The property was great for our family. Plenty of room for our family and our pets. We were able to walk to the beach.

This is our second visit to Perrin Place C. We enjoy the location and amenities that Perrin Place C provides. The beach is only a few hundred yards away, and the house is also close to NMBV Main Street and Cherry Grove. Access to Route 17 is also only a few blocks away. Two levels of living space in this house allows for two families to enjoy the space with room for each. The quiet and secure neighborhood is also a plus. We hope to be back to Perrin Place C again sometime soon.

Terrific! Awesome! Tons of fun! We had a great time. The condo has a ton of room and is super close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Our adult children and and grandchildren spent one of our two weeks at 922 Strand with us. Having bedrooms and bathrooms on separate levels gave everyone space and privacy as needed and there was ample room for everyone to get together for meals and playtimes. We were very pleased with the various amenities included in the rental.

When we arrived at our rental, we immediately discovered the rental would not work for our family. (Due to errors on another's company website.) I call North Beach Realty and with in 20 minutes they found a rental that would work for my family that was still in my budget! I was very impressed. The staff was very understanding and most of all very helpful. The new rental was in the same area and it allowed our vacation to continue stress free!! Thank you North Beach Realty.

We loved this house. Great access to the pool and beach. Nice living room areas for gathering. Our dog was very comfortable. The place did not have any pet smells for being a p[et friendly property. Although some furniture updates are needed, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. Hope to be back at this house again soon.

This is a really nice house for large groups. VERY clean and well appointed. Since it was off season, it was only my husband and I, so it was roughly the same price as a two bedroom we usually rent in peak season. Way too expensive for just us two in peak season, sigh. A bit of a stroll to the beach with all of our gear, but the weather was drop dead gorgeous.

Perrin Place C was a fantastic house and we enjoyed ourselves very much. It's close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was refreshing. The house was "clean" but could definitely use a deep thorough cleaning. We did try to inquire about a late check-out and couldn't get in touch with the office to do so. My 2nd time renting with North Beach and will definitely use them again.

The home was very spacious for our family of 5 plus an extra teenager (son's friend) and our two fur babies! Great location for beach access. Fully stocked kitchen supplies and able to do laundry is a must when on vacation - this place had both! Will definitely be on my list to stay again in the future.
