Ashworth 104 - Oceanfront-Ocean Drive Section

Our unit was on the first floor which meant we didn't have to wait for the elevators (it can be a long wait depending on the day of the week). The condo is oceanfront with relaxing pools and lazy river. There is also an area to cookout, which people were utilizing every day. The condo was clean and as advertised. Check-in was easy and convenient. Check out was a snap too. The condo is in a great location, which is in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. It's also within in a 5 minute drive to stores and pharmacies.

We love the location and the condo but have one major problem with it. The beds all need new mattresses. The one in th master bedroom is the worst. If my granddaughter wasn’t staying with us I would have slept on the couch. I’m happy they painted from our last stay but the beds made it miserable. Maybe they can put wood under the mattress or buy a strong mattress pad. While I know mattresses are expensive it’s just too important not to address. I would only recommend this to a friend if this has been fixed. We plan to stay again next year if some measure has been taken.

Invited my parents and my brothers family and we all had plenty of room. Great location on the beach with a nice ocean view from he porch. Located just of Main Street on Ocean Drive so a quick walk or drive to all necessities!

We stayed here last fall and it was amazing! Perfect location, beautiful view, clean room, the giant tub in the master was great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Planning our next vacation right now and really looking forward to going back.

Asheworth is a great property. Beach is beautiful and location is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The unit was nice but not cleaned well. No pillow cases on some of the pillows, mold on the shower and kitchen faucet.

Condo was just as described. Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Loved being on first floor despite some pool noise. When elevators were busy, it was easy to just go up one flight of steps. Checking in at property management company on a Saturday was very poorly organized. Basically a room stuffed with people and some version of a line wrapping around the room in spirals. Go early and fill out paperwork because then you only have to wait in rapid pick up line at 4pm.

The. Staff at North Beach went above and beyond to be helpful. They quickly addressed my concerns and provided me Firesticks when it wasn’t their place to do that. My only complaint is that two of the bedroom TVs had only DVD capability.

The place is beautiful and in the best location you could ever ask for! The only problem we had was how dirty the floors were. We have a one year old so we take our shoes off at the door. We walked through the condo and our feet were dirty as could be. Like they never moped or they mop with a dirty mop!!!! But other than that everything else was perfect!! We will totally stay there again! Just gonna bring a mop on vacation...

We loved our rental from when we first stepped in. Beautifully spaced out and the kids loved their rooms. We ate seafood and local BBQ.. Chinese was the best! Waking up to cool mornings and plenty of sunshine!

We loved staying here! The living area was spacious with nice furnishings and upgrades. We were most impressed by the security folks who were on-site at all times. My family and I felt safe and well taken care of. The outside area, pools, and beach walkways were very clean and tidy. The location was fantastic! This is a wonderful place to stay! We loved it!

We had a great stay! Condo was accommodating and spacious. The floors were quite sandy when we got there and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The main tv would not work but we were really only in the condo long enough to shower and sleep so tv wasn't that big of an issue. There were no sheets on one of the beds the first day and we didn't realize it until too late in the evening. But the management co came right away the next day to make the bed. The location is good. Safe and lots of great eating/shopping spots within a short distance. Buoys right down the street has great food and drinks!

Great place to stay but grounds untidy such as need for painting on exterior, peeling paint on garage floor sloppy, and land scape in poor condition. Homeowners are not getting their monies worth on this. Interior of room excellent. Overpriced.

Overall, the condo was nice and in a great location. Plenty of kitchen stuff for all your cooking plans. Beds were comfy and were queen size. 2 of the bedrooms would be nice to have cable access instead of just the dvd. One of the be bedroom need better lighting as it is very dark with just a table lamp. The property mgmt co do not provide much of the necessity amenities but mentioned that we need to get them on our own. It was nice that some were left over by previous users that we can use though.

Place was very nice and clean - Only improvement would be the pool. Very small pool for all those people. Could not enjoy being in the pool. Beach was good. Close to all entertainment. Close to grocery stores. If a pool is important to you I could not recommend this place.

We stayed in this same unit last year and requested it
again.The unit is very nice and clean and had been updated from last year with a new leather sofa and loveseat in the living room and changed from twin beds to a queen size in the 3rd bedroom.
It is very easy to get to the beach from this resort just a level walk out, and convenient to everything.

Condo was very clean and in great condition! The location is a plus and being on the first floor was a elevator waiting :). The security at this building was top notch as well!
The pool was a little small but overall great experience!

