"This place is located right at the beach. The apartment is nicely decorated with a feel of a beach house. All kitchen amenities were available which is helpful for long term guests. The balcony was on renovation and a mess the entire month I stayed there and it would have been nice if the towels were of a better quality. The place was also infested with some flies that looked like fruit flies even though I had no fruit placed out, this was a major turn off. Overall this place is a good vacation spot especially if one is staying for few days. "

"We had a great time in NMB! The unit was very good, clean, and in a great location. The overall property was not as good as the unit we stayed in. We arrived early and per instructions, called North Beach Realty. The called back a few minutes later and said the unit was ready. We had zero problems or drama. Ps... we see why it’s named “Windy Beach!” Overall 5/5"

"Very clean, had a strange smell as if someone had previously smoked in the condo and a lot of lysol or cleaner was used to cover it up??? It is a NON-SMOKING unit so not sure about the odor, otherwise very pleased."

"Never had a problem. Everything is as stated on web site. Quiet. Absolutely loved being close to the beach. Will recommend. Definitely will contact North Beach Realty again."
