Arcadian II 3E - Oceanfront - Shore Drive Section

We enjoyed another wonderful vacation at this lovely condo (our 4th year). The location is excellent for dining, shopping and enjoying the beach. Everything is in good working order and the unit is clean and beautifully decorated. This year new cushions were added to the outdoor furniture. Our thanks to the owners and to North Beach Realty for such a lovely vacation.

We love the Arcadian Shores area. It’s not crowded and has easy access to anything you could need. Our unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. This was our second stay in this unit and we will be back. The only complaint would be we needed more towels.

The room and amenities were wonderful for the short time we stayed. Only that one bedroom had AC problems and wasn't getting out cold air but other than that it was great.

We have stayed up and down the Grand Strand and this is one of the best places we have stayed. It was clean, updated, and the staff was extremely nice. We will definitely be back....

Condo is perfect for 4 adults to enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Located in a convenient area for golf and also a beach holiday. The condo is located directly on the beach. Lots of food and shopping option close by. Condo was clean and phots are accurate

This unit is convenient to lots of restaurants, bars, and activities. The ocean can be seen and heard throughout every room of the condo. The pool was immaculate, but it was too cold outside during our stay to make use of it. I've never seen a cleaner condo. We were very pleased and even looked into purchasing our own condo in Arcadian Shores!

This was our third year in this lovely condo and it feels like our home away from home. Perfect location directly on the beach. The view of the beach and ocean is wonderful. We had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We are looking forward to another stay next year. This condo has a wonderful location and beautiful updates. Owners have done a fantastic job decorating this unit and making it comfortable. Kitchen was a stand-out with it’s newer cabinetry and well-organized pull-out drawers of matching and modern pieces. Master Bathroom has a nice large glass shower. Comfortable beds, large televisions and a relaxing patio set on the balcony. I would definitely rent this unit again.

This was such a beautiful condo. Furnished very nice, stylish and comfortable king size beds. The kitchen was lovely and had everything a family could need. The balcony was great , we felt like we were closer to ocean and could listen for hours to the waves. The pool was right there and it was clean. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back . This was absolutely one of the best vacations we have had. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

We loved the condo....Good size and decorated nicely...A few minor complaints - wifi was for the building and dropped quite often so was a pain....The main bathroom required a deeper clean by us....Location was very good - close to shopping, restaurants and golfing....Doing a lot of repairs work outside but should be done by the end of May/22.

The condo was great. Clean, spacious and close to all amenities. We are right on the beach so great for walks and sun bathing...They have a nice pool and area....There is general wifi hook up in the building (as a guest) but it kicks you out often and a pain. The building is well maintained and the local residents are friendly....

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. Everything was in good working order and the king bed in the Master is exceptional. During our twelve night stay, we enjoyed the constant ocean view and the comfortable balcony furniture. I considered many different units for our vacation but was continually drawn back to this unit. It has three large TV's that are wall mounted for easy viewing adjustment. The furniture in the living room is well positioned for viewing the ocean and the TV. It is in a perfect location for access to dining, shopping and entertainment yet it is secluded with easy access to the beach. The building has secured entry and a security officer which enhanced our stay. Our reservation, arrival and departure was handled efficiently by North Beach Realty. Our thanks to North Beach and the owner for providing us with the perfect unit for our vacation.

I hadn't been in Myrtle Beach since October 2019 so I was very cautious of where I planned my stay. I was familiar with the area, but never stayed at Arcadian Shores before. I was 100% satisfied with my stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms spacious. The kitchen was modern and the enclosed balcony was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely look to book this exact same location in future trips to Myrtle Beach.

We had a wonderful getaway at Arcadian II. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme and had all the amenities we needed. The balcony had nice comfy furniture which was a big plus. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool was large. There was a security guard at night which made us feel safe when walking to and from the building. We would love to stay in this location again.

Really enjoyed our stay, would visit again. slightly disappointed to find no beach equipment in the condo (chairs or umbrella, or beach towels) so we bought some and left behind for next guest. beds were a bit too firm for our taste, but very nice furnishings and appliances in general. We really loved the balcony and open window ocean breezes. Just steps from the beach and just as pictures indicated! 2 headed shower in main bathroom was also a nice touch!

Condo was great all around. Appliances, AC. Cable, WIFI all worked. Beautifully furnished. Very comfortable layout. Loved the spacious deck. You could see and hear the ocean from every room except the bathrooms. Great location. Not far from grocery stores, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood, except for the fireworks going off at the beach late at night! I enjoy cooking and loved the fact that I could still experience the beach while making dinner. Would definitely stay again!!!

This condo was perfect, 3rd floor meant quick elevator rides, the pool and beach access were amazing! There were no issues with noise from the other guests, the condo seemed very solid. The only thing that was an issue was the master bedroom never got cool, there are a lot of windows was the only thing we could figure was the reason. The security on the property made us feel very safe, one day we forgot to hang up our parking pass and there was a note left to see security if we had any issues, it was so nice to see them on top of things right away. After the pool closes there is no beach access to the actual condos, another good safety measure. ~ we will be back again!

Privacy privacy privacy, the beach was not full at all, Arcadian II has sort of a private beach, we were there the week before Memorial Day, and there were only 10 total beach set ups from our entire condo!

The condo was perfectly decorated and comfortable, and the view was amazing! Everyone was very friendly. The grounds were extremely clean and maintained, along with the pool. You can tell the owners take pride in their rental. On the other hand, the cleaning company did not do a great job. When we checked in there was food all over the kitchen floor and the sheets did not seem to be changed as their was hair all over them. I called North Beach and left a detailed message and received no call back which was disappointing since I’m sure the owners pay a nice fee for them to manage their place. I ended up buying my own sheets!! We enjoyed our stay and will return.

We loved the condo and unit. If the owner ever wants to sell, we would be interested in buying this unit. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The views are amazing and it was just perfection for a week long stay. Very peaceful and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit there the week of March 20-26th. We have been thinking of buying and we are now convinced this is where we would like to buy. We loved the unit and condo complex in general.

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful direct oceanfront condo located on the third floor. Everything was just as pictured and was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony, living room/dining/kitchen was fantastic and we often felt like we were at sea. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal. Access to the balcony from the master bedroom was so nice. The location is secluded yet close to dining, shopping and entertainment. The beach is easily accessible and very clean. Our thanks to the owner for sharing this lovely condo with us and to North Beach Realty for the smooth arrival/departure process. We hope to stay here again!