The pictures give a accurate description of the Condo! It was perfect for our group of 10! Spacious and each family had their own Bathroom. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the rental. We loved being on the first floor and Ocean Front. We have found our new Vacation spot and will return yearly. Love the convenience of attractions. Boardwalk Billy’s was a great place to eat, a short drive from Ashworth, great atmosphere and live music. Victoria was quick to respond and helpful. Thank you North Beach Realty!

The Ashworth 104 is spacious, clean, with well-provided kitchen, fee wifi, comfortable beds. The lock on the sliding door from the living area to the porch was not licking and had to be fixed by the maintenance guy. The remote controls of the TVs in the rooms were not working, and the maintenance guy could not make them work either. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WITH THIS STAY IS the $39.00 charge supposedly for accidental damage fee, which we thought was refundable, if there was no damage done . I believe this is a nice way of ripping off guests. It turned out this was not a refundable expense because it was an insurance fee
to cover potential damage up to a maximum of $500.00. I BELIEVE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE FAIR, IF GUEST IS CHARGED $ 500.00, DAMAGE FEE,REFUNDABLE IF NO DAMAGE OCCURRED!!!

The overall rental experience was great. I have two concerns:
1. The fire detector in one of the bedroom chirped every few minutes. I had to disconnect it and wrap it in a towel so we could sleep.
2. I think there should be more different sized pots and pans. I cooked for 9 people and it was difficult because there were only one medium-sized pot and a small cutting board.

Other than that, we had a very nice time!

first time staying here but all the family agreed we would definitely stay again. The balcony was in need of a good cleaning but had a great view. We had 7
adults the first few days and 9 the last 2 days and we had plenty of room. Loved it!

When you're coming in winter/spring, you expect the hot tub to be in working condition. It worked only 1 of the days that we were there. We were very disappointed that we were unable to use the hot tub.

The property overall is very nice. Great location with ocean view, nice amenities and well maintained. The layout and location of our unit was nice however it was not as clean as we expected it would be. Would definitely recommend the property to friends but not the unit.

104 Ashworth was well equipped, plenty big enough for the 5 adults who stayed. I was very grateful for the supplied linens ( so nice not to bring your own and there were plenty of towels). North Beach Realty was very responsive to all my inquiries. Note that this is a first floor rental so all the condo activities are right at your front door - not much privacy on the balcony. Beach rentals are directly in front of building. Would gladly stay at Ashworth again - perfect location.

Our family really enjoyed this rental. It was clean, spacious and very close to many amenities. The pool is a bit small, but nothing beats oceanfront. Parking was ample. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is our fourth year renting with North Beach Realty and we really appreciate their excellent service.

Our 'Sisters' enjoyed Ashworth 104. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to enjoy. Condo was spacious, clean and well kept. I would like to have had ceiling fans in the BRs and a few more towels since we were there for more than 3 days but other than that I have no suggestions and no complaints.

We rented the condo for the week to visit an ill family member. North Beach Realty was extremely nice to deal with! Having to book something such last minute, you never know what you'll get. We were very fortunate to find such nice people. The condo we stayed in was the Ashworth, which was very nice. There was a parking garage that fit our truck, no need for it to sit out in the blazing sun. Great family stay for anyone, lazy river, hot tub, pool outside and one inside. Great location, walking to a few pizza place's,& ice cream shops. Very clean bldg. Early each morning the staff is out cleaning the walkway, the pools, the garage, the detail to cleanliness was wonderful! We were very pleased with the rental and would not hesitate to book again! You will not be disappointed in your experience with North Beach Realty or your stay at the Ashworth! Great People to deal with!!

If you are looking for a fantastic and clean rental for your next vacation to North Myrtle Beach then 104 Ashworth is the place to stay!
The property location was excellent, and the unit provides a fantastic view of the pools and ocean. The property was about two blocks from Main Street; therefore, vacationers could walk to all the local attractions, and it was a very short drive to local grocery stores.
The amenities at the property were also excellent and maintained daily. The unit is also connected to the parking garage, so my grandmother and parents didn't have to walk far or up stairs the entire time we were there.
The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. The furniture was very nice and comfortable and the unit contained all the necessary appliances, utensils, towels, sheets, and some beach gear (umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids).
My family and I have vacationed in North Myrtle Beach most of our lives, and this was the first time we have rented from North Beach Reality. It is with 100% certainty that I would recommend and rent from them again. The staff was very friendly, and they were the cleanest agency we have rented from in North Myrtle. While on vacation, we visited Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and play miniature golf. However, the most enjoyable part of our stay was the beach and the unit's location and views.
Hopefully, the unit will be available for us when we return next year!
