Two bedroom, two bath condo is in the Arbor Trace community of Barefoot Golf Resort. Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit can accommodate 6 with 1 king, 2 twins and a full air mattress.

This spacious two bedroom, two bath condo at Arbor Trace is well maintained and nicely decorated. Unit is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). You'll have all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer.

Arbor Trace has it's own private community swimming pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse.

A Stay at Barefoot
Overall, everything about the unit is quite acceptable however, the living room furniture is showing its age and is not very comfortable. For short term stays you could easily put up with it, but for longer stays it becomes a distraction. Our only complaint.

Home away from home
Thank you, North Beach Rental, with an extra thanks to Victoria for helping me find the best rental for me. As a travel healthcare worker, I needed somewhere that felt like home and not a hotel extended stay. The rental was perfect; it had everything I needed, and the location was ideal. Most importantly, I felt safe.

Comfortable condo in great central location
This is a very nice condo centrally located in Barefoot resort! The unit is clean and all appliances are modern. Great value for the money. I have already blocked this rental for 2023. Perfect place for 2 couples.

4th of July Vacation
The rental was a beautifully decorated condo that included everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked and they gave enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)until we made it to the store. It was in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. The kids loved that the pool was directly across the parking lot from the condo and we swam daily. The closet of beach supplies on the balcony was awesome too! We took advantage of the free activities offered with the rental and did the Voyager Dolphin Cruise. It was not as advertised and was basically a boat ride out to the Atlantic and back. No shrimp boats and up close experience for the kids as advertised. They were bored and very disappointed!

The only drawback for us was the downstairs full time neighbor who was knocking on our door WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ARRIVAL complaining that we were too loud! We had only just walked into the door and put down our luggage (4pm)! So, that put a damper on our time spent in the condo. After a day or so of trying to keep kids quiet 24/7, we simply started enjoying the condo and just made sure to be quiet in the evenings and early mornings. Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely rent again. Thanks!

WONDERFUL!!!!
The condo was clean, quiet and close to everything . The renting part was so easy I would not hesitate to do this again. TY Victoria for being part to VRBO to make renting go so smooth. Maintenance was great too.
