"This was a perfect rental 2 minutes from North Myrtle Beach. The rental was very clean and had everything that we needed to feel like we were at home. The beds were comfortable and the entire two stories were spotless.

You do have to check in at a different location to get your keys/check out to return your keys. The office was a few minutes down the road- slightly inconvenient/old school as we have been using VRBO for 10 years and this is the first time we have had to check in at an office. Those in the office were nice, but did not wear masks. We were told in our documents we would get 3 sets of keys, but only recieve two- read your paperwork to make sure nothing is missed."

"This vacation rental overall was quite satisfying with a few notable exceptions with the unit itself. When we arrived the unit was sort of clean. There was a very dirty area rug near the front door, and two sandy rugs on the washing machine. Ceiling fans had not been dusted but it was winter so they were not turned on. Although the fireplace is prominent in the photos of the unit it CANNOT BE USED. This was disappointing because as I said it was winter and rained quite a bit. A fire would have been nice. When we arrived the yard was completely torn up as a landscaping project had not been completed. The management company was attentive to problems although had a habit of entering the unit after I had told them I didn't want them to enter unless we were there. That happened numerous times. Lastly the quality of the items inside the unit is lacking. All beds need to be replaced and are not comfortable. The mis-mash of dishes, silverware, and pots/pans is of very poor quality. If I were paying the high summer rate I would expect some nicer kitchen items. I would recommend this unit for its location (It was excellent)"

"We loved the house, the location of the house and the overall cleanliness of the house."

"This house was perfect! We had seven total people and the layout provided great sleeping arrangements, perfect family time together and an easy-to-use kitchen with everything needed. The community it was in was also pleasant with other family’s enjoying themselves without worries of noise.

The beach was an a simple, easy walk. We spent four full days there with everyone being able to come back and forth to the house for good, drinks, breaks, etc.

Also a great location to get to anything you want for food or entertainment. We played three rounds of putt putt and two rounds of Breakout Room at night. We also golfed across the street (6 minute drive) to a great Pete Dye Course at Barefoot Landings.

All of this with easy communication from rental company and no issues. Would highly recommend. "

"This unit was not clean upon arrival. We spent a day cleaning the floors and the refrigerator. Both shower drains were clogged upon arrival however someone with North Beach Maintenance did arrive the next morning to fix. We have been staying in Ocean Grove for many years and this unit has been the worst one and also the most expensive. This unit was double the cost of most of the units in
Ocean Grove. I would definitely not recommend this unit. "

"We are moving from Colorado to N.Myrtle beach and we were looking for a roomy place while closing on our house. This place was spacious, comfortable and clean. Close to the beach. A perfect choice. Would recommend. "
