIBLE, there were kids activities that our kids were not allowed to participate in, 15 min loading space rules were not followed or enforced-people were parking in them overnight. Guests were tracking water in from pool area, wet floors all over main lobby, no one from hotel staff to reinforce wearing shoes in the lobby. Only true positive was right off the beach.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean upon arrival, which is a huge thing for me as every time I have rented from Elliot the place was filthy when we arrived! The only complaint I have about the unit itself is the trash can is so tiny. We hardly used it and just kept a trash bag out sitting on the floor. They really need to get a practical sized can. Maybe $20.... nothing fancy- just a plastic can will do. The beds were fine- not the best but we have certainly had worse. Never ran out of hot water , even the last person to shower ( we had 6 people) still had hot water! We had a beautiful ocean front view and over looked the pools. I read reviews saying how loud it would get, but the noise wasn't bad at all. We never had a problem getting a chair at the pool and all pools/ hot tubs/ lazy rivers were workingduring our stay. Just an FYI- we had a luggage carrier on our roof and we wouldn't fit in the garage. The va,eat guy told us we could park in the overflow lot for $10 a day!!!!! I went to the front desk and the gentleman working told me the same thing. The mNager over heard our conversation and told him exceptions are made and this was a case where we wouldn't have to pay. So if this applies to you- make sure you talk to a Manager so you don't have to pay to park. There is minimal street parking. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed the stay,the location is great and the pools are awesome although one of the hot tubs was shut down the entire week and 1 of the pools for a full day. The furniture in the condo is in very poor condition, the couch is like sitting on the floor and all beds needs a new mattress.

We had a great time staying in this Condo. Can't beat the beachfront view; it was fantastic and despite it raining most of the time we were there we were able to sit on our balcony and listen to the waves. Condo was clean and well kept and would definitely go again. Only drawback is that its immediately above the hot tub pools and it sometimes became too rowdy and loud. However, that's pretty much expected anywhere. Thanks for such a great stay.

The condo itself was in great condition, clean, and just as described. The resort had all the conveniences and amenities, a family needs, except a good cafe for a good cup of coffee :-) That said, they can do a better job of keeping some of spaces like stairwells and walkways clean and updated.

Our first Booking with North Beach Realty. We have always used my parents Timeshare at Wyndham Seawatch, but they have now sold it. I called Victoria and asked what property she had available that was most comparable to Seawatch. We were very pleased with Bay Watch Resort. Our room had an awesome view of the Ocean! We could not have asked for a more perfect location! Indoor and outdoor Pools & hot tubs were wonderful. Staff on site was very friendly and helpful. Check in at the Realty went extra smooth, as well as, checking in at the Resort. I would definitely stay HERE again!

We have stayed in Myrtle Beach several times now and this was our worse experiences. Upon arrival we were shown into a musty smelling condo. Dust throughout - corners of the rooms at least 1/4 inch thick. Moldy caulk in bathrooms and an old used bar of soap in the dish. Crumpled receipts from DECEMBER on the closet floor. There was dried milk on the table and breakfast bar. 4 coffee pots in various degrees of brokenness - we were able to piece together one working unit. Bellhop from the facility was appalled. He said he wished he could help but since we rented through a private management firm there was nothing they could do. Kitchen sink had a bowl with water under it - evidently to catch drippings that looked like it had gone untouched in quite some time. The only bed covering were ratty bed spreads and sheets - we did find some holy blankets in the closet. Luckily, I had purchased cleaning wipes before check-in and spent a good part of the first day cleaning to make it habitable. This was by no means a 'cheap' place to stay (avg. $170/nite over our 5 nites there). Had this been a hotel we would have demanded a new room. Pictures were very deceiving - this unit is in bad disrepair and, definitely did not have all the comforts of home.

We liked the location of the rental. We also liked the suite itself, although would have preferred a higher floor. We were on the 3rd level and the hot tub was below us, so it was always a bit noisy at night as people were talking loudly. Although the unit itself was fine [a little old], the tower was very old and worn as was the gym equipment. The pool area was nice. I don't know that we would stay here again because of the age of the building.

After hours check in was easy once we found realty company. However, by the next morning when I had to drive back to officially check in, I had a list of issues with the property. The unit was very warm, sink was clogged, beds were like sleeping directly on mattress coils, there was clothing left from last tenant. Was told someone would be over for sink. No idea if they came or not as there was no communication from the realty company after I left the office and the sink was still slow. The clothing was still there when we left. I would stay at Bay Watch again, but would not stay in this unit for the condition of the mattresses alone! Would book directly through Bay Watch for our next stay.

The unit was perfect for 4 adults & 2 kids. Clean and well furnished. Lots of pools--although we only visited the indoor ones. Older facility but overall a decent place. Quiet location but close to everything in N. Myrtle.
