Overall the stay was good. The beds need updating the master bedroom looked like two lumps in the bed. Mattress is worn out.

We had a great vacation staying at this condo in this resort! Awesome oceanfront view. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bath. A few minor maintenance issues we relayed at checkout, but nothing that disrupted our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for the lovely accommodations!

We have rented BS 1102 numerous times for three months during the winter. (Jan.-Mar.) Victoria has been the best agent with whom to work at North Beach. The weather this year was ideal. Unusually warm for Jan. and Feb. We had a hot water leak in mid-Feb. which took about 12 days to get replaced, because the owner had to deal with a warranty company that was out of ours and the realtor's control. North Beach provided us with a small 2 BR apartment which was two blocks from the beach, but it was comfortable and extremely clean. We were in walking distance of Main St. which made it easy to order pizza, subs and have ice cream. In January, when we checked in The Bahama Sands apartment was clean, but the furnishing and appliances were still the originals from 2008. All the furnishings & appliances need updating -- especially the mattresses. My husband has a bad back and it was difficult to find a bed that was comfortable and we tried all four of them. We are not planning on renting this unit again. Victoria is looking for a two bedroom unit with the same amenities, but more modern furnishings. The Bahama Sands HOA has difficulty enforcing the "No Smoking" rule. Many times we could not enjoy our balcony because of the stench of cannibus being smoked on someone else's balcony -- but it is difficult to determine from whence it is coming . We have recommended this property to friends who are younger than we are who will not be bothered by the furnishings. We wish them a lovely stay. Again, I highly recommend North Beach Realty, because of their professionalism and way of addressing all issues immediately. We just need a change.

Our unit was a perfect size for the two of us, but very comfortable when we had company. They loved their private balcony and ocean view. Our only complaint was those rental guests who ignored the no smoking rule, who smoked on their balcony. We complained to the management, but they really need to catch them doing it.

We love the location of Bahama Sands. We were able to enjoy the beach every day, whether it was for a walk or just sitting on our balcony watching dolphins play in the waves. Our guests enjoyed having their own bathroom and side balcony where they could relax with morning coffee.

Our stay included 4 adults. We really enjoyed the extra balcony we had with the 3 bedrooms, especially when it rained and the wind was blowing off the ocean. Very clean and accessible to main street fun and bands.

Lots of fun. The place was beautiful huge rooms and nice bathrooms. The only negative was the plexiglass around the deck didn't let the wind in and it was really hot sitting outside most mornings. By late afternoon it cooled off. +q

Its a nice place. The location was perfect during COVID times. There weren't many people on the beach in this area, which made it great. The furniture is a little worn but overall it is good place.

Really enjoyed our week in this wonderful condo. The end unit allows for windows down the side wall, and beach view balconies in each bedroom. Surrounded by mostly rental houses, so the beach is less crowded. Convenient to main roads, and just blocks from Krispie Kreme! North Beach Reality Co was easy to work with. A TV died midweek and was replaced in a couple of hours.

The unit was in a great location, minutes from the beach and overlooking the Ocean. However the units overall condition was tiered and needing updating. There was rust in the dryer which got onto our clothes leaving permanent stains and the master bathroom at the front of the unit had black mold on the ceiling. The master bedroom bed needs replacing as it was like 2 valleys with a mountain in the middle! The downstairs pool area was very disappointing, everything needs updating. However having said all this we would go back as the unit was great value for money!

Working with North Beach Realty is the best in the area. The unit in Bahama Sands is ideal. The corner unit provides extra windows and our guests enjoyed having their own balconies off their suites. We have booked the unit for next winter and can't wait to return. The furniture is in need of updating and the carpet should be replaced soon. We had to notify the main office about people smoking on their balconies when it is clearly stated that this is a nonsmoking property. Maybe the HOA should consider hiring a security service to assure that rules are followed.

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a small kitchen, a small living room, and a good balcony. It was very clean. You have to bring everything for cooking, related to food and seasonings. Had some trouble getting the food in the refrigerator, because it is small. I would recommend it if you wanted to save money. The pools were nice, except the lazy river wasn't working very well. Having the beach right there was great. Unfortunately we lost 3 days and nights due to the hurricane. They won't refund money, but give us credit. We won't be going back to that area, so our loss.

For the most part it was pretty good. The microwave fan only had one speed, master bath couldn’t use the tub. We always grill several meals on vacation so were very disappointed there was no grill. Elevators were very slow, although I think that was partly due to unsupervised children pushing every floor. The unit was furnished nice and well stocked.

