This is a stunning 3bd/3ba condo on the 2nd floor with incredible views of the pool, Intracoastal Waterway and marina! This unit is beautifully furnished and has a king in the master, a king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 8. (note: both king beds can be separated into 2 twins)

The North Tower of Barefoot Resort is located at 4801 Harbor Pointe Drive in North Myrtle Beach. Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops & modern appliances, washer & dryer, flat screen TV’s in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, upscale decor and furnishings. The balcony overlooks the marina & yacht club and is a great place to sit and enjoy the passing boats as they sail down the Intracoastal Waterway.

Enjoy the Yacht Club Marina with outside fireside dining. This resort has huge pool with a covered hot tub and is located right behind Barefoot Landing which has tons of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Amazing
This condo was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful,clean,comfortable and the grounds were well kept. The people that live in the building year round are so friendly and the views from our u unit were so nice. The rental company had the nicest staff. We are already planning our trip next year to stay there again. You are so close to everything,but you never know it as it is so quite. Just adds to the relaxtion.

Family Vacation
Our stay was very good. The condo is very nice and plenty of room for our family. The condo was overall very clean with the exception of the floors (baby’s knees very dirty - 1st hour of our first day there) We love the pool. They had a DJ playing on Sunday of our stay which was very fun.

Great Condo in North Myrtle!
We have stayed at Barefoot Resort North Tower before but it has been about 12 years. The condo was great! Nice and clean, beds are comfy - love the big bathrooms! It is on the 2nd floor so our view was kind of hidden by a palm tree which isn't a bad thing. Key pickup and drop off was something new but easy to do. I would definitely stay again!

Family Fun on the Beach!
The condo was clean and nice. Probably need a new refrigerator looks like some parts of it was taped together. Furniture was fine and it was a nice stay.

Smooth Experience
Pretty straightforward - picked up key, pool pass, & parking passes at office. No problems getting to or from the unit. Clean, well-maintained unit with plenty of space. Some of the decor is dated, but it didn't have any impact on our stay. Would rent this unit again. Common areas - hallways & stairs, were dirty in some places. Also wish there were an ice machine in the building. Had to go to the building next door for ice.

Such A Great Stay!

Spring Break Get away
Our stay at North Tower 206 was amazing! Location, location, location! Condo was spotless and well appointed. Loved the view of the pool and marina. Had to call management company for a very small fix. They were timely, friendly and extremely helpful with our questions of where to go and what to do. Would def go back and highly recommend this property! We had a ball!

Beautiful condo in beautiful Barefoot Resort
This property is beautiful! The condo is well decorated and nicely stocked with everything you need. The pool was clean and never too crowded and the hot tub was so relaxing at the end of the day.
The location was excellent, close to Barefoot Landing, the beach, and not too far from Broadway at the Beach and Top Golf. The Marina Grill is right next door and has great food/drink. I highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

Spring Golf Trip
The Barefoot Resort North Tower condo was great for our golfing group. It was clean and had a great view of the pool area and we could walk to the Marina Restaurant which had something going on almost every night.

Summer Vacation
Very very happy with condo. Love the pool. Having a shuttle that takes us to the beach is such a plus. The Marina Bar was pretty awesome as well. Will return for future stays.

Barefoot Resort North Tower Vacation
We were really pleased with our condo. It was our first visit to Barefoot Resort North Tower. We also loved the location and convenience of nearby grocery and shopping. Very easy check-in and check-out and great customer service.

Card Club Ladies
The condo was very nice and had everything needed for our stay. The pool was pretty amazing except our last 2 days they closed it because of gate issues which was frustrating that they couldn’t allow it to remain open (claiming safety issues)They had pool staff every day monitoring guests and making sure no glass in our bags, kids running and etc but they couldn’t monitor gate issues so no children entered without parents. Female from Ponderosa Co./property management was not a nice person on the phone when we called to question why pool was still closed on second day.

Golf trip 2022
Perfect condo for golf trip with friends. Comfortable and plenty of room. Nicely decorated and slept 6 easily. Great location! Close to the beach, golf courses, shopping and restaurants.

Great stay.
We were six golfers and used the unit only to have a place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a minor problem with the plumbing but it was resolved by the maintenance crew first thing in the morning.

The beds were comfortable and there was ample room to relax before and after golf.

I recommend this unit..

Nice, clean condo
Nice location, clean condo. We had issues with a TV in one of the master bedrooms (3 different TV's installed in first week, finally fixed) but the internet was horrible and was NEVER fixed. I wish I would have known that the wifi was NOT secure. Would have made a big different in renting. Maint. men were GREAT. Thanks Raymond & Dylan. Weather was wonderful as was the balcony.

What happened in 3 weeks?
We had just rented this apartment 3 weeks before this trip. We checked in and the smell was horrible like a chemical smell which made us sick smelling it, we had to open all the doors and turn on the ac and all the ceiling fans to be able to breath. The furniture had food on it, hair in the garden tub,all the bed spreads put on sideways. What looked like catfood in the kitchen sink and some kind of white animal fur in the floor. 4 layers of brown smut on the kitchen counter.We didn't get the keys til a little after 4 and the place was very unacceptable and we have stayed in this unit numerous times.

Winter weather experience
We came into ice and left with snow,mother nature was having a moment. We love the new flooring in the condo. A few things could use some owners TLC but as always North Beach Realty makes our stay very pleasant.

Great repeat stay
We had a great stay in this unit. This was our 2nd time as we had stayed there in May and booked again for our September trip. The condo is clean and comfortable- we love morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony. It is perfectly located with a short walk to Mariners grill if you don’t feel like driving.

Beautiful vacation retreat
Wonderful 3 bedroom condo. This had all the amenities you could want. Plenty of space for everyone. The property management company was fantastic to deal with when there was an issue with the lock.
Overall I would highly recommend this facility.

Perfect Getaway
This condo was perfect for our girls trip. The condo was large enough to accomodate 6 adults comfortably, with space to spare. Having three bathrooms was also an added plus for this group of girls. The living room was big enough for us to play games together, and the patio was a surprisingly great feature. Gorgeous view of the pool, and all around great location! Can't wait to return.

Cable out
We checked in around 4pm, by the time we unloaded and got settled the office was closed this was on saturday so we report the cable out and it's not fixed til Monday at 12pm and we checked out tuesday at 8am. Dining room table had glass rings on it.
