South Shore Villas 605 - Oceanfront - Crescent Beach Section

We had a great time. The Condo was clean and spacious. Provided all that we needed during our stay. The pool and beach were perfect. The only issues we had were small inconveniences like not having a regular coffee pot, they had a Keurig which we went and bought a reusable filter for. The WiFi and signal in general in the condo was not the best but definitely not a deal made the kids get off of their electronics and actually have a great time! We would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at south shore villas. The building was amazing and beachfront. Everything was nice inside condo, bed soft, all furniture etc. when we got there we did have to vaccum and clean floor, but that was no biggie. Pool and lazy River was gorgeous, pool was closed Tuesday as someone pooped in pool, things happen no worries. Overall check in was painless and everyone super nice and welcoming.

We did a 1 month rental. Over the years we have rented many ocean front condos in North Myrtle. This was the best. Fully overstocked kitchen, clean, conformable beds, updated furniture, private well furnished balcony, etc, etc

Great place to stay very spacious updated and clean.
Kitchen was supplied with everything you need to cook.
New appliances plenty of parking and pool area was real nice and not crowded. Would stay again.

We had a great time. The unit it’s self is bigger than it seems on pictures. It was perfect for our blended family. Everyone had their own space and it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The building is quiet and family friendly. We’ve been looking for a place for years that we all love and can come back to and i think we found it. My only complaints are that the drain cover in the jetted tub doesn’t work properly so you can’t keep water in it which was a bummer because i really wanted to relax in it and also that the bathrooms by the pool couldn’t be opened with the room key which we were told it would do that was kind of a pain to take my kids back and forth to go to the bathroom. Also would be helpful if there was a keypad lock instead of keys to access unit since we got locked out on day when the only person with the keys went to the store haha. Overall we had a really great time!!

The unit was great, weather was beautiful and very hot the first few days, then Hurricane Micheal which was downgraded to a tropical storm blew in, but the maintenance staff assisted in moving furniture off the balcony, which was helpful.There was plenty in the area to do,as well as the building amenities.The 2nd elevator was repaired and functioning as soon as the part arrived.I felt very safe and well cared for.When I called to have a closet door hinge repaired it was addressed the following day.The customer service was very helpful and pleasant.

We had the best time! Our baby has Down syndrome and this was his first visit to the beach. He absolutely LOVED it!! The condo was perfect and the pools were fantastic! We felt at home and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful spacious condo. The kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer worked great! The Oceanfront view was amazing. The only problems we had was parking and the beds. We have a GMC Yukon and we had a rooftop carrier on it. We could NOT park in the parking garage with it on. And there was no other parking for that building. So we had to unload it in the entrance and take the top off just to park. Thankfully the condo is so spacious we could store it in the MB all week. I even asked them in the rental office if we could fit. And they were unsure. The beds need replacing. They were way too soft. We would rent again if they replaced the beds.

The rental was great. Unlike many other rentals it is well appointed and lacks nothing. The only comments I can say about the condo for future renters is that the parking is tight, the bath towels are small so bring your own, and the second bathroom does not connect to the second kingsize bedroom. Positive points are a fully stocked kitchen, great views from living area, a well maintained pool area with security, a section of beach that's not too packed with people. This was our fifth year renting with North Beach Realty who have consistently provided us excellent service and clean well cared for rentals.

Great Condo and Easy Check-In and Check-Out Experience. The view from the spacious condo balcony was priceless with all the amenities you could want or need. We have found our go to place for an annual weekly get-away.

We loved our stay at South Shore Villas. The condo was very spacious and clean. It had all you needed for a vacation stay and we loved the pool area as well as the beach. The location was great and made getting around North Myrtle Beach very easy. Victoria was wonderful to work with and showed top notch professionalism. We will be back.

This unit is beautifully decorated in a beach theme throughout. It is airy and not at all cluttered. The kitchen is very well equipped. We will rent this unit again.

Lovely luxury condo exactly as advertised. Balcony so close to beach, it feels like you are sitting on beach. Easiest parking garage in NMB. Great washer and dryer. Very comfortable mattress in master. Can't wait to return.

This unit has the potential to be one of the best. It had a new couch and had been recently painted. The kitchen is very nice and well appointed. Hubby loved the new coffee maker - it made good, HOT coffee :) Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was strong in the showers! The living room could definitely use more seating and the deck furniture was sparse, old and uncomfortable. The tile floors need a thorough deep clean. If it were my unit, I'd also replace the carpet as it was musty smelling in the living area (the bedrooms were fine). The beach was GREAT!! Big enough even during high tide. We purposefully sought out a location that did not have large resorts around it for this very reason. The pool and lazy river were clean and well maintained. Our young teens enjoyed them very much. Didn't have to wait for an elevator even during check out morning. Plenty of luggage carts for all as well. I would definitely stay at South Shore Villas again and would consider this unit again if the few issues I mentioned were addressed.

We were very happy with South Shores Villas condo 605. The condo was very nice and clean. It was great for our three small children. The pool and lazy river were a hit! It was very convenient to get to the beach with the children. We will definitely come back!

Room need more chairs or love seat if sleep 6 or more. Patio furniture need to be updated or more seat. Over all great vacation. We stand there again.

The condo was awesome! It thoroughly exceeded my expectations as well as my parents. We had plenty of room to spread out and really enjoy our stay on the beach. It was 4 of us, my parents and my brother. My brother and I had our own room which was awesome! We will definitely come back and stay again.

Overall a good experience with a few minor issues like no batteries in remotes or fire detector which was left on the kitchen counter sans the battery, vertical blinds def need to be replaced as we found numerous fallen slats in the closet leaving gaps in the blinds when closed, coffee maker is over 10 years old but other than those things the condo was in good shape.

Stayed in South Shore Villa room 605... Very clean, beautiful....great to just go down elevator an be on the beach.....took 2 of my nieces an parents so we rented 3 bedroom 3 bath which was pretty pricey... We were kind of upset to find that after spending all that money we had to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap ect nothing was left for you..you would think the price would get you an extra roll of TP or garbage bags

The condo was beautiful, very clean and very well appointed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! My family had the best vacation we have had in years. We even loved it so much that we had to stay just one more night when we had planned on heading home. I cannot imagine going back to Myrtle Beach and not staying at South Shores 605!

This condo was very clean and up to date. Great beach views and in close proximity to many attractions. The only complaint I have is that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a condo meant for up to 10. We had to go out and buy more paper products half way through the week. I would still stay there again in a heart beat!
