This spacious beach house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths allowing accommodations up to 10 people with 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 Doubles in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Doubles in the 3rd bedroom. New mattresses installed 2023!! Extended families are accommodated when the Barnett House TOP unit is rented in conjunction with Barnett House BOTTOM unit.

How would you like to walk straight out your door and be on the beach or enjoy your morning coffee on the large oceanfront screened porch. The Barnett House gives you all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, 4 TV's, DVD, and heat/AC units in each room. For a $200.00 "Pet Fee" you can also bring along Fido! New for Spring 2022: New Flooring throughout and Park-Style Grills!

The Barnett House is located in the "Family Friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach which is within minutes of all the Best Places on the beach like Hamburger Joe's, Barefoot Landing and Hawaiian Village Golf just to name a few.

Beachfront wonders
So nice to have beachfront cottage instead of skyscraper condo! Its right behind the dunes and wonderful for our family. Clean and well equipped. Nice to see the recent upgrades to windows, floors and bathroom. We'll be back!

3 old ladies and their doga
We usually rent from VRBO. We were surprised to have a VRBO fee and a fee from NB Realty. We will not come back when there are 2 fees. Not fair! Otherwise had a great time!

We like the location of the Barnett house but serveral things are in need of repair.
1. The master bedroom has a vibration in the Air/Heat Unit.
2. The Upstairs Air/Heat unit is outside on the wall of the master bedroom and is very noisy and vibrates the wall. Needs to be relocated somewhere else.
3. Lawn still has thorns that are a real pain.
4. Floors are always dirty. Wife has to mop upon arrival on every visit.

Our stay at the Barnett House Bottom is always enjoyable . Good location and close to the beach. The cleaning service is not the best. Dirty floors, shower with mold.Both AC units in master bedroom are noisy.The upstairs unit vibrates the wall in the master bedroom. AC in laundry room was not cooling. Screen on porch door needed repair so I fixed it myself because of the flies.

House is a little dated but very comfortable & homey feeling! Super clean!! Couldn't get tv to work in living room but not a great big deal. Kitchen has everything you could imagine or need!! We cooked alot!! Also has outside grill & loved that there was an outside shower ..also not overly crowded on the beach due to the location. Will definitely stay here again. Loved that there was a washer & dryer and large laundry room. House does smell a little of mildew but after opening up the door for some fresh air and using air freshener it wasn't so bad. If you do stay here make sure to put trash in the dumpsters!!! We had a small issue where a neighbor called on us for putting trash by the curb but it wasn't us. (There is also a top rental above) beds could use updating but all in all we had a great time and would recommend.

The house wasn't very clean throw rugs had animal pee on them,we called the management to have them taken out,floors wasn't clean,a picture fell off wall in middle of the nite,hit my son in the head

Best Beach House in North Myrtle beach
This was our second year at Barnett House Bottom. We are already making plans to return next year. Home has everything you need very clean , well stocked kitchen, Sleeps 9 very comfortable, large utility room and a great back porch. Perfect family rental

Barnett House
We loved the location and access to the beach. The home is older but well maintained. I would like to see the mattresses updated, they are not comfortable. My only other complaint is the sand bites in the yard: having dogs, the burrs would get lodged in their pads. Those two comments aside, the house is wonderful and we will stay there again.

Charming and convenient
This beachfront cottage has some age but was clean and well maintained. Just steps from the beach and has the best supplied kitchen of any rental I have ever booked.

Wonderful Family Stay
We enjoyed our stay at the downstairs unit of the Barnett Beach House. Another part of our family stayed in the upstairs unit, which made family visiting between upstairs and downstairs very easy. Although the décor is somewhat dated, the unit was clean and well-maintained. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 baths and a full kitchen with a brand new refrigerator. The porch has rockers for enjoying the sea air and there’s also an outdoor deck. We really liked the combination of an ocean-front location and being in a rental house instead of a hotel.

Our Stay at the lower Barnett house
Our stay was a very enjoyable. House was clean as always. Master bedroom a/c was broken and was told it would be replaced but never was. Thanks for everthing.