We had a great time at Bahama Sands. Shopping and restaurants were close which was convienant for our family. The condo was very nice and clean. The views from each room was amazing and the beach was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was nice but there was no management on site. There were a couple of times I needed to speak to someone but there was no one except the realty company that handled the rental. The Wi-Fi was terrible. It wasn't condo specific but for the entire building and we were on the 11th floor. There were no working ice machines in the entire building. There was only one machine that we could find and it wasn't working. I had a couple of things stolen at the pool and that has never happened at any other place we have stayed. Also, one of the persons maintaining the building-pool area, an older lady was VERY rude to me. Once inside the condo everything was very nice but I probably won't stay there again.

The unit was perfect for the amount of space and rooms available! It was nice for everyone to have their own room and bath as well! With it being a corner unit, I loved how every room had access to a balcony! Great feature! My only complaints would be the one shower in the middle room is very small and the furniture is not the most comfortable! Luckily, we had the other showers to use instead. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient to several attractions, restaurants and shopping!!

Our condo was a great location. Each bedroom had its own balcony. The condo was spacious and felt more homey than usual unit layouts. There were a few areas that need attention in the future due to the age of the property and the number of renters who do not take care of other's property. (i.e. stains on rug, new mattress, loose tiles)

We chose this corner end unit because we knew it had 2 rooms with ocean views with balconies. We were pleasantly surprised to find the 3rd bedroom also had this! Besides the master bedroom which was oceanfront, the other 2 rooms are on the side, but the ocean view is still great.

Had a couple of questions while staying there and management response was prompt and useful.

Would definitely consider renting here again.

This unit was probably the cleanest, inside and out, that we have ever stayed. Including pools, elevators, etc. View was amazing from every bedroom. The only thing I would like to see is a better stocked kitchen. And many things, which are normally left by previous renters, such as dish soap, are completely cleaned out when they clean. But this is an amazing property!

The condo is in a nice location. The staff at North Beach Reality were very helpful after Hurricane Matthew nearly disrupted our vacation. My only suggestion is that the living room furniture isn't very comfortable for seating and there were no towel or hot pads in the kitchen at all (I'd have brought some if I'd have realized). But we would stay here again for sure :)

Wonderful location, pristine beach, tidy building. Corner unit with 3 balconies. The room reads as a bit dated but everything is comfy and clean and perfect for a week long - or longer - stay. Very comfy beds and pillows. Would stay again for sure! Rental office is very close and their staff was amazing to work with! Very happy!

We have stayed at Atlantic Breeze before but this was the first time using North Beach Realty. Victoria was very patient in answering all our concerns. Check in and check out was very convenient. The hotel was spotless and well maintained. The only thing we recommend was that the mattress in the master bedroom be replaced as it was very soft and not very comfortable. I let the agent know and she said she would let the owner know.

I have a condo that I rent out, so I base some of the disappointments on little things that I make sure are perfect in my rental.
The unit had a good layout with 3 bedrooms and a bath for each room. The location was good and had easy access. Now for the bad:There were warnings everywhere that you would be charged for extra cleaning, missing items, etc. I understand you have to pay for these things but the warnings were a little over the top. Didn't make you feel very welcome. The carpet was so dirty in the living room that our infant grandson got dirty crawling on the floor. Chairs and beds needed replaced, they were worn and not comfortable at all. The kitchen was not well stocked. We had to go buy extra items to cook with. Again a warning to run the dishwasher but they only provided enough soap for 2 loads. Not enough towels, no extra toilet paper, no laundry detergent, loose tiles in the kitchen, several burned out light bulbs, patio door nearly took 2 people to slide open, only 2 garbage bags. On top of all that, our daughters car was broken into while in the parking garage. There are signs that say video surveillance but when we asked to see the video we were told there are no cameras. We were offered a discount if we rent one of the units again but that won't be necessary. We aren't coming back.

Had a great week in MB. Have been there 25+ times, and love it every time. Beach area was overcast but warm, and very little rain, but didn't keep us from the beach (saved $ on sunscreen). Staff were very friendly, maintenance man introduced himself in the elevator. Common areas and pool were always clean and fresh. The only improvement I would make to our unit 1102 would be the addition of a dining table for the balcony. Love to eat outside and the 2 small side tables really weren't convenient for that. Kitchen was adequate, but a blender would have been a nice addition as well. Furnishings were comfortable and beautiful.

Loved our stay ! Beautiful unit, loved being up on the 11th floor. My son was home on leave from the Army and wanted to go to the beach and stay somewhere nice., but not his whole leave. Since it was last minute I had a really hard time finding somewhere a month out that would accommodate us. I finally found this place, and we all had a great time .

The place was nice and clean. There was no soap to wash dishes by hand or in the bathroom to wash your hands. There was also no extra toilet paper provided. All in all, a nice place that we may try again.
